Got stranded in Chilicothe on Friday night with a destroyed wheel bearing on our newly acquired RV. It was after 5, but we found the after hours number on the door and called for help finding some difficult parts. Glenda came out to meet us at the store. She was the most knowledgeable person on car parts I've ever met. She was so kind and so generous with her time (she was missing the Friday night football game and her husband's high-school reunion.) We were so incredibly blessed to have found such incredible folks! Thank you so much for amazing service.

Delinda and Mark have always treated their customers with respect...they have the right parts and if they dont have it in stock they can get it the next day....loved the Napa Beanie I picked up while getting my inspection...plus if you are looking for a DJ....Mark is your guy...go ask for em...they will take care of you!

I give him 5 stars only because I can't give him more. My wife and I were driving from Amarillo to our daughter's In the Dallas area. We broke down on Highway 287 about 10 miles south is Vernon. It was after 5:30 on a Thursday afternoon. I googled "NAPA" and started dialing. The first half dozen or so either were already closed or were answered by voice mail or message machines. He not only answered, but he offered to try find a mechanic who might be able to get us back on the road that very evening. And that's what he did! John and his son, from Backyard Hotrods, came and towed us back to their shop in Vernon, repaired our vehicle and had us back on the road by 7:45 p.m. And all for much less than we expected! When John figured out the problem, he called and someone came to the NAPA shop and opened up to get him the parts he needed! Like I said, NO COMPLAINTS. JUST LOUD PRAISE!!
