Victoria dodge was awesome to deal with! Did not have one issue with anything.. Jeremy was awesome !!! He handled my warranty claim and it all went smooth as glass.. Lithia and claallen dodge brushed me off locally.. Victoria dodge was a 2 hr drive for me.. but was super happy when Jeremy handled it for me.. Lithia is 5 minutes from my house.. cal Allen was 1 hr away.. Lithia said it was a warranty claim . But couldn t handle it cause they didn t have a body shop.. even tho theirs website says they do.. they sent me to cal Allen dodge saying they had a body shop.. drove an hour to get there.. they said exact same thing Lithia said.. then told me Victoria had a body shop drove 2 hrs to get there.. they don t have a body shop.. but got it handled for me.. shame on the first 2 dealerships.. Victoria dodge has won my business from here on!! I m definitely gonna stop by Lithia with a sign in back of truck.. urging people to buy elsewhere..Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting, Auto body & trim replacement

The team at Victoria Dodge did a fantastic job helping us build and buy our new Jeep. So amazing, that we drove from Houston for our vehicle rather than working with one of the local dealerships.With all the issues getting cars, we ordered exactly what we wanted from the factory. From now on, that's how we'll go, especially if what we want isn't on the lot. Tim and James found and got us the exact vehicle we wanted, talking through features; Michael, our sales rep, made sure the Jeep was perfect and walked us through everything on the Jeep and about the purchase, Brad, who helped us with the financing did a great job walking us through the options and never made us feel pressured or upsold, and even Jeremy in service (who helped us with programming keys in my Ram) was friendly, helpful and courteous.Everyone from sales to financing was great. Truck broke down in Victoria Texas on the way to NY. They got me in right away when other dealers in Texas told me 3 days before they can even look at it. Dealt with Serena which was a pleasure from beginning to end. 10/10 would recommend this place.

They give great service on my Ram Powerwagon. Robert Trevino went beyond with his servicing me Ram. It took 8 hours to service it, so he provided me with lunch while I waited it for it to get finished. Thanks to Robert and his workers getting the job done. I will definitely will come back here again for service on my Powerwagon.

Highly recommend Michael Low at Victoria Dodge! This guy is knowledgeable and a straight shooter! There was not a question I asked him about the vehicle that he didn t know the answer.I fully intended to just window shop today but he made the deal happen!!!

Well. This review might change but they did "non tax" fees on the price which were just dealer add-ons. Therefore the online price ended up being completely different than the drive out price. So we didn't buy... the salesman was nice though!*update.*They did accept a counter-offer several days later, stayed open late, topped the vehicle off with gas, and were friendly. Thanks Victoria Dodge.

Everybody was very nice and quick to help me. Especially the driver that shuttle me home and picked me up. He's vicheal was nice and clean. I told everybody that this was my first time there. Was very impressed with everything and the free snacks. Thank you for helping me out as fast as yall did with my car.

Had an appointment at 8:30, didn t leave there til almost 11. Was quoted $76 for an oil change and received a bill for $96. After disputing it, they did end up honoring the original price. Work was done, but time and price were my issues for 3 star ratingService: Oil changeService: Oil change

I was contacted about a recall for my Jeep through the mail. When I called for the appointment to have my car repaired I was informed it would take about two hours. The appointment was made for 9 am and I dropped my vehicle off a few minutes early. Around noon I called to check on progress and was told it should be ready around 3 pm. Approximately 4:15 pm I called again to be told it was finally ready. I realize that the dealership assigns one service agent to take care of each customer, but in my case, I would have preferred for anyone to have called to let me know my car was ready since my service guy was honest enough to let me know he had been on a 45 minute call with an issue with another vehicle when the technician had returned my keys to him 30 minutes earlier. When a customer is told it should take 2 hours and it takes all day, I would think that the dealership should have kept me informed instead of me having to call them. I was very disappointed.Service: Exhaust

The most professional company I ever came across compared to all other dealerships I will be buying my next vehicle at this dealership. Anyone can sell you a vehicle but the service department is important. I was treated right and I will be back. I had a shifter light? Appear when I turned on my jeep. I called in and they were able to get me in that hour. Their kind shuttle driver gave me a lift home. They worked on a few warranty issues with the jeep and ordered the part I needed. Part shipped fast and as soon as it arrived I had my jeep back the next day at a reasonable price for it all. Needed to get the state inspection done on my car and was having a hard time finding a place that was doing them. Took it to Victoria Dodge and it honestly it felt like only 5 minutes passed. Great quick service from the Advisor and the Techs. If you need anything done to your vehicles give them a chance and I m sure you will be impressed also

Called & said everything was ready to go. When I got there JD service guy said he couldn't let me have vehicle because they hadn't received payment from my insurance. JD was on phone numerous times with my insurance & they couldn't get their cost figures right. Then JD was in numerous conversations with Steve the service manager on what they needed to receive payment from my insurance. This should have all been taken care of an arranged before I was told vehicle was ready. I waited 4 hours listening to all the back & forth conversations. Plus the 2 hour driving time. No the paperwork was not handled in a professional manner. So far all mechanical work seems to have been done properly.Services: General repairs, Transmission repair

