Unfortunately the experience here was far from the greatest and not because they could not get the job done. I can clearly see why now it did not work..Honda Bravo were in my opinion unprofessional meaning they will run credit even without your permission and after speaking to the Manager I did get an apology for that terrible error.. also communication is so a nightmare. It s almost as if they avoid your calls. Really sad only if we could give the same respect we desire. I hope yall can evaluate somethings and really work on where we lack so people can enjoy the process of buying a new car rather than dread it.After looking at other reviews at this point it does seem this is quite common.. but hoping for the best for Bravo Honda!!

Been calling since May and can t get my recalls serviced. They keep saying they re putting sticky notes on the ladies desk and nobody ever calls me back. I would enjoy feeling safe in my vehicle as my brakes are apart of the recall.

I arrived a few minutes before my appointment. They let me in. They took into shop. And they were through in less than five hours. I went in for a tuneup and they did a complete inspection of the vehicle - they said it was up to date on the recalls and suggested that I will need to get the rear brakes fixed soon.It was a fine experience and I enjoyed the waiting room and all the attentive employees at the dealership.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I originally made an appointment for my second key to be programmed which took them 24 hours to complete. They kept my car for a whole day. I dropped it off at 8:00 am and it wasn t ready until the next day.When I dropped off my car originally I had them order a part for my steering wheel since one of the buttons broke. When the part arrived I made an appointment for the warranty work (A button on the steering wheel broke), an oil change and tire rotation. It took them over 24 hours to complete the warranty work which was just a simple button on the steering wheel. When they called me the next day to tell me my car was ready, it in fact was not ready because they had forgotten to do the oil change and tire rotation I was upset but I was not rude or anything I simply told them I would come back later. When I came back when my car was finally ready I asked for a discount and the service receptionist was rude immediately without hesitation I guess he didn t tell his boss about his error and didn t want to get chewed out that s what he told me, in addition he made comments such as closed mouths don t eat , I don t know what you want , you re tripping . So I decided to speak to the service manager who was not any better he was just making excuses for his employee and did not offer any solution nor offer me a discount, I finally just went to check out and left. 10/10 I do not recommend Honda of Victoria, I have always had a bad experience there even back when they had different owners. They re not kind and do not care about you. If you are looking for a new or used Honda I recommend Easy Honda in Houston that s where I bought my car they were kind and I had a great experience there.

**UPDATE ON PRIOR REVIEW**SO NOW WE'VE HAD THE LOANER CAR LONGER THAN WE HAD THE USED CAR WE PURCHASED. IT HAS BEEN WELL OVER A MONTH THEY'VE HAD IT TO FIX A BROKEN AXLE. ABSOLUTELY NO CALLS, TEXTS, EMAILS, SMOKE SIGNALS, NO FREAKIN COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER!!!! THEY DIDN'T EVEN PROVIDE US THE APPROPRIATE TAGS FOR THE LOANER VEHICLE! IT'S A GOOD THING WE WERE NEVER STOPPED. AGAIN, THERE HAS BEEN NO COMMUNICATION FROM THEM OR UPDATES. I'M REACHING OUT TO THE BBB & MAKING A COMPLAINT WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL. THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS & EXCEPTIONALLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING PURCHASING A CAR FROM THESE CLOWNS, READ THRU OTHER REVIEWS. I'M NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO'S HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE. I'M SURE THEY CAN BRUSH ME OFF AS JUST A DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMER, BUT I WOULDN'T MAKE SUCH AN ISSUE IF IT WASNT TRUE. FUNNY TOO, THEY RESPOND TO POSITIVE ACCOLADES & REVIEWS ON HERE, BUT MINE ARE BLATANTLY IGNORED. I arrived a few minutes early and was immediately greeted, checked in and they took my car back. The service was quick and friendly. They let me know what I needed to have done in the future and printed out a copy for me. The service department was great in scheduling and completing the maintenence my car required in a reasonable amount of time. During my wait a sales person tried to convince me I needed to trade my car in and purchase a new one. After directly telling him no, I am happy with my current car and am not interested in trading in or any deal you offer 10 times I had to choose to just ignore further comments and read my book. This experience will make me seriously think about where I take my car for regular maintenence in the future.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Ashton, Brandon, Anthony, and the new trainee from the service department made me feel right at home. They kept me informed step by step about what my car needed, and the techs. did a great job putting a new underbelly cover beneath my car, and readjusting the sensing component which was knocked off of place. I purchased my Honda here over 9 years ago. I have brought my Honda for regular maintenance as well as one large repair 9 years as well. Service has always been prompt, thorough, and very courteous employees to greet customers. All employees make sure customers are comfortable and attended to. They have had my car in for the same issue several times for several days each time the past few months, and currently they have had it for a month straight. At this point I honestly believe they have had my car more than I have.Then they want to "fix" my issue by sending me a salesmen that literally wasted nearly 3 hours to get back to me after asking basic questions. (What color/trim/price are the cars?) Now that I think about it, to be completely honest, he never did actually answer the questions. Nor has anyone else even bothered reaching out to me after 4 days (ignoring Sunday as they are closed)The entire process has been an absolute annoyance.Services: Auto exhaust system repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Honda of America sent a recall notice about CVT transmission software update as a result of a recall. I called Bravo Honda if Victoria, TX right away, and they scheduled my vehicle for service the next morning, and it was completed by the end of the day. Car runs great. They were so helpful and communicated with me all the time. Great service department.Service: Transmission

Arrived just after 730am on 6/29, ride back to house. Informed late afternoon that intermittent power outage hampered repair, need to keep overnight. No update in am 6/30, I called about 2pm to check status. Service manager unavailable, to check on status, called again at 3pm and told a leak was found in a hose, need to order it. Could not proceed without it. A/C still without freon. A driver picked me up, so I could pay for hose to be ordered, drove back home in my car. Now awaiting notification of hose arrival so they can fix A/C!Service: Auto A/C recharge

Had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change. Arrived 10 minutes early and waited in the reception area for 5 because only one person was working. Our Honda Pilot did not go into the bay until after 11:00 and was not finished until 11:50.Was told there was a fluid leak from the engine compartment, but they could not tell me where the leak was coming from or what type of fluid was leaking.The music in the waiting area was blaring and full of cussing. I am so glad my small children were not with me. The sales reps were walking around singing the songs (including the profanity) and even dancing.Needless to say, I do not believe I will be heading back to Bravo for service or future purchases any time soon.Service: Oil change

I had a appointment at earlier time had to reschedule for a few hrs later ..they had no problem. Had to have my car serviced so got there in no time my car was already gone and didn't take really long to b ready !! Thanks service department for your awesome service . And I'm so sorry I'm very bad with names but he knows who he is that helped me ... he was so polite , very friendly and so polite..he also remembered me from my purchase...what a great service !

R/R new battery on my Honda Odyssey. We got stranded at the gas station since noon, after road side assistance @ 3:30....Finally got to Bravo Honda, we were taken care and within 30 minutes or so we were on the road again. Thanks Brandon at the service dept and their technicians.

Wasn't empress. They asked my price range and unknowingly went threw the whole process and they tell me they have nothing in the price range l asked for from the beginning. Including the test driving. It was a wast of my time as a customer.
