Representatives Billy and Misa are the best technicians I have worked with. Misa diagnosed and replaced my in cabin air filter which had rat problem. Billy efficiently changed my oil. Saved over $250 on this service compared to dealer estimates.Did 3 jobs within 45mins. Now a/c is cleaned, and vacuumed, Oil is replaced, and 1 very satisfied customer.These people really care about their customers. My family and I could have suffered major health problems with my filters. With the help of Billy and Misa my family and I are now safe during these covid times.Keep up the great work, honest, fast, and efficient service.

10/10 recommend to anyone! I went in about a month ago to get my truck serviced. I have never had to have a truck inspection so I was unaware on any of it but they explained everything to me and were super professional! I couldn t have asked for a better experience. Even if my glove on the windshield wipers didn t pass, (they gladly took care of that problem for me) honestly probably some of the nicest people in Texas I have met!

Took two vehicles to get inspection and oil change. John was professional and thorough. They had stock of one cabin air filter and the other I picked up at a local auto parts store. When I returned with the air filter John remembered me and replaced the air filter. I expected and offered to pay, but he wouldn t accept. Considered it customer service. Was driving back to Dallas and noticed my oil was on 0%. Stopped here and they got me together in less than 30 min. ! Hardworking men!! They don t receive enough credit !

Only go there if you want your car destroyed. Took three of our cars, they didn't tighten the oil drain on my truck, and cracked the oil pan in my son's car. Instead of replacing the oil pan they tried welding it which lasted about 30 minutes and then refused to fix the problem so $500 fix is now turned into a $7,000 engine rebuild.

Fast. Friendly. Effective. The place i went to in Dallas told me i needed 2 new tires. $170 in tires before I could renew my inspection he told me my tires were fine!! Which I knew because they weren't THAT old and they were able to patch it u can't do that to tires that are bad. Anyway. He was super fast. Took 10 min.

Went for an oil change and state inspection. They forgot to put oil back in my vehicle. The technician then drove my car to perform the inspection and didn t realize he didn t put oil in the car and let me drive off. My car was beeping at me like crazy and making weird noises. I took it back and they acted like they didn t know what they did wrong. I had to get rid of that vehicle because they damaged the engine. DO NOT GO HERE. We used to use them all the time until they changed ownership. Went down hill so fast.Service: Oil change

On an early Saturday morning we stopped because our van said it had too much oil. The good folks at Mount Vernon Auto Lube got is fixed right away! If we hadn t just gotten an oil change a day before I d gladly let them change the oil and anything else the van needed.

I love gettin them oil changes almost as much as gettin mustard and biscuits. M.V. auto lube has taught me how to slow down a bit a0nd relax.. see I got problem with any amount of silence. I'm very insecure. I compensate by bouncifyin' my gums to the tenth power... it leaves no room for others to voice in and give their opinion or whatever.thats what complaints I get anyways... but I do it so it eliminates the chance of someone telling me how funny I look or how awkward I sound or why am I driving a woman's car anyway... I don't need people I don't know telling me things I already know and are not so proud of or have a logical reason for and it be too outlandish to be the gospel. Makes me look even more suspect...so I just rattttchechechet out a bunch of conversation in the direction of nowhere and get the heck down the road before they notice my many flaws and comentate on the matter like they're Howard cosell!. But theses guys are pros. Ask you one or two questions get the oil changed so fast you don't even realize they done gave you the shot and when you ask "well aren't we doing a tetnis shot today or what?" Next Thang you know your paying them and out the door. I didn't have to bump my gums or use any other manipulating tactics to keep them sidetracked into not noticing that I'm driving a 1990 pink caddy with the giant Mary K decal on the back window and the pnk-cld perso alized plates. I mean c'mon.... it could be my wife's car or something they wouldn't know. But that's American today! Never focused.. always looking with their peripheral ONLY..unless I show up and ...here we go.... these guys are great seriously. Very polite , friendly, and honest. They check other stuff for you. Heck one time I pulled in a day after an oil change and asked them to check the levels of my fluids(bad leaks) and they did it and topped off the low leakers and double checked everything else and didn't even charge me... I would recommend the good folks to every last single person on this planet.... for real
