I recently had to purchase 4 new tires for my vehicle, the team at my local rent a wheel was very helpful in ordering them since they were not in stock. They placed the order on Saturday and received them on yesterday. Thank you, Justin, for installing my tires in this nasty cold weather I really do appreciate it and for the team for giving great customer service!

Had a great time with Angel the salesmen and Melissa the account manager, always making something happen for me. Got a great deal on Mr rims and tires!!! The Tire tech helped out tremendously and Micheal the assistant manager made sure they got me right. Will always go to Rent a Tire

Just got 4 new rims and tires two weeks ago. Pressure sensors never worked and they used my lug nuts to put them on. Once they were mounted I realized that they had gone way to small on the tire size and after discussing with manager decided to go with a bigger tire. Came back two weeks later and got the bigger size tires put on and the sensors were still not working. Spent 3-4 hours waiting on manager to figure out why the didn t work and still waiting!

So I am a first time renter from this company, and I was late on my payments which I understand come and grab your tires, but then they left me with no tires on my vehicle and the tires that were left did not even fit my vehicle. I asked where are the tires you took from me when I started renting and they admitted to selling them. I asked to get my rims back they said no one has the skill set to take off the tires from the rim and they said legally they didn't even have to give me any tires. Would not recommend as a new renter maybe for advanced rentes and going through the process before but if you're a first time it's more opportunities to screw you over. The lady who answered the phone said itWould take up to a week to get my rims back since I missed 2 payments. She said "we had to wait to get our tires you can wait to get your rims" not a very professional response, and I did only rent tires not the rims.

They do not honor warranty on products. They trashed my sons factory rims. After being told he he could come pick up. They didn t tell him two weeks. They said the only the warranty is in affect is if the tire doesn t hold air. They even scammed me for 280 bucks and claimed they didn t do it. I would not recommend this place

Yes, the staff is great I went in. They noticed my tires and bent over backwards for me. Come check out Renatire in Victoria, Texas.

So went and purchased tires from these guys. Kind of in a rush moved me to front without hesitation and had a cook off they gave me a lift to Heb to buy things I needed I. The meantime great bunch of people will do business any time with them

When u go,talk to assistant manager he will help you out.. just talk to him I have problems and I talk to him and he jump on it and fixed.. he will work with u and help u best he can..

I bought my tires at one location and paid for my road hazard, well took my truck to get looked at,at the victoria tx location where we realized their was cracks in my tires so I proceeded to try and file on my road hazard claim to get them replaced . After speaking with the victoria tx manager he told me that because I didn't buy the tires with him he wasn't gonna be able to replace them besides that those were too expensive tires and he don't order them kind of tires and if he did replace them it would throw him way over his budget.Ocause I didn't get them with hi.

I highly recommend these guys !! They're great guys and really easy to deal with. Franklin is always very honest with you too, and being a lady I truly appreciate that considering most of the time people try to take advantage of some ladies not having the knowledge on buying tires. Go see these guys and check them out

Didnt think i could afford rims i setup an appointment with Franklin and he was able to get me some 22 inch rims and tires that fit my budget i was amazed they look great on my truck thanks again Franklin keep upthe great work

I got tires yes. When I got to signing the paperwork is when I find out the tires are used . I asked Franklin as to why I thought they were gonna be new? He literally had nothing to say. He said oh they are practically new the guy had them on for 2 weeks. :/ yeahhhh no. Then he gives me this battery charger? And I m like why do I need this? I don t want it and he says oh everyone gets one. But I feel he was just tryin to make a sale! Better off goin to Discount Tire. This place seemed sketch af!

I've been dealing with the liars at this store for almost two months. I cant enjoy my car due to a bent rim they put and I diligently pay for every week. Been almost two weeks to get a brand new set of tires. Been almost two months since do called rim was ordered. Great people in ur face. Word of mouth is nothing but lies. They cant even give u a date of stuff being ordered. If my alignment is messed up, they are not fixing it. Hands down to the people who go here, check visually every tire and rim. Because if that one thing gets by, all you'll get is a phone call expecting their money. Truth

My girlfriend bought some tire from them for $1200, I went to buy the exact same tires for my truck a couple weeks later they were gonna charge me $380 per tire plus tax plus the shipping fee which was $50, that would not be added to the price of the tire. Guess I should have sent her.
