I called on Wednesday about getting a stereo replacement put in an older model pickup. I got a Friday appointment. Very expeditiously scheduled. The service was great. My truck was done in excellent time and efficiency. Definitely would recommend him to anyone.

Roque is very knowledgeable. Every time I've talked to him or used him for services, he's always been very efficient at responding and getting the work done. Had an issue with my stereo system, and he got it taken care of in about 15 min!!!! He amazed me. He's very professional, fun and friendly. You'd be crazy to go anywhere else! He makes sure you're happy before leaving. I'll be going back to him for sure to fix my window tinting on my car next! Excellent customer service! It's what's missing in most businesses today.

Definitely recommend going to Rocky because he was fast and quick at removing my tint so that my car could pass inspection. Great great place. Dropped what he was doing to look at my problem and solved in just one look. Could have stole my money and told me I needed a new car lol but instead guided me in the right direction problem was solved in less than 10 min. Dude is awesome

I had a remote car starter put in my truck. Rocky was very professional about what he did. I was very pleased with the remote starter and he took the time to explain to me how it worked and the features it came with. Thanks again Rocky. I would highly recommend Rocky for your vehicle needs

I have an older car with a bad rear window tinting job. Cartex did a quality job of removing the old tint film and Appling the new. The gentleman was very nice and met me outside. We went over why I had to get the tinting done on my windows. I sat in the office which was very clean. It only took an hour like he said. He gave me instructions of what not to do for a couple of days. I would definitely go back to him to do it again if I had too. Experience was un-believable this man Rockey is the most RUDE person I have EVER done business with EVER! I would recommend using someone else that works that hours that are posted on their website and and are professional ! At first I thought it was just me,,,, nope he then was rude to my husband and my PO !!!! He is not forth right or honest and completely unethical in the way he talked to me!!!!! This is not a complaint against guardian them selves, however he is the contractor for them. I hope after guardian reaches out to a few people and learn I an NOT the only person dealing with this they will reconsider their contract with this person.

Did an extremely professional job installing a radio head unit with gps and WiFi as well as a rear car camera and dash cam all at a fair price. Highly recommend them.

Had an Excalibur remote start installed on my 2017 Silverado and it s a night and day difference. I ve started it from inside the mall and once I get to my truck and unlock it it s already cold. Going to be nice getting into a warm truck come winter too!!

If you re going to have a number listed and a customer calls, it would be better to be more cordial. If you re booked, tell the customer up front rather than sounding frustrated with the call.
