Had a blow out in the mi#le of nowhere texas and tow truck me here after checking with another tire shop that did not have my sized tires. Once a Guillens, it was shown that all my tires should be replaced because of obvious rotting on yhe others. She had the right size and 4 tires in stock. Had me back on the road within an hour. Left feeling like I received quality service and a fair deal.

On the way to San Antonio lost air pressure, stopped in Van Horn. Went to this tire shop, turned out to be a nail. The tire was patched and ready to go in 25 minutes. Cost was $14. The two young men working on the cars were polite and professional. The gentleman inside the office was very nice. I would definitely recommend this place of business.

Wish I could give them no stars. My big rig was low on air due to a nail. I stop at this shop for them to patch the tire. Paid $88 for a patch no big deal. The problem was when I drop off not even an hour away that same tire went down again. Mind you this is a big rig can't just turn around anywhere. I found a local new tire shop they took off tire and said the other tire shop never did anything they just put a plug in it. How can you put a plug on an 80,000 lb big rig and expect it to last.....A real tire shop would have actually patched the tire and not put a little plug. It's like putting a piece of chewed gum in the hole. I immediately called the shop to tell them, however good luck with them answering the phones. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONES AND YOU CAN'T LEAVE VOICEMAILS. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRADULANT TIRE SHOP.

I'll give Zero Star if its possible .. need to change my trailer tire I have one extra tire they just change tire and ask me $85 plus Tax plus $4 card total =$93 .They are thinking they are working ministry office they have attitude like this even ministry office people dont have attitude like they have I will say only one word no need to go there they will charge more then extraa ..Really want to use more words but hope you guys understand what i want to say more about them ..Zero star zero star

Absolutely wonderful people. The only shop in this town I feel comfortable enough giving my car to, because I know it's going to be taken care of. Would recommend them 100%

Terrible customer service. Rude lady. Moreover, they tried to sell a used tire to me as a new one. Tire didn t have strings coming out, so obviously a used one. Would give zero stars if I could. Would not recommend!

I've never been here before but, only went to balance two tires. 40.00 plus tax to only balance two tires is outrageous, but this is a small town. I would say great service nice people. But next time it would not be my first choice.

Price gouge!!!Charged me $25/day to park in his parking lot , uncovered, not in the way of any business because I had to order a replacement wheel. Furthermore, told me he was giving me a break on the price. I asked if I could leave it there until my wheel came in and he said yes but neglected to tell me it was a daily charge. Poor business practice.

Was on my way back from Cali. Had both my rear tires go bad(falling apart). Stopped here and within five minutes they had my new tires out and immediately started working on my car. Great service and even better prices. I highly recommend coming here if your in the area.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: My son pulled up 30 minutes after they closed with a nail in his tire. They opened the shop and fixed his tire for $15. Honest and friendly staff, saved the day!

We got a flat on our trailer coming out of El Paso going towards Chicago.Scared of going through the small town but were met with friendly ppl at this location and great service. I highly recommend.Muchas gracias a ustedes x atendernos. En especial al se�or que nos di� un justo precio.

I didn't have much choice but to get a set of over priced tires. Then they charged me 15 each to balance and 15 each to install. But whatever. Don't get more than one flat on this stretch of freeway.

Nice staff and quick service. Had a flat in the middle of the desert and was able to get a new tire here. Not a huge selection of tires but I got what I needed and am happy to recommend them to others.

Brought a wheel and tire for mount n balance, not even on the vehicle. Took the lady 5 mins to punch in a cost of 40$. Overpriced! Avoid if possible.

Blew a tire on my trailer 60 miles east of Van Horn, got in late. Went to J&M first thing in the mourning, they had the correct tire, good price and had me on the road in less than 30 min.

No one ever answers the phone. Keep calling numerous times, eventually answered saying they were closed when hours say they are open till 6:00 pm. Person on phone was rude.

Highly recommend going there if you like being overcharged and have no other options. Seriously, you would be better off carving a wheel out of wood and using that to get as far from this place as possible.

Slimey guys who like to add on fees and take hours. Wouldn t give us a discount after we had to walk to an ATM in the rain and get charged because his machine was broken which he made sure to tell us after the car was getting worked on. save yourself the money and pain and go somewhere else.
