Loved my new purchase love at first sight!!!But all thanks to agent Conrad who helped us get the best deal, he was friendly, respectful, patient, and very understanding in all amazing employee.Made the experience lovely and stress free. And at the end of the day we became part of the Hyundai family.

The woman behind the desk at the Hyundai Service Center blessed more than just me today. I came in for a software upgrade and asked what I should do for my headlight that had gone out. After having someone look at it, it turned out the prongs of the bulb were bent and she had a new bulb put in for me. I was down to my last 20 dollars and wasn't sure it'd be enough for parts and labor. She understood completely and ended up deciding not to charge me at all. Feeling blessed, I went to HEB for milk and butter and I saw a woman who had two small children and needed money to buy formula. I hope the twenty dollars blessed her and her family as much as the new headlight blessed myself and my roommate. It never would've been possible if it hadn't been for the very kind office manager. I wish I'd gotten her name but she really loves the movie San Andreas.Very friendly staff and whoever is in charge of the music there has great taste. Don't hear a lot of old Conway much anymore.

I got an amazing deal from this dealership and i am extremely happy with my purchase. The entire staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They made the process of buying a new vehicle fun when it is often stressful. They were extremely patient and explained everything in detail. I would definitely be back to buy my next vehicle. Thank you again to our salesman Daniel for helping me find the perfect vehicle to bring our newborn son back home in. I highly recommend the Mac Haik Hyundai dealership in Victoria, Texas.

The service department was very busy, but Q was very upbeat and positive. He kept a smile on his face the entire time I was there and never seemed flustered, even though he never stopped moving from the phone, to the coffee pot, to the shop to communicate with the mechanic, back in, etc. He answered all of my questions and concerns. The two girls behind the counter were also friendly and smiling.

So I traded in a 2203 Toyota Tacoma and bought a 2023 Tucson with 5 miles on it and 2 days later as I live 1 hour away and work 4 days a week the Wiper nee3ds adjustment, the AC at 62 feels like 69, the Computer saying it was due for service. I had an appt get half way there and they Canceled and say tech was in the Hospital and they would reschedule(Never Did). So I had an Appt on 4-19 now miles are at 1680 and I called to see if it was on and the lady said yes and some guy said is that my name and he got on the line and said The Tech is still in the hospital (1.5 Months Later) I called Hyundai Corporate and reported this Dealership. Stay Away and the Owners of this Place and Manager do not Seem to Care about there Customers. I should have waited when I go back to El Paso TX in May and Buy from Janet Murray at that Hyundai Dealership as they have never done me wrong as I been Buying Hyundai's since 2008!

The people working there were really nice! The wait wasn't long at all. My only regret is that I didn't get the names of the two people at the desk. They were very kind and even offered us coffee. Thank you for your great customer service!

Dont even waste your time at this dealership.. especially with cristopher carlton..and finance manager R-manning.. I was preapproved through my credit union and had all paperwork and check ready.. went thru 2 days of paperwork hassle to get it asap.. just for them to tell me on the day i had everything ready, that it was sold.. there was a purchase order signed from both parties.. his excuse was that, because i didnt finance through them there was no contract between us so they sold it..absolutely ridiculous dealership.. they're just out to get you for the most money they can. STAY AWAY.!

We had a great experience buying a new car. We didn t know what we wanted so we test drove several different makes and models. We chose a Hyundai Tucson and we love it! The features and the warranty are leaps and bounds above the other cars we took for a test drive. 10 year/100,000 mile warranty??? Yes, please. We also had the best salesman, Daniel. He was hilarious! He was very helpful and knowledgeable but never pushy. He let us go our own pace. He was patient and made the whole experience pleasant.

Think twice before buying a Hyundai. It takes forever to get parts. My car was there for 17 weeks, partly due to parts not being readily available and partly because the repairs were labor intensive. Communication with the dealership was terrible in the beginning until Q became my primary contact. Q did a great job of keeping me informed.

I would NOT recommend buying a used car from this dealership.I bought a used 2015 Toyota 4Runner with 69k miles. I drove from Houston to test drive it. Car was super clean and had been serviced. My initial impression was that servicing of the car changing spark plugs, air filter etc.. was a very nice customer service.248 miles after leaving the dealership, I get a check engine light, OBD error code P0301 says random engine misfire cylinder 1. The CarFax report showed spark plugs had been changed out twice in 10k miles and an after market coil had been replaced (steps to do if you get this code). This error code knocks out my TRAC OFF and cruise control. The error code keeps coming back so this tells me that the dealership knew that this truck had this ongoing problem. It probably needs to have all the spark plug coils replaced. Obviously, just changing plugs did not clear the misfire code.I contact Alex Pineda my used car salesman and he fails to follow up. After a month of dealing with this check engine light I finally get in contact with Ryan Manning, Used Car Sales Manager, he basically gives me the tough luck speech and I should have bought the extended warranty. All I was asking was that. the dealership commit to buying the replacement OEM coils and I am sure it would solve the problem. No deal so here I am posting my experience.NOT HAPPY at all with the Customer Experience. Funny how the automatic thank you mail from General Manager, Kevin Janal, asking me to call dealership if NOT COMP,ETELY SATISFIED . to give them the opportunity to correct concerns that may have are just empty words.

