I took my car in due to a recall. I was pleased to know that they provide you with a ride to your house. They also give you a courtesy call to let you know when it's ready and to see if you need a ride to pick up your vehicle. Not many places do that. Thank you Mac Haik Ford.

So, I go in yesterday for an appointment at one o'clock and they have no record of it. After about 20 minutes of getting frustrated and blaming them for messing up, I realized, my dumbass made the appointment at the wrong mechanic. They never once criticized me and worked very hard to figure out where they went wrong, even though they hadn't. On top of that, when everything was sorted out, they found a cheaper part and saved me over $200. They are freaking awesome!

Call and ask what the wait time currently is. Guy says 30 minutes. Only one person waiting. I'm there 15 minutes later. Then wait for over 2 hours for just an oil change. Definitely should be called slow lane.

Have taken my ford here 3 times to get oil change. 2 of the three times I'v had to return because they had, first time, over tightened oil filter, and oil was sprayed all over the undercarriage of my new vehicle. This last time I brought it here, they changed the oil but failed to reset the computer. So two weeks after, my truck is saying I need another oil change!!! Wondering if these technicians are skilled, trained technicians or just hired off the street to fill a position???????

These guys have always taken great care of my car. Rudy was very professional and did an excellent job of explaining things and servicing my vehicle. Will definitely recommend to others!

Quick lane = not quick.Got here at 7:10am for an oil change... they told me 30 minutes. It s 8:45am. Still sitting here.

They should change the name to Slow Lane . It s always about an hour until they can get to your car, and ends up acutually taking 2 hours. Don t even think about coming around lunch. All the techs take lunch at the same time so you end up sitting for their lunch break too.

The first guy was really slow. He was on his phone like I couldn't see him in the window. The second guy was expedient.
