Blake started our experience off fantastically. We had the dreaded blow out on the Hwy and he answered the phone and was very professional in helping us work through our emergency.Jeremy helped us when we got there and let s just say he is and was a difference maker. He quickly noticed that just fixing the blown tire wasn t going to cut it. He really knows his stuff and made some very helpful recommendations.We were in and out in a flash and the entire team really stepped up to get us back on the road again. This is the go to spot!Jeremy, Blake, Sklyar & Roy Thanks so much for being professionals and handling business like I ve never seen before. The entire team worked like clockwork.This place oozes professionalism & service!!

I can t recommend this location enough. I had an appointment for 10:15 on a Saturday for a tire rotation and balance and wiper change. I arrived a little early (10am) and they told me it would probably be around 45 minutes, which I was completely fine with. I sat down to read my book and was shocked when they came over shortly after to tell me it was almost done. And by shortly, I mean I was out of there by 10:15, the time of my appointment. Jeremy and his team always go above and beyond for their customers!

Brought in a tire with a simple flat repair for a visible screw. They started talking about it being unrepairable even before pulling the car in the stall. Even tried to sell me a new spare tire. I could tell by their attitude I was getting nowhere. Took my car to an independent tire shop right down the road, was in and out in 15 minutes. Check my review of that place, I gave them 5 stars and even gave them a nice tip!

Ordered a full set online and set an appointment. They got me taken care of in about 30 minutes even though they were very busy! Crew did a great job of giving me the details that I needed.

I took car for flat repair. Tech Jeremy told me tire tread looked great but tire was too old (6 yrs old)and recommended new tire for safety reasons and after removing tire to fix flat he was not allowed to put it back on car cuz a tire that old was unsafe and that both back tires were too old and was pressuring me to buy 2 tires, after seeing tires were purchased with warranty there he said he could only use warranty for new tire if the flat was un-repairable and they just fixed the flat. He was no longer concerned about how unsafe it was that the tire was too old. In the past I had great honest service from Tech Ray.

ordered a tire on Sunday, had to wait till Thursday appointment so the tire would be there. showed up Thursday and The tire i ordered and paid for the previous Sunday was not available. was told they had an equivalent tire. i was in a bind so agreed to have other tire installed , tire ordered was 50k tread warranty, tire installed was 40 k warranty. SO NOT AN EQUIVALANT. If i wanted just any tire i would not have waited the 4 days for my appointment. Also left car there and asked them to call when car was complete. No one ever called. I have used Discount tire for a long time , Is this what is to be expected in the future for service?

This location is the absolute best to get tires and tire work done. They are so friendly and keep you informed as to where your vehicle is in the process. A big special thank you to Tim. He is so nice and courteous. I would never go anywhere else for tires except for this Discount Tire location (Houston Hwy). Make an appt online and they will get you in and out quicker. Thank you Tim and your team.

These guys always have treated me and my cars with respect. My only criticism is that they sometimes forget to put the covers back on the valves on the tires. Check those before you leave. Excellent work, good prices, kind staff.

We came in unexpectedly with a flat on a warrantied tire - and showed up only 1 1/2 hours before closing time. These guys were working so hard, we re friendly from start to finish and stayed late to make sure we got back on the road. They were out working in the cold and rainy weather and it didn t seem to slow them down at all. Great service, great leadership, great attitudes. We really appreciate how they do business at this location.

We had two adults and six kids today in our vehicle on the way to the beach when we had a low tire pressure light come on. Marcus was very kind and worked hard to get us back on the road again. There was no attempted upsale and everyone was very efficient and hardworking. Would highly recommend.

I recently had all my tires and rims stolen off my vehicle. Discount tire was able to get me back on the road quickly and efficiently. The customer service went above and beyond my expectations despite having high expectations from previous visits. I would recommend this location to anyone and will continue to be their customer for as long as I live in Victoria.

Rolled up seconds after closing. Ty walked over, instead of choosing to ignore us or allowing us to figure things out ourselves, informed us that the service was closed but still went above and beyond to ensure we were good to go.This is the type of customer service and employee that you want and a value-add. Discount tire is the best!!! Shout out to Jeremy I woke up to my car on bricks as did many other people in Victoria last night. He went above and beyond he didn t try and make more profit he helped us and gave great customer service!!! We are in South Texas on a fishing trip heading home with a 5 hour drive ahead of us. We had a blow out on our boat trailer and called the nearest tire shop. Roy answered and was so kind! He sent us a link with directions and held the tires we needed! Upon arrival, Jeremy greeted us and told us it wouldn t be a long wait and he will get us all fixed up. He recommended the seafood restaurant next door for lunch while we waited and it was amazing! Great customer service!!! 10 star Discount Tire location! Thank you!

They get to you once you walk in the door. There are plenty of staff behind the counter and in the garage. They give the services need to get you in and out. They check tired pressure, engine if your engine light comes on. Need to order new tires or rotate the tires you already have. Discount Tire can help you out. So go on by to your neighborhood Discount Tire if you need your car checked.
