Caught a blowout in the middle of nowhere. Luckily shop was 10 miles ahead of me call them after hours. They showed up 10 minutes later to change it out for me. They gave me a reasonable price did not overcharge me and it was after hours. Good guys five stars all day.

Got flat tire. Came here and asked the guy if you can repair the tire. He said it is repairable.After he took out the tire, he said it is not repairable and he has to charge me $160 to put it back. Never come to this shop. They know you dont have any other option and trying to use it against you. They are immigrants from India.

Amazing service! Had a large nail stuck in our back passenger tire (w/ no spare) and still have 224 miles back to Amarillo. My husband called and they were able to meet us on the side of the road at 11:30pm to repair the tire. The technicians were very professional and worked very quickly. The logistics ladies were amazing as well and work very well under pressure! I DEFINITELY recommend this company!

Save THIS number! If he can help, he will go above and beyond. Our family was on our way to Phoenix from Dallas and broke down around 6am on the side of the highway blocking a ranch entrance (150 miles into our trip). After trying to hitch a ride to the nearest city without success, the owner pulled up and offered to help. As I didn't know what was going on with our car, I asked for some fuel to see if it would start (showed more than quarter tank). He went into town and got some fuel and we got it started. It started! Now, the tricky part...do we complete out 1000 mile trip or head home. I saved his number in case I broke down later on as it only took 9 gallons after he added 5 (17 gallon tank). Super nice guy offered to tow my car to his shop/or transport it home even offered to drive us home to Dallas if needed on Christmas weekend! Well, we made it to PHX and back to Dallas still not knowing what happened but without his help it would of been prolonged. He even called later on to check on us and wish us a Merry Christmas!

I was stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire. After midnight, I called Red House Tire Shop. Dj, was very responsive came within minutes after I called. I definitely recommend their service!

Best customer service we could have hoped for! My mil had a tire blow at night and they came out to help without hesitation. Professional and well informed. She able to worry less and get back on the road to her destination with a brand new tire. TYSM!

We had a flat on the side of the highway, our Jack was giving us difficulties. These gentlemen stopped saw we were having trouble and helped us out. We definitely would recommend them to anybody in this area who needs tire or mechanic work done.

They have very great customer service. They hours posted is actually TRUE. 24/7They came out and helped me and my 2 kids. My tire popped and they were very understanding. They take very good care of their customers. They even brought my kids some to drink. It's rare you run into great people these.

Called these guys at 4am on a Saturday morning, they were on on the scene by 4:15. Swapped out my tires and had me in the road within 30 minutes at a good price. Will definitely recommend this company!

AWESOME PEOPLE! We had a breakdown on our semi-truck and the whole team went out of their way to help us get back on the road as fast as possible. They literally worked around the clock and helped driver get to and from his motel plus gave him food and drink. You don't see that type of service very often anymore. In the unfortunate situation you are stuck and need a mechanic, I recommend them 100%

Make sure you ask for price before getting in the shop to the because you ll get invoiced for even they take a look at your tire.

Don't trust them. I called for tire service and waited for over an hour and a half. I called them and explained I have a spare, but no jack. She said she would call the shop and get back to me. After 30 mins, I texted to see if everything was ok. She called me back saying she got a text. She said, you just need a jack, we don't make money off of that. I explained that I expected to pay for a service fee, which I expected to be like $50, which would more than cover 18 miles drive from their office. Sounding put out, she said asked for me to send my location to them from my phone, which I promptly did, and she would come to me with a jack. Over an hour later I sent a text seeing if everything was ok. Nothing. Luckily, a really nice guy stopped and offered to help. , I am back on the road. If you say you are coming, do it. If you don't want to make the run, just say you don't and give me the number of someone who will help.

We needed 4 new tires for our RV. We had a 24 hr drive from TX to Montana. Out of 6, after hours, tire shops this shop was the only tire shop whom helped us. In Texas the heat has many locals down and out this year. After working all day in that heat, this father and son duo continued to work into the night to fix our tires. After returning the next morning, they were able to get us back on the road in no time. The owner of the shop apologized numerous times to us for the delays. What this family owned business did for us was something Ive never watched any business owner do! They never gave up! They didnt come to us and say, sorry we cant get the tires on but we tried. They worked their a**es off until they finished what they said they would do. Noone else was willing to help us except them. What they didnt know is that I have cancer and getting home to MT on time was a must for my treatments. May God bless this family! We are forever grateful!

They will tell you one price then add an extra $100 on at the end. Was quoted $220 and some how ended up pay $312 for one tire.