I appreciate my salesman keeping in touch with me before and after my appt. He was kind, not pushy. He set up my radio and explained all the features of the car to me. Chris was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend him as a sales person. Thank you Chris for making the process easy.

Jeff was outstanding. Very easy to work with. He understood what I wanted. Very quick on the uptake and very friendly. At the time of signing Shawn the manager came across as a wonderful gentleman. Not the kind of cold salesperson ready to somehow close the deal, ask intrusive questions who is only interested in meeting his targets. He showed genuine concern and both have provided excellent customer service by following up regularly for any questions/assistance. The whole deal was a smooth process completed by phone. I was in and out in 30 minutes and drove off my new car. They had the car prepped, cleaned and ready to go when I reached. There were no hidden things that would be a red flag. They didn t sneak in any extra charge. Their offer was the lowest among all 43 dealers in the state of texas that I called. He beat the nearest competitor by over $2000. The price they offered the very first time was accepted. I got my car with everything I asked for. Overall a great experience. All thanks to the finance and sales team. Kudos to the whole dealership

I went into Mac Haik because of a car advertised for $12,000. Unfortunately I spoke to a sales person named Alex Cook and he told me I didn t qualify for the $12,000 car I only qualified for an $18,000 car that I didn t even want I have had nothing but problems with this car he keeps telling me it was my own problem that cars come with repairs yada yada yada. Until the car quit working now I m supposed to be waiting on the motor. They ve had it probably close to two months and the motor still not in it. I am vehicle us. I am not happy. I hate that car. I don t want it and now I m stuck with it because of Alex cook. The guy that I told him I didn t want that car it was a $6000 car at best. He charged me 18,000 and I didn t even have it a couple months before that car started leaving me stranded. And I m a widowed female, stuck in the middle of the night on the side of the as I was trying to go home.. Supposedly it was a new motor. In that car, and it only had 6 miles on it he said. I bought it. Like I said, I didn t even want the car but he knew he had me over a barrel because 1989 car finally quit working at 250,000 miles and I had two jobs to work, and I couldn t walk away without a car so he stuck it to me good my opinion is check other car lots before you buy at this one. I am so unhappy with that I can t stand it, but considering I owed 18 thousand dollars on it I m stuck with it such a disappointment it in that car lot I ll never do it again. If I could ve gave them a zero on the stars, I would ve done that. Don t walk in there and deal with a Alex Cook. Thanks for listening to my complaining

I brought my car here because of a recall that requires a software upgrade. I made an appointment for 2pm and arrived 15 minutes early. I figured while I was here I'd get an oil change and have them give the car a good going over since my son has been driving it for the past two years. I also asked them to do the Texas state inspection so I could get it registered in Texas. Well 4 hours later I finally got out of here with ONLY an oil change. They were unable to do the recall work because of "internet problems". They couldn't do the inspection because the tires didn't pass but didn't bother to say anything about it until I was being checked out. Had they told me first thing I would have asked to have the tires replaced. I did not even receive my copy of the inspection checklist that would show what items need to be addressed with the car. I thought the Hyundai dealership in NY where I bought the car was the worst service operation ever. Well Mac Haik just proved you can always go lower with the worst service I have ever received for automotive work. This place is pathetic and I would not even consider buying a car here with the horrible service department. I would highly advise NEVER go to Mac Haik for anything. I'll drive two hours to San Antonio or Houston if I ever need dealer service for my Hyundai.

Unsure the process to contact the finance department at this dealership but everytime I m redirected to their line, no one answers. I ve kept count of the amount of times I ve called and it s a staggering 67 times over the past 4 months. Truly remarkable that they dodge calls not only from me, but from the looks at other reviews, other customers. Horrible business practice and I highly recommend buying from another dealership if possible. Avoid this and you ll thank yourself in the future.

Bought a 22 Palisade in March 2022, love the car but the service department here is awful. Never answers the phone, most of the time calls are not returned but never before 3-4 hours. Had to take my car to Texan Hyundai in Rosenberg (80 miles away) for warranty work because service manager told me he just didn't have the capacity to do the work.They don't really want to do the complimentary service on weekends through their fast lane department and it takes hours for the service to be completed in their in-house service department through the week. I know for a fact they didn't do the tire rotation last time when they said they did (I marked the tires).I've complained to Hyundai corporate who says to contact the dealership. I've tried contacting the general manager several times without a returned phone call.As long as this dealership is the only Hyundai option in town I will never buy another one and I will probably never be a Mac Haik customer no matter what the brand they are selling.
