ordered a transmission for a 2009 Kia Sportage on 3/19/2024 and was told I could pick it up on 03/21/2024When called to go pick it up on 03/22/2024 some young Kid told me we don't have that one anymore because it was no good but we have another one and price is $150.00 moreI told them why not calling me and informed me of the problem when you notice the transmission is no good and he said he does not have to and when I ask to talk to owner whom I originally delt he put me on hold for over 30 minutes and I end up hanging up the phoneBad business practice and bad services.

Update: changed my review from previous experience they sold me a nice factory chrome rim for my Ford Pickup. The original chrome factory rim that came on my Ford Pickup split causing my tire to go flat. Shout out to Aztec Ford for figuring it out. Anyway the gentleman at c&d found me what I needed and had it waiting for me.Told us they had an upholstery item that was in good condition, based on that drove 70 miles to pickup. Item was in very poor shape. I ended up buying seats off the internet.

C&D were very nice and prompt. Their prices are a little high compared to other junkyards. They did however have what I needed when no one else did. I have to edit my review as a bad head was found and Kelly went out of his way to make it right on the weekend. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend!

Would give 0 stars if possible. Very rude and unprofessional! Waited on hold for over 20 minutes to just be hung up on for waiting on his response on my situation. Didn't bother asking my vehicle and just said Idk what you have click

Friendly and respectful, very knowledgeable staff who are well versed in the automotive industry. Been doing business with my Abran s Body Shop (My Uncle) for decades. Able to get the windshield for My BETTY! 93 G30 series cargo van. Which I thought would be virtually impossible. I m rolling and back in business after an accident.

If this place has the part you're looking for, it's totally worth going here. My wife and I broke down in Victoria and the had the alternator I needed for $50, saving me over $250 that we didn't have. They let us install it right there to make sure it worked before charging us. They save the day for us.

Been looking for a ghost part for the last 2 weeks used so I didn t have to spend 2000 with the ford dealership and the guy I was speaking with told me about C&D and they had the part for 175 plus tax ! Awesome work guys !

I called C&D, here's how it went...Me: Do you all have an e-mail address?C&D: "I'm sure we do, who's this?"Me: PerryC&D: Go to our website. *hangs up on me*I had already looked at their website and there's no e-mail address shown, that's why I called. I've never done business with these people and I never will.
