I'll pull in about noon on Wednesday the lady at the counter was very busy but she was very professional and kind ask her if I could get a inspection on my truck she said yes no problem give me about 15 minutes so she finished taking care of his her business as what she was doing and within about 25 minutes I was getting in my truck and leaving thank you very much it was a very pleasant experience

The team here did a fantastic Job, quick and efficient. The fact that they were so with electric is astounding in itself. The diagnosis was a little pricey but you get what you pay for and the techs and service guys did phenomenally, so it was imo totally worth it. Thanks FolksService: ElectricalService: Electrical

10.4.2023. I needed to have my SUV inspected and wanted to have the tires rotated and balanced so I made an appointment online. Still five star service it was recommended that the tires not be balanced especially the ones placed on the rear I was okay with that. I did have to wait longer than I expected but there but that doesn t affect the rating.2022I found three stick-on wheel weights on my garage floor where the front tires were. I took my truck to Crossroads and they balanced both fronts at a reasonable price and got me back rolling smoothly in no time!

Fast Service. Honest. I had a bulb out and could not get an inspection. They could have charged me, but said that it would pass inspection without the bulb.Thank You.

Great experience at Crossroads Tire and Automotive. I had checked several local service centers, including my original dealership, and had been told it would be two or three days until they could inspect my car. CT & A accepted my walk-up business, performed a thorough inspection, and had me back on my way very efficiently. Harold Hill was pleasant and helpful throughout, and the mechanic performing the inspection was well qualified. Could not ask for better!Service: Vehicle safety inspection
