The car sales man was fantastic and I would ve given Nissan a 5 star for him alone, but the finance guy was very unprofessional and pretty much called us stupid for not getting their package. I almost just walked out. This was my son s first car and we both walked out of there saying, man that guy was a real jerk. Also this place lies so avoid this Nissan by all means.

Have never experienced this level of professionalism, honesty, truly taking the time to show my daughter in-law several cars; the choices that she really liked, to second and third choice. Broleo(Leo), did an awesome job in showing the cars and he is very knowledgeable in the Nissan brand! I'll never forget Broleo's hard work, dedication and professionalism in getting my daughter in-law in the car she really loves and want to own for awhile! Thank you Broleo (forgive me if I misspelled your name for names are very important)! Thank you Bravo Nissan for getting the payment she could afford! Anyone looking for an honest, professional and caring dealership, Bravo Nissan is it! No need to go to any other for this is the dealership to try first and the only. So far so good these guys have done an outstanding job at keeping me updated. They seem to know what they're doing unlike most other shops in town. Their pricing is a bit much but not too bad.

They are liars and cheats. My air conditioning had been working off and on lately. I took it to a good mechanic in Port Lavaca after it finally quit. He said he got it working properly. After I paid and got in, it had quit working. He had checked the freon, compressor, blew off the vent, and changed the cabin filter earlier. He put his tester back on it and the code weren't making sense. We agreed I should take it to Nisson of Victoria. On the way home it started working again for a week. I found it was only cooling on the passenger side, so I took it to Nissan of Victoria. They called me and said the flow control modulator and compressor had gone out. I knew my compressor was working. I told them to change the flow modulator but to leave the compressor alone. I picked up mu truck the next day, turned the AC on, and it has been working fine every since. They lied to me and tried to get me to pay for $1300.00 worth of unnecessary work.Service: Air conditioning
