In the realm of customer service and efficiency, Glass Doctor is truly exemplary.After a rather disappointing ordeal with another company, Glass Doctor came as a refreshing change. Their professionalism, timeliness, and commitment to ensuring client satisfaction were evident from our first interaction. Within a little over a week s time - from initial contact to job completion - they managed to seamlessly address my requirements. The contrast in experiences was night and day, and I can t express enough gratitude to the Glass Doctor team for saving the day.For anyone in need of glass services, I wholeheartedly recommend Glass Doctor; they re in a league of their own. If we ever need glad replaced again I know who I ll be calling!

I had a glass door in an RV replaced. They scheduled the appointment and installed the glass onsite in a timely manner. The work was done recently, no issues so far.

All I can say is make sure you SHOP AROUND. They were twice as high as their competition. Literally twice as high. Not sure why they were going to charge me $500 to change a windshield when other places charges $250. I called 5 places, and Glass Doctor was the very highest quote, lowest was $200, and $250 was the average. Definitely make sure you shop elsewhere before going with Glass Doctor!!!

We had a shower glass pane installed recently. Everything from the ordering process, measuring/quote and installation was done exactly as it was explained to us. The whole process was completed in a timely manner. The technicians who measured as well as the technicians who installed the glass were very professional. I highly recommend them!

The employees at Glass Doctor are so nice and helpful. Needed a big mirror cut to a smaller size and remounted. When I called, they took my info and called me back just as they said they would. The guys that took care of the mirror were very respectful and cleaned up what little mess was there after they were done. The price was reasonable. I definitely will use them again!!

I needed to replace a window pain on my RV window and they couldn't give me an estimate over the phone, i had to bring the window in. That i didn't like considering its almost 75 miles round trip for me, but i understand. When i showed up a tech was working on my estimate in just minutes.I was under the impression that this pain would have to be ordered if i chose to purchase it. To my surprise, i was wrong, even though, this glass was smoked, and had 2 rounded edges. The pain was priced right, so i wanted it. Kyle asked me to give them a couple hours to get it done. When i informed him i was from out of town, and that ill have to wait, he put my order into production, and in just a few short minutes it was done. We double checked the fit and it was good. Kyle treated me the way i would have treated him if he walked into my shop. THAT never happens. GOOD JOB KYLE. I would highly recommend them. Thank you Camper City for the referral.

I measured my shelf incorrectly and had to go back three times to shorten the glass. They were cordial each time and shortened it without charging me an additional fee. I would definitely recommend them.

I was very pleased with glass doctor. They took care of my need of a custom cut mirror I needed in a quick manner. I had it delivered to my home. They were all so kind there. I will go back to them when I need anything glass related.

took a whole day to get a quote on a glass when they told me they were going to get back with me right away and the guy's name was Forrest. he got to my house about 1:00 p.m. and didn't get back to me until the next day about 4:50 p.m.

We had to order glass for our custom windows damaged by Hurricane Harvey which as soon as it came in, Jason Angerstein came and installed the window glass quickly with no problems. Jason and Glass Doctor were very courteous and highly recommend them for any glass repair or replacement.

Glass Doctor successfully replaced the large, heavy, second-story window glass in our foyer and were able to help us problem solve the need for privacy by using textured glass. They were polite, clean and efficient with this difficult job and paid attention to details.
