Thank you to SFM for being so helpful and flexible with scheduling. Mr Will Watkins came out and was on time, very helpful and was able to provide answers to the questions I was asking regarding our lift machine. SFM was also local, which was helpful on the house call, .time was efficient, direct and on task (no unnecessary distractions). There were a few items of concern on our lift that was beyond the scope of routine maintenance, but Mr Watkins was able to offer an alternative if we wanted to pursue that route. Thank you again SFM!

recently purchased a new forklift from them after renting the unit for some months prior. They have been super easy to work with and have gone out of their way to make sure we were happy with the purchase. Will definitely be buying again in the future as need arises.

Excellent service provided on our forklift purchase. Quick telephone response to our online request, fast quote and quick deal on in stock inventory. Jared even made a personal delivery with the driver. We highly recommend Southern Field Maintenance for all your equipment needs.

Once the job was complete, We were overcharged on the time of service due to parts were ordered wrong on SFM. Since the tech had to come back out the next, we requested a quote to change out the lift cylinders and free lift cylinders. We agreed to proceed with the job as well but little did we know we were charged another 10 hours of labor which due to the part being incorrect. After going back with Kim she didn't adjust much. Reuben was not available to settle the quote and I was able to contact him but he never got back to me. Went ahead and paid but will NEVER use Southern Field Maintenance again. Poor communication all around. Service forklift was in Palacios Texas. Please check all invoice and make sure you wont be cheated if you decide to use them. Also not sure what guarantee on their policy since it's not stated on their website. Never got an copy of paid receipt.

Would definitely recommend SFM. Great customer service and support. The service manager, and service department goes above and beyond. Ruben in the parts department is super helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for all the help!

Great group of personnel working there very good at what they if they don't know something off the top of their head they will get u an answer in a timely manner and will help as much as possible highly recommended place for anything as far as lube to complete rebuilds on heavy equipment and tractor trailers

We purchased a new forklift through Jared in sales. It was a great experience from the person who initially answered the phone to Jared working with us to close the deal. They delivered it for a very reasonable fee and we are very happy,

Was told they could work on the trailer, so brought it up here and apparently it s not a big enough trailer.Explained everything to them so they could of said that over the phone instead of wasting my time.