I took my new Jeep into Victoria Jeep for it s first service interval oil change and tire rotation. The service writer told me it would be about a two hour wait because of multi-point inspection was included in the service and technician had to check a multitude of items. The service took a little less than two hours, at which time I picked up my vehicle and drive home. Two days later I checked the oil level and the level was a little low, between a quarter and half a quart low. I began looking for a possible leak, which I did not find. The vehicle looked brand new, like nothing had been disturbed. There was still dust on the oil cap and surrounding engine shroud. The oil pan showed water staining not like it was wiped down after draining oil from it. The air filter box was not inspected as evidenced by dust on the air box. The washer fluid was low. Tire pressure was low. It looked as though nothing was done to the vehicle. I called the service manager Steve and he had me bring the vehicle in. He looked at the vehicle and stated the technician is very clean and conscientious and is very good at doing an oil change. I still don t know how an oil change can be done without disturbing the dust on the oil cap and engine cover and oil pan. There was no explanation as to why the other things were not checked and why the oil level was low. Steve did have the technician top off the oil, check the air filter, fill the washer fluid an fill the tires with air. I m still not confident the oil and filter was changed. Steve assured me that he has had no issues with his technician he was sure the oil change was done despite the evidence presented to him. Why would a person believe that the oil change was done if nothing else was done. This was my first dealing with this dealership and probably my last.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

I drove out from Corpus to look at a Jeep. I liked it and made a fair CASH offer. Response from salesman: we need $3k more because you re not financing through our bank. I walked. Vanessa, a manager , calls me today and says the $3k is a finance charge from the bank that they pass on to the customer. But I m not financing, it s CASH. And No where on the add is this mentioned is not on their add. She was immature and rude. So my response is, no thanks. Vanessa says I called to make a deal , but then says she needs to talk to her boss to make the deal. Then why call me. Buyers beware! Sounds like an internet scam. I noticed the car is still on the lot. Stay away from this place. I would rate this business zero stars if I could.

Went in to replace my tire.. said it would only take about 45 or so.. 2 hrs in and still nothing...I checked in with them , they then told me that my truck had a few recalls and that they had to fix them.Ok, thanks for fixing them... but why did nobody mind to come inform me about this.. I had my two daughters with me and they were starving by then.. it took more than 3 hrs for us to get out of there.. if they would have informed me that they were going to work on recalls I would have planned accordingly and had my husband pick us up..Poor communicationService: Tires

I stand corrected from my previous statements. i ve been thrilled with the sales associates from the start and the sales department in general recently I ve had to go round and round with the service department but I will say the sales department is so exceptional that after not getting the fair answer that I thought I deserved from service department I spoke with the sales associate that sold me my truck And she was immediately able to get the service center to take care of my maintenance needs. Not only are The sales associates honest and professional but they will go out of their way to make sure your maintenance needs on your vehicle or taken care of as wellServices: Tires, Auto glass repair, Auto detailing

Suspected my key fob was bad. Automatic start button was bad and all other buttons were functional. Dealership had a new key fob in stock and I was able to have mine replaced. Service advisor was courteous and very communicative. Had a vehicle inspection scheduled. Vehicle did not get taken to the service bay until around 15 minutes after the scheduled time. The service writer area had one employee there and one at the cashiers window. These two were very consumed with incoming calls and walk-Ins during the time I was there. I do believe that eventually another service writer arrived.Time for inspection was lengthy by comparison with other shops. People were your strongest asset this day in regards to polite and friendly.

I took the vehicle in and they were ordering part. I had to take off work the next day again to take the car back Waited in Victoria all day. I never got an update so I called to get status at 4pm and was told that the part that was ordered was the wrong one. I had to take the car back a 3rd time. They calle me around 11 am that it was ready. When I hit the car AC was still not working. It turned on and it was blowing air, but not come air and not Cooling. I paid $311.00 and still have the same problem. I called back and was told well it was cooling. Said you will have to bring it back again so we can run diagnostics to see what it is. I told Mike that he said they had already ran diagnostics. I asked if Freon was checked he said no. Never again will I use their service.Service: A/C installation & repair

Classic bait and switch! Called and verified the truck shown on the website was actually there and the price was correct. I made an appt. for 2 days later because I was driving in from out of town. When I arrive they told me they couldn't sell the truck for the price on the website, it was 23k more.. Frauds! Wasted my time and gas, F them!

I know you guys are really busy, but you need to change your sign. It says express and I waited about two hours and 45 minutes for an oil change. Also you need to inform your customers about the coupons that can be used. I found out from another customer sitting in the waiting room. Plus your sign says the customer needs to print out the coupon and bring it in. Come on not every customer has a printer--if you are going to make the customer wait hours, the least you can do is print out a bunch of coupons and offer them to the customer. I do appreciate the young lady printing it out for me. Lots of people are on a budget and with this pandemic, a savings is such a blessing. Help the customer out!Service: Oil change

My vehicle has been there 4 times problem not fixed. They told me I can take it to another Dodge place out of town. Like seriously just fix my problem. Vehicle is brand new. Just waste my day everytime I drop my vehicle off. Then had the nerve to not want to pick me up because they was closing. I had to call them to even see when they was picking me up.
