I took my car in for some repair work after an accident, because I had purchased my vehicle there. The service I received was terrible. First of all, they kept my vehicle for about six weeks, which I understood, due to parts availability. However, when I went to pick my vehicle up, I noted that there were several areas of damage that had not even been addressed, i.e. scratches, missing, paint, etc. I pointed all of these out to the body shop manager, who told me he guessed they had been missed, and he would resubmit to the insurance company for further repairs. Several weeks later, I received notification from my insurance company that an additional payment had been made to the dealership. When I called and spoke to the body shop, I was told that they had just received the check the day before, and just had not had a chance to call me yet. They asked that I bring the vehicle back in, and told me it would take about three days for repairs. I took the vehicle back on a Monday, and was called on Thursday to pick it up. Upon arriving to pick it up, I noted that there were still scratches that had not been repaired. I again brought the body shop manager out, and showed him the scratches, and he said he guess they had missed it (again). He asked me to leave the vehicle, and stated it would be ready the next day. He called the next morning, and said the vehicle was ready, that they were able to buff the scratches out, and no further paint work was needed. The repairs were still not done to my satisfaction, but at that point, honestly, I was tired of dealing with them, so I took my vehicle. I would not recommend taking your vehicle to Atzenhoffer for body shop work. The work was extremely shoddy, and they were paid way too much money by my insurance company for the quality of work they completed.

Darrell is excellent when explaining on the phone my mother s vehicle needs and getting an appointment scheduled. Once arrived she was treated with excellent service from everyone in service department and back on the road in reasonable time.

As always the Auto Service department handles the customer with care and courtesy. Adel told me it would take about 1 hour to have my wife and my automobiles inspected. She was right on schedule. I always receive 1st class service with all the staff. Thank you!

Brought my wife's Traverse in for the rear a/c not cooling properly, Stephanie was our service advisor and gave me an appointment that fit my schedule, check in was easy and quick. They had my vehicle for an extra day due to delivery issues. Still was only a 2 day turn around. Stephanie also kept in contact with me through out the time my vehicle was there and explained everything in detail. She is an asset to Atzenhoffer I'm my opinion. I took my 2019 Enclave in because I was hearing a noise from the transmission when I slightly accelerated and again on letting off the gas. I took it in at 8:15 am and was told notified that they were not complete and needed to keep it overnight. I called at afternoon the next day and was told it was ready but they could not find anything wrong. They rode around and listened according to the write up I got and found nothing but charged me $160. I only took it so if something was wrong it could be repaired before too much damage because it is still under warranty. I assumed that under warranty the diagnosis for the problem would be covered. Next time I will wait until it falls apart before bringing it in.Service: Transmission

My wife's Cadillac had a starter issue and they took care of it and it was under warranty so all in all very good only thing I can complain about is they're extremely busy and so it takes a little longer than it should. But that's only good marks for them cuz everyone wants to check their car to get service there.

I dropped off my car at the end of May. I was told the car would be ready by the end of June. I was not. When I called, I was told that it would be ready in 2 weeks because the shop was busy and they were behind. I called again to see if it was ready and was told it would be ready by Monday July 24. It was not ready, but was told it would be ready by 10 am on July 25. I went to pick up the car and it wouldn t start. Right now I am waiting to get the battery replaced because it was ruined in your shop from it sitting there for all of that time! It is costing me over $200! I will not be going back to Atzenhoffer for any kind of service nor will I recommend anyone to go there. Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting, Auto windshield replacement

I appreciated the professionalism of the advisor ladies and how they tried to help me out as much as possible and explain things, however I did not appreciate my car being there for an entire day or the unprofessionalism of the mechanic. He was very rude and didn't seem at all interested or caring about the fact that there went from being two issues on my car to about five. When I questioned why all of a sudden my car was having more issues he met me with sarcasm and rolled his eyes multiple times. I will not be returning here for service nor would I ever recommend anyone to get service here. (They didn't even fix everything that needed to be done and wanted to keep my car for two days to diagnose it more.)Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Battery, Oil change

My air conditioner went out on my Silverado and I only had a couple hundred miles left on my extended warranty and I was worried it would expire before I could get it into Atzenhoffer. I was taken care of as soon as I entered the Service dept. My 1500 was taken into the shop and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. I recommend this dealership to everybody who is in the market for a vehicle because from the first time I started the process of looking and choosing my new truck, I was impressed by all of the staff and continue enjoying going back for service, parts and accessories!Service: Oil change

transmission replacementonce I got my car back three weeks later MS Liz told me it will take two days not three weeks.my vehicle's transmission is making a whining noise when accelerating my car transmission still not running goodI paid for new transmission and got junk I thinking about getting an attorney. I took it back the next day MS Liz. told me to wait tall it gets worser then bring it back.I'm in my 60s I need my vehicle they overcharged me I paid 5,700 and got junk they took advantage of me because Elderly PersonAfrican American person... I think it's the Torque Converter Clutches

Well I was told they were going to change my filter and drain transmission, instead they flushed. Then i had my brakes inspected, was told i had alot of pad left on front end, i asked what about computer saying i have 18% left, was told was software issue, why didn't they check software update and update so everything would be normal. I've had my truck in on many occasions either oil change or something else. They did get my engine light to finally clear by replacing fuel pump control module. I've replaced every component on emissions side with Chevrolet parts from dealer. Overall im pleased with the overall outcome except money I've spent in past year and half. Since end of last month I've spent close to $1600. Vehicles are just not made as well as used to. My next truck im not sure if I'll buy another Chevrolet. Also i call service advisor who i have been dealing with and leave a message and don't hear back from. But overall i do appreciate getting repaired.

I was able to quickly get an appointment for an oil change. Michael went above and beyond to clean the bugs off my windshield after the oil change. I was only kidding him about the bugs, but he took the extra step and cleaned them off for me. I have had my truck serviced at Atzenhoffer from the time that I bought it there and will continue to go back for the service and the courteous treatment I receive there.
