My boyfriend drove from Houston to Victoria for his April 5th appointment. Charlie said he would have his vehicle completed by April 9th. So he rented a vehicle for a week so they can install the ladder racks on his company truck. He called Tuesday to check on the status of the vehicle and a woman was blunt and offered no explanation when stating that the vehicle had not been started on, but assured him it would be ready by Friday as expected. Yesterday was Friday and the ladder racks have not been installed and they only offered an apology for not "getting around to it". The customer service was terrible and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone.

They are awesome people. Mr. Heibel will take care of you and get the job done correctly I own geared up road service and will always take my truck there for crane or accessory work
