Even though they were closed, the manager managed to help me where is my engine flashing light?Definitely friendly service, and above and beyond.

Easy no questions asked returns. I appreciate that. Kinda pricey but they usually have what you need at twice the price if you don't want to wait on the internet

Great store great staff. I usually always come in with difficult to find parts or just to get opinions about a vehicle issue in shop. Nikki and Jason both are quick and helpful. The rest are too but I have gone to the two alot over the years and yet to not have answers.

My husband went to order a part on February 12. A lady called Nicki told him not to pay for it until it arrived to give them a few days. Called them back a few days later they said it hadn t arrived to give them more days. Called backs again around the 22nd of February was told still had not arrived. Called the 24 they said it had not been ordered at all that we had to pay for it first then it would be ordered, I don t appreciate them telling us that almost a month later when they could of told us the first time we called. Went in person to pay it on the 24, said it would arrive the 2nd of march. Called the 2nd and still no delivery said to call back next day, called next day and still nothing. Went today march 4 and said it was not available and they would refund us back, which they did. So unprofessional of them, we waited almost a month for something they didn t even order until later on and now for them not to have it and make up more excuses is not acceptable.

Always have the part I have need in stock....thankful for this.... and price has been the cheapest on what part I need...Today it was a tractor battery ...they tested my two batteries, one was good one bad..they had in stock..they kept old for core charge..and carried out both batteries to my car...thank you guys...for you service !!! : )

Always have the parts and supplies I need. If they don't have them, they can get them pretty quickly. Friendly and knowledgeable folks.

I went to get them to run the codes on my ride, cause I needed to get parts for a tune up, just wanted to be sure that was all I needed, it lightly started raining and the attendant proceeded to ACT LIKE he was hooking up the scanner and then said, you must have a blown fuse cause scanner can't connect, then he raised up, got out of my ride, and went back in the store..... neglecting to realize that he unplugged something that was lit up and working, in the "cigarette lighter"that he was claiming had a blown fuse..... IDIOTS

The only complaint is that sometimes parts needed are not available or in stock and may take a day or two to get it but employees are very understandable and are very helpful in attending ones needs and are very nice and polite.

As a woman, I've found that most parts stores try to sell you stuff you don't need at high prices. Not here. I usually know exactly what I need, but the staff always help me find it and never try to oversell a woman who grew up in her grandpa's auto shop.

I had a great experience today. I have a Toyota hybrid and it requires a certain part that a great employee found a substitute for. If youre ever in need of auto parts and need someone who is knowledgeable to help you, go to O'Reilly Auto parts in Mt Vernon and ask for Roger. It was a great experience and everything worked out perfect.

I was stranded with a dead battery in front of the Mt. Vernon court house as a storm approached. Call O'reily's to see if they would bring a battery since we were just around the corner but the power in town was blown out before we could say much more than where we were and dead battery. Next thing we knew an employee showed up to jump us off! So impressed! I will be using this store from now on!!!
