Excellent, hassle free visit. Arrived for my appointment, received excellent service from all the guys at the counter but Galen in particular, new tires installed efficiently and at a fair price.Can't ask for anything more. I highly recommend this Discount Tire location.

It's completely ridiculous, they told me because of weekend it needed two hours for the service of rotation and balance. I waited over there for two hours and then I saw my car was moved from parking lot to garage. Just only after 3 minutes they told me they had done. You know.......

I know this isn't a normal everyday occurrence, but I was literally in and out with 4 tires in 30 minutes. Staff was great!!!

Great experience. Excellent staff and customer service. Mardi was super great!!They were able to get me in before my appointment and it only took them about 30mins for all 4 tires. Super pleased with my experience will be going back for all my tire needs

I showed up right at closing time and asked if they would stay to replace 4 tires on my car. 20 minutes later I was driving away with my new tires! The staff was personable and welcoming and the service was outstanding. Plus you can't beat their tire guarantee!

The complete worst, the wait time is ridiculous. Probably short staffed. Despite them asking for my number to let me know when my turn was next. They skipped over me and I had to wait even more

Great service and fair prices as usual. My one recommendation is that you call ahead first. Often they have to order your tires as they don't warehouse a bunch of brands etc so they may need a day or two to get yours in. Additionally, schedule an appointment, it's much faster than just walking in. Been doing business with them for decades, never disappointed.

I had to lock my tires to avoid an accident on 77S. Two tires were ruined. Arlin, the store manager, greeted me and assisted me, as well as calming my shattered nerves. He inspected all the tires and showed me what damage was done and which tires were ok. He even introduced me to the technician that would be putting new tires on. The store was packed with customers but everyone worked efficiently to reduce all of our wait times. Everyone at this store is to be commended on exemplary service! Damaged tire image attached.

Went in for 4 new tires we were in and out quickly. Walmart is within walking distance and was a great place to spend time waiting. FYI if you find out you have to spend more than you thought they have an amazing new card that was well worth it. No interest for awhile so we can pay it off and not pay extra.

Great customer service and care. They open at 8 but had someone working the phones at 7:45. He was helpful and stated without appointment I should be able to get in. I arrived at 7:55 and was out by 9. Very friendly staff.

I arrived a tad late, I called to let them know, but was welcomed by busy staff. What could have been an aggravating situation, was quickly resolved by Jimmy. He was fast, polite, attentive, and helped me set an appointment for my son. Also, Gallen was extra helpful in the garage expediting our vehicles. All around great service.

This is the best & only Discount Tire that I purchased from. They're friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. (Unlike the one on 59.) Marcus is fantastic & went above& beyond to help me in my time of need. I definitely will be returning to this location & I highly recommend.

Caught a few nails in my tire and had to stop while passing through town. Galen was awesome and helped me get back on the road in record time. If I'm ever in town again and need a tire, I'll be sure to come by here again!!

Galen was great. Best tire rep. And honestly I was grumpy to him b/c it was hot and the place was crowded. But he was helpful and honest about the wait time. Good experience and fair price on tires.

Worst tire shop I have ever been to. They balanced and rotated my tires but forgot to mention to me that my tires needed to be replaced. How can a professional not cared about your safety?

Amazing first experience with Discount Tires. Jake Humphrey is an awesome help along with everyone else there. Took care of everything for me and was extremely knowledgeable about what I needed and wanted. Even helped me talk to those horrible claims service through the dealership. Will definitely be going back!

Great service, just don't be in a hurry. The beauty of DT is you can go anywhere in the US and they recognize your vehicle. Good prices, great customer service and just around the corner in most bigger cities.
