Hauling our travel trailer cross country and had our 7pin plug fall out and grind down dragging on the road somewhere east of Vega Lance (the mechanic) stopped what he was working on and quickly, efficiently, and kindly got us right back on the road! My son broke down while traveling through Texas. He spoke to the shop first thing in the morning and they were able to run the scanner to confirm what we thought. Unfortunately the car needs a new engine, but the folks were nice and referred a great towing company to get him and his car where we needed.

We blew a tire on our RV while travelling back to AZ. Not only did they have the right tire to replace it, but they changed it and had us back on the road in 15 minutes! Amazing service and a great price!

Don t go here didn t fix my problem added extra stuff that I didn t asked for. They charged me $500 and left the car without fixing they told me to go somewhere else they couldn t fix it

We were stuck in a nearby town for four hours waiting on our road side assistance service find us some help. I called these guys on my own. They came out. Got us fixed right up and on our way. Don't hesitate to call them! Very helpful, polite, and professional. Put us at ease while they worked. Very reasonable price!

Altinator quit charging. Lucky for us it was noticed at fuel station. Waited for parts store to open saturday am. Unfortunately they didnt have the altinator i needed . Groneman sent his wife to find us one. And she did. We were back on the road in few hrs. And with our arms n and legs, lol. This place was a life saver. Had a tire go flat just west of Amarillo heading to the Grand Canyon from Mississippi. Didn't have the exact new tire I needed but found me a good used tire slightly smaller. Needless to say, it got is on to the Canyon and back safely and it is the best souvenir I've have ever gotten. Thanks so much.

A true lifesaver!!! Had a blowout on I40 on our camper. Called 2 camper dealers in Amarillo neither could help. Contacted Groneman service center and they not only had tires to fit but a wheel for another spare. Very friendly and recommended a great place to grab lunch. I can t brag enough about them.

A group of good guys who came to my rescue late in the afternoon on my way to Albuquerque. Went way beyond and above what they needed to do and then on top off they gave me a fair price. They have a customer for life as my wife and I are moving back to the Amarillo area. Refreshing professionalism and customer service.

Blown tire on I40. Found Groneman's and they had a new tire on and the spare back in place in 15 minutes. The kids didn't even get out of car! GREAT service, great prices and friendly people. Highly recommend!

Driving from TX into CO and my drive belt started grinding. A/C compressor was failing, causing more problems to components connected to the belt. By the grace of God I coasted into this shop and was serviced at the crack of dawn by the most friendly of staff. Roy worked quick, efficiently and got me back on the road in no time. Won t ever forget how these guys saved my trip!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Traveling from Dallas I had a breakdown. Larry was quick, professional, resourceful and got me on the road fast. Thanks! It is a long way do drive for maintenance but I may have to fire my local shop and commute for all my repairs. Those of you lucky enough to be close cloud not ask for a better place for service.Thank you, sir!

Had a flat on semi .called ahead. They were standing by the door like a Nascar pit crew. Only $25 to fix semi tire. By far the best tire shop I have ever been too.

Thanks for considering my time.I needed a hose for an old Nissan and they just said take it into to Amarillo.Sometimes the best service is just turning you over to someone in a better position to take care of you.

Went I to get a used tire mounted to replace a flat. Was told they did not have my size and wojlduld jave it the next day. Was quoyed around $30 for the tire which is what is quoted on the price list in the shop. Went to pick up the tire and they mounted a brand new tire on the rim charging me $140.00 for the service. I should have made the trip to Amarillo anyway ...Very unhappy... $140...

Needed a couple trailer tires, they got me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Aint no ways Loves,TA, could do that. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL BUSINESSES They need your business more than the big conglomerates

The guys here we're wonderful. On our way to NV I got a flat tire with 4 kids and they were able to fix it and get me back on the road in under 20 mins. Thank you guys so much.

On a move across the country from Arizona to North Carolina , the tensioner on my serpentine belt seized and cracked leaving me stranded. I got towed to the tiny town of Vega Texas to groneman auto. Not knowing what to heck tonexpect but they opened at 630am. I came first thing in the am , They had the part and fixed everything by 7 am !!! Great price and put me back on the road trip ...5 stars definetly !

This place is absolutely amazing. I spoke with Larry and he found me a tire after my blow out on the freeway. Miles helped me and even filled my fluids. Amazing. A++++

With my daughter-in-law and two grand daughters, we had a flat when Officer Shawn called Miles, he came to the station after hours and repaired the tire. Miles and Shawn are men of character.. thank you, GENTLEMEN

Seems like they mainly do tire repair. Their website says they do mechanical repair work on foreign and domestic autos, but that is not the case. When I tried to point this out, I was hung up on. I'd suggest another shop if you have the option.
