The prices were shocking! Very inexpensive for some of the best tires on the market! Every where else I went wanted 800 to $1000 for my size tire but STM had my size 11R 24.5 16 steel ply drive tire for 350!! And the spare I bought was 150 and had 90% tread on that. When I come back I will replace my next 4 tires at this same STM! THANKS!

We were halfway through our cross country road trip this chilly Saturday morning when my husband and I noticed a slight vibration happening on the steering wheel of our converted Dodge Sprinter van/home on wheels.Being the optimist that I am, I immediately began to imagine scenes of our tires flying off on the freeway where everything we own would burst into flames, my husband assured me we would be fine. I made him check the lug nuts on all the tires, he assured me we would be fine and that he would look for a shop to check on the alignment of our tires. As we shook down the highway towards Victoria, TX we saw Southern Tire Mart to our left and decided to pull off. We arrived around 11:00am, an hour before their closing time for the day.Normally a trip to a car mechanic would be an anxiety producing and expensive endeavor, but not today. We were helped by a sales man, Patrick, and a mechanic, Brian (I m pretty sure his name was Brian) They were extremely friendly and helpful. Brian removed the drivers side tire from our van and noticed that the teeth chattering rattle was being caused by a defective tire. The tire was literally warped. He informed us that it s not very often to catch a tire like ours before it blows while driving.In any normal situation this would be the part of the story where we forked out $1,000 and bought a set of new tires, but not with Patrick on our side. He explained to us that we could replace all of them or we could just replace the single faulty tire and that it wouldn t make that much of a difference either way. We took his advice and paid cash for the single tire.We drove out of their parking lot feeling like absolute kings with a van that drove better than it ever has. We used to rattle and creak like a rusty old pickup down the road and now we cruise like a Mazda Miata.Thank you Southern Tire Mart, and thank you Patrick and Brian.

Helpful guys work here , they helped me the patch the tire extremely fast and for reasonable price . They didn t make me buy new tire like other companies do all the time. Appreciate it !

I come here a lot for my work and no matter how dirty the tractor I bring or how many tires they always about work and they don t stop until finished and always in a good mood especially in this heat and always quick and customer service is exceptional

I ordered tires offline and had them shipped here for installation. They did an excellent job, and their customer service comes in clutch!We also took our 2005 Lazy Daze RV there for an inspection, and they were very detailed.

Quick service. Reasonable price. Joe helped me a lot. I had a flat tire on the trailer and he took care of me for only 15 mins. I came back on the road immediately and successfully picked up the load. Thanks again. I do strongly recommend this place if anyone needs something with tire issues. Best service ever!

Went in for a tire alignment and had the best experience with the best people. Everyone was friendly and courteous and the service was excellent. Any thing to do with tires go see Rene!

INCREDIBLY FAST SERVICE...WHILE THERE I ASKED IF THEY HAD ANY THROWAWAYS I COULD TAKE, AND ONE OF THE GUYS WENT OUT BACK WITH ME TO SELECT A TIRE, THEN USED THE FORKLIFT TO GET THE ONE I WANTED & SET IT IN THE BED OF MY TRUCKGOOD PEOPLE, GREAT SERVICE... HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE IN OR NEAR VICTORIA

They won't fix a flat on a car. Only semi. I had my child and was2 hours from home with the next tire place 13 miles away I had to drive on a bad spare after having a blowout on the front. Bunch of helpful people (eye roll)
