I scheduled an appointment for 10 AM for an alignment and was informed it would take up to an hour and a half for this to he done. Ten minutes later, my vehicle and taken and put on a rack where it sat untouched for an hour and a half. Noticing that my vehicle had not even had an alignment yet, I walked out into the garage to see what the hold up was. Had a informative and friendly chat with the mechanic after which my vehicle was immediately pulled back for an alignment that took less than 15 minutes.Firestone wasted my time. Why schedule an appointment if you aren't going to honor it? I will never recommend Firestone after this again.

Had a tire start loosing psi 2 hrs from home. Called ahead and they said stop by. Staff was fast and courteous. Got us back on the road fast! Thanks again for the help gentlemen l!

2nd time I've gotten a front end alignment here, this time at no charge with their lifetime alignment service they offer. My F150 needed it after some off-road action flexed the suspension a little much for a dropped street setup. When I arrived it was less than 10 minutes and the alignment tech had my truck on their state-of-the-art, lazer-precision alignment machine. As he finished up he explained exactly what he had done, and how he had compensated the angles from factory spec to account for the custom suspension, definitely what I would have call an expert level knowledge in steering and suspension alignments. Best part? I was in and out in less than an hour.If you are in need of an alignment I highly recommend purchasing that lifetime service, especially if youve modified the height of your ride's suspension.

My first experience here was great. Nick helped us with a new tire due to a flat, very accomadating. I am new to the area and decided this would be a great place for oil changes. I made an appointment for an oil change, took off work early, was there on time to be told they were short handed and one person was at lunch although it was 3:30, and that there were others with appointments ahead of me. I was told it was well over an hour wait. I said I could not wait an hour just to start the oil change so I made an appointment the next day at 3:00. Took off work again got there, asked how long and I got the same told to me that they only had two people and one was at lunch at others that had an appointment were ahead of me. Why make the second appointment if you know you are going to go through the same situation as the day before. I was very upset and the person at the counter did not deal with the situation very well at all. I will not let this happen a 3rd time so I choose not to go back to this location.

If you want to be treated properly don't waste time or money here. Inspections take 2 hours and they failed everyone in front of me for stupid things like a dirty cabin filter.. crazy. It was a year old car. The man was very rude and made sure the entire store knew they failed. He told a lady that state and recently come and cited them and that was the reason for failing people.

My experience with this Firestone was amazing! Alicia is the store manager and she is great! She goes out of her way to assist customers and she is very kind. She has so many great traits that every manager should have. Not only does she manage the store but she is hands on with the vehicles that come thru. I live 3 hours away but I will definitely be returning to this Firestone!

Our home is Georgia. We were on a road trip through Texas on Sunday morning of Labor Day weekend. We were driving a Prius and hit something in the road that knocked a skid plate loose under the car. It was dragging and making a horrible sound. We researched our options and found a Firestone store in Victoria that was open. We called and Alicia said to bring it in and they would do what they could do. That's what we did. Alicia was extremely helpful, courteous, concerned and really interested in getting us back on the road. Her very talented and knowledgeable technician determined the problem, knew how to fix it and had us ready to go in no time. The charge for the repair was much less than it could have been. What started out as a very frightening Sunday morning turned out to be a wonderful experience with two extremely capable young people.Thank you Alicia and please thank the young man on duty that day. You were both a blessing to us.

I rarely share my opinion on Google but I must make an exception to relate how awesome these guys were. I had 2 punctured tires coming from Houston headed to Corpus. My 2-year old and my 70-year old dad were with me so I explained the difficulty I had. They took care of us in emergency. I liked their honesty and their price was very competitive. Oscar, our technician, was patient with us, answered our questions and worked so fast! It is so rare nowadays to get such great service. My dad was utterly impressed and my kid loved the tire displays. Thank you Firestone Victoria!

Awsome people. They always take great care of me and the prices are cheaper than any other tire shop in town. Even better than the mexican shop down the road. Yeah it suprised me too. But, i got better tires and better warranty then the guy at yantas. Sorry i cant spell in Spanish! Let alomg english!lol

Margarita and her group did an excellent job all the way around. There was a slight delay in repairs, but, sometimes things pop up that can't be anticipated. The staff(especially Margarita) were quick to address the issue and get me back on the road.

Scheduled an appointment for a front end alignment at 3:pm. Advised it would be 15min for them to start. Wait patiently in waiting area. Ask for an update on my vehicle after an Hr and a half! Guy up front had to remind mechanic who then attempts to start working! Told them to pull it off. Will never return.

Francisco was very nice. He was kind enough to change my flat tire for me even though they were about to close when I arrived. He did the job fast and saved me a lot of trouble. I highly recommend this Firestone and I want to say thank you to Francisco for what he did for me.

Just bypass Firestone and head to DIscount Tires if needing new Tires or tire repair.. If u have to use a local Firestone, please head to the Airline location for a better experience than that of the Rio Grande location. The female manager of the Rio Grande location has a descent rapport of course, hence that's why she is the manager and had no problem conversing. The clerk Margarita THOUGH has the RUDEST attitude and tone of voice...You can say a million things but it is the TONE of VOICE used and the way the words roll of the tongue. Price is always a factor and consideration, but CUSTOMER SERVICE is KEY to repeat business, and Margarita DOES NOT possess GOOD customer service skills.

I was pleased with the oil change that was done on my car, however the cost was way more than I had anticipated. But in the end the nice lady that was waiting on me gave me a friend suggestion for next time. Thank you Firestone!!

I was passing through town and needed a safety inspection done on my personal trailer in order to renew the registration. There was a substantial wait for inspections but since my trailer would only require a few minutes they took care of me right away. This saved me from making a 40 minute trip back the next day to pick it up. I will definitely be going back to this location for future business.

I had the sidewall of a tire blow out yesterday while driving to Corpus Christi. You can imagine my worry being in a fairly rural area, an odd tire size and no spare tire (run flats)!!!! Multiple calls later we found this Firestone open and with my tire in stock.The gentleman at the desk was very helpful and polite. They charged a fair price for the tire and they were done in a timely manner!!

Had my Pilot breakdown overnight. Had it towed into town at this Firestone location. Mr. Nicholas and his Sunday crew did a phenomenal job. They were professional and courteous. They even called in a technician who was off for the day. Thank you thank you thank you. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. Thanks again.

This Firestone on Rio Grande had top notch service prior to new mgmt. When you call for estimates they say one thing and do another. Be honest with your customers and stop making up prices. You will run yourself out of business quickly.

Take to long, lazy staff that mess around. Took 2 hours just to get tires on and an expection. They treat there men customers on high quality and they give the women the shity end of the stick, expecting us to wait while the men customers get out in no time. The employees just stand screwing around. At one in point for 30 minutes there was no one the shop doing no work. I do NOT recommend firestone to someone that wants to get there car worked on for an in and out.

Brought my brother vehicle to get checked yesterday though it was brakes. But my front right barring went out. The staff was friendly and explain to me what need to be repaired. They even got my son stroller out if my vehicle while they had it in shop. Grateful they found the problem and repaired it. Now truck runs great no problems. Thanks to staff and technicians y'all are awesome!!
