I hit a deer and man you wouldn't belive how much this shop came through for me. Belive it or not without my permission the tow arrived to get my truck and this shop defended me (the customer) and told the tow to leave. I would have lost my truck. Not only that but the work done was amazing! Far exceeded my expectations

I have known Felipe for a very long time, and when it comes to Mustangs, he knows his stuff! Felipe, his son Chris and the rest of the staff at VLZ are top notch. I have been around Mustangs for many, many years. I have owned quite a few, from classics to modern versions, from mild to wild, from common to extremely rare! In my earlier days, I did a lot of work on my cars myself, however, Felipe was always there when I needed something. Recently, Felipe, Chris and the staff at VLZ thoroughly went over my very rare 1998 Steeda Cobra #015. I had let it sit, covered in my garage for more than 7 years! Ouch! I wanted to start driving it again, but knew it needed to be gone over completely, before I started her up. I knew this was more than I could handle! So, I called Felipe. VLZ arranged to pick up the car, transported it to their facility, and did everything that needed to be done, and then some, to the car. They took excellent care of this very low mileage, rare Steeda Cobra. To say that they went above and beyond, would be a gross understatement! They went to infinity and beyond! On the 26th of January I was in a car accident and my car was damaged pretty bad from being smushed between 2 cars. I was back and forth on who I could trust with my car cause everyone who knows me knows my car is literally my life aside from my kiddos lol I came across VLZ elite concepts here in Victoria Texas which had a 5 star rating on google while others had no more than 3. I called VLZ and they assured me that when I got my car towed there they would start working the quote on her asap! I drove by literally every day to check on my car and I fell nothing short of impressed with this whole interaction so far! Receptionist Chloe I think her name was, is great, super friendly informative and gave me answers to all my questions Felipe, the owner doesn t get any better than this man of gold. He has kept me in the loop 100% of the way making this process bearable even without a car. In my opinion this is the best experience I ve ever had in such a stressful situation. I will forever be grateful for Felipe his wife and his crew for the endless time spent on my car to get it up and running for me. If anyone needs their car fixed I recommend VLZ elite concepts! my baby should be back in my loving arms hopefully before the week is over! I m so excited!

Update: Just got our car detailed and they did another outstanding job. We appreciate the great customer service they always provide and they never let us down. Thank you!Update: Took my car back to VLZ Elite Concepts for repairs last month not knowing the transformation that was going to take place and man, it looks like a complete restoration! I am totally amazed!! Felipe, his son Chris, and the crew exceeded my expectations. When I look at my car the word is, "Wow!!!" Looks like a brand new car.So HAPPY we took our car to VLZ Elite Concepts for detailing.Felipe and his staff did an amazing job.Fast,friendly and professional.Totally recommend them.

My son had a hit and run accident and We didnt Know where to take our car. Before we had taken our Vehicle to a place that the insurance Sent us, but we decided to never take one of our Cars to them again, not only did thay take more than 3 months to get our car to us, but they didn t fix it the way we were expecting. WE remembered about VLZ Elite from a friend and decided to go there and they Surpassed our expectations, so if you are in need of auto body repair VLZ Elite Concepts are reasonable beyond your imagination.

I honestly doubted the reviews when I first saw them, as I ve never seen a body shop with so many 5* reviews but wow, these guys really have earned it. They did an amazing job on my 2023 TRX and made it look like the day it rolled off the assembly line. I came all the way from Houston and it was totally worth it. Will definitely be using them again!

Felipe and the team at VLZ were absolutely amazing to work with.They made a stressful and confusing situation so simple. Felipe helped walk me through the insurance process and the staff helped me coordinate getting my truck repaired with the insurance company.I was able to reach the shop when I needed to and was provided with updates along the way.The repairs to my truck were done with such pristine detail, and I could not be happier with the results or service I received.I highly recommend VLZ!Service: Body & Trim

This business awesome! I brought in a brand new '18 Si for some minor paint correction and application of a ceramic coating. I had over 6k miles in 2 months and they made the car look like it just came off the showroom floor! They went above and beyond what I asked for. They polished all the paint and black plastic back to original shine (dried bug shadows, swirl marks and some scrapes) and applied 2 coats of ceramic coating to all painted surfaces, the black plastic grill, lights and mirrors. The car looks amazing and incredible! For the price I paid, I got better results for half what I was quoted at other shops! They honor their work with no fuss, they want you to absolutely love the work or they will fix it right away. I found some places that needed to be re- coated and they fixed it. They will go over the car with you until you're happy, no push back or excuses. I would recommend them to get your car looking new again! Their customer service is great! They are flexible, informative and nice! Kept me informed thru the entire process with emails and phone calls, were very quick with replies!

