I been having a steering issue that required a mechanic to diagnose and repair on my 17 ram dually. After making an appt and dropping the truck off, they called and said theirs nothing wrong with it. After explaining again what it's doing they called back and said i needed$1800 in repairs. After the repairs were made i left town the next morning. I STILL HAVE THE SAME ISSUE! I FEEL LIKE THEY JUST THREW PARTS AT IT IN HOPES IT WOULD FIX IT AND GET MY MONEY! I'LL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!!

I contacted this dealership one time to ask a question about a vehicle. Does this truck have 4:10 gears? They wanted my number and email and all kinds of info. I got my question answered and I specifically told them that I would get back to them if I had any further questions and to not put my information on some lead sheet were sales people call me repeatedly trying to sell me something. I have since received numerous text messages and phone calls. I ve asked them to stop and I have replied in the text messages to stop and it keeps happening. Will I buy that $90k truck from here? Not a chance now.***Update. Still getting calls from this place.***Again, still calling me.

I purchased a vehicle from Steve completely online. He made everything so simple and was very prompt to help me. They delivered the vehicle the next day to me in Lubbock! Great dealership. I can imagine it s even better service if you are there in person but not by much. Highly recommend.

If I could give 10 stars I would! We were traveling and our pickup broke down. We called them they referred us to Goodrum towing to get us to towed to Vernon! We arrived the service dept. Was awesome they got us in right away and got our truck fixed with in a few hours. Thank you from the Scott family being from Idaho in the middle of Texas with 2 dogs and they were awesome!

Amazing service! Driving to metroplex from the panhandle and had a tire issue. Called ahead to let them know we were coming and they said they would try and fit us in. Got there and they diagnosed it quickly, let my wife and daughter sit in their waiting room which was really nice, let us look at a really nice new ram 2500, all while my i talked with their service guys too. In and out within an 1.5 hours. Everyone was so nice in service and sales. They went out of their way to make sure we were helped, comfortable, and back on the road. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

The team at Vernon's Chrysler was super friendly. But more than that honest. Instead of wasting my time and theirs. Charging me for diagnostics, they did what they could without causing more work, risking not having the replacement parts to put it back together. Thank you

I needed a new Ram truck and after lots of searching I eventually came in contact with Junior at Vernon Chrysler. I don t like buying vehicles, but Junior s efforts and professionalism made this a great experience. Everyone I came in contact with made certain I was satisfied throughout the process. Good people, knowledgeable too!

I'm a out of state visitor staying Vernon for the month of Feb. I have a 2018 Ram 1500 and I needed an oil change. I like to have my service work done a RAM dealer,so I made an appt. I wanted Full Synthetic oil. They completed the oil change and the bill was $97. This seemed rather high, based on other oil changes I have had done at other RAM dealerships, including the one I did in late November. Like $20-$30 more. I'm not sure why it was so high, Vernon's local Walmart would have been about $60, Hopefully it wasn't the MN lic plate.

My brother and I were in quite the predicament when his truck broke down on the way to Hattiesburg, but the wonderful people here took fantastic care of us. Honestly I ve never had better service anywhere and I can t begin to thank them enough.

We've been looking for a new truck so we drove to Vernon from Childress to look. Got there and nobody even came out to great us or ask if we needed any help!!! So we left and went to Wichita Falls.

This building should be a historical museum..Not that old they have took good care of it .I recommend buying your new car or truck from one of the three dealerships at Vernon Auto Plex