Wow, what can I say other than 1million thanks! VLZ made my child look better than when it was manufactured!! Felipe and the crew all had amazing service and care towards us always going above and beyond with every detail from body work to electrical and paint. From day one they received me like I was already apart of the VLZ family, extensive hours and great care. Felipe and the crew take alot of pride in their works and it certainly shows! They work on cars as if they owned them! Very honesty and trustworthy people they keep you updated and ask questions when needed to ensure the best quality that I've experienced so far! Huge shout-out and thank for letting me become part of the fam! I will always have y'all on the top of my list when it comes to car service. #VLZGREATNESS p.s. I rarely write reviews but I felt compelled to submit a review for VLZ Elite Concepts. I took my truck to get detailed and the day I dropped my vehicle off, the owner (Felipe) had to unexpectedly go out of town. He returned that evening and he worked until late into the night to ensure I could pick my vehicle up the next day. Who does that? His commitment to customer service is impeccable. He not only detailed my truck but touched up paint chips as well. My truck looks like it just came off the showroom floor. I would recommend this business to anyone in need of any auto body, auto painting or auto detailing work. Hands down a top notch family owned business. Very much appreciated Felipe.

I'll admit, I was skeptical at first because I rarely let ANYONE work on my baby, but Felipe assured me he would take care of her. He did that and some. Removing the dent on my hood wasn't an easy task because of it's location, but these guys made it look brand new again. I was updated throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend VLZ for anything auto related. I know they do a lot more than just fix dents and paint. Very professional and friendly. Thank you guys! <3

Hands down best work in town. We took my son's brand new truck in after someone hit him and they did an amazing job. He had a few additional custom things done to as well. If you need any work go see Felipe and Felicia they will treat you right. Such a great family business.

Felipe and his staff are amazing, they are so friendly. I'm going through a lot of personal life changes right now, positive ones!! :-) but I have been extremely busy; His staff and him were so kind with me and helped make this whole process extremely easy, they communicated very well, they answered any questions I had and left my car looking beautiful and brand new! I would highly recommend and would definatley use this body shop again, I hope I never have to again but if I do I will be visiting VLZ elite concepts again

With parts difficult to get and a shortage of replacements Felipe at VLZ managed to get my repairs done. The work was great. Felipe even stayed late himself to get it completed. Over the years, I've visited a few auto shops around town, and I have to say, VLZ Elite Concepts is the best, and I'll be sticking with them in the future! Mr. Felipe saw that someone keyed my car, and he advised me to get a new car facelift. They walked me through the process, and were super helpful and accommodating with everything. The team went above and beyond in painting and repairing my car, and it looks better now than when I bought it. I'm super grateful that I found a shop like this that goes out of their way to help people. I would definitely recommend choosing them for all your car care needs!

They Guys here are amazing the whole staff and crew at that. Excellent work and talent. Great prices and always accommodating. Everytime i need some work rather it be performance mods or body for my 2019 Bullitt, VLZ is my only choice ..the must, 1stop shop for Mustang owners.

Took my Charger to VLZ because my front bumper got hit. The staff at VLZ is extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to get my car car scheduled in almost immediately. They were very efficient and and handled all the leg work with the insurance. Spoke with Felipe and he assured that they would deliver A1 results. They did just that! Other than the lead time in parts, they got it all fixed up and ready to get back on the road. I would definitely refer their services to anyone. They are real car people and you can tell by the work they do. I will most definitely return for not only collision work but for future mods and upgrades as well.Service: Body & Trim

The entire crew at VLZ Elite Concepts is awesome! They do exceptional quality work from collision to engine repair. My experience with them has been great! They even came to me when my vehicle was unable to be driven to them.
