Dice took 14 hours to try to fix my flat tire then he went to go get a rim and I waited for him from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. the following day and she still never showed up I had to go call I had to call someone

Fixed problem in timely manner. Charged me $755 to drive 40 miles one way to put on a $5 part. Pretty excessive for work done. They will charge everythjng they possibly can to take your hard earned money.

3 promised and scheduled service calls, 3 tines no shows. 3 times no calls or messages. For me? 3 lost days of work sitting and waiting...No thanks... I will not bother to call this company ever again...

I had a great experience at Dice's Diesel Automotive Repair. They provided excellent service and were able to diagnose and fix my car's problem in no time. Shop was called as Vendor for lease truck company. They were a no show. Never came to fix truck. Contacted the shopSpoke with the mechanic understood what the problem was. ETA 90 minutes. Then kept pushing ETA. Never showed up. Ended up finding someone else to repair truck.

Had our motorhome for three months. Three months of lying never even touched it. Had it towed in by a tow truck operator he said it was the best place to have it repaired. Found out by the locals that this was the worst place we could of took it.Dices diesel has been screwing people for years. We live in Arizona had the sheriff department check it out to see if anyone was living in it. After all this time he had it. Was trying to find a way to get our Motorhome? They were the only Diesel company that we could have some work done to stay on the road. Managed to have work done and get back on the road. Mind you, it doesn't look like a regular mechanic shop, but more like a residential area. Friendly guys, that works hard to get you back on the road. We appreciate your help. Thank you.

Be aware and stay away !!!!!!!Big time Scammers ! They took our semi truck and change parts of it without our permission and charged us over $4000 and still didn't fix the truck . Than they threatened that if we don't pay , they will hold the truck and charge $25/day while the truck is there .Once we towed back the truck to our shop, we found out they used parts that dont even have a serial number and used, instead of new !Service: Auto engine diagnostic

On January 26,2023, we were heading west on interstate 10 at the base of the Davis Mountains. Our check engine light had been going on and off as our engine sputtered for the last 40 miles. Decided to pull over knowing we could never make it up the mountains. After a 3 hour useless runaround with AAA, we decided to find a mobile mechanic. Love s suggested Dic s Diesel, so we called.They sent out 2 very professional mechanics, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and sent us on our way.Upon acceleration, it sputtered and the check engine light stayed on. We called the repair shop and spoke with Dic. He asked us our location and said he was only 10 miles east. He offered for us to come and stay in his parking lot, said he d look at it first thing in the morning and that we d be safe there. They did a diagnostic, found out it was a fuel censor and called us where we were having a very delicious Mexican lunch. We were amazed at how fast they got back to us. They had to drive a ways to get the part, but at least it was available. They had us on the road by 5 pm.We highly recommend Dice s Diesel. We were driving our RV from California. When we stopped for gas we noticed we had a flat tire. First we tried our AAA roadside service. They tried to dispatch someone from 7 hours away. We said forget it! The gas station gave us the name of Dice's Diesel Road Service. We called, they sent a guy out within 15 minutes! He spent 45 minutes fixing the problem and we were back on the road. The cost was extremely affordable. We even gave a little tip. We were very grateful for their fast and friendly service!! They are really good mechanic. I have lots engine codes on my dash board. I was thinking maybe the Harness problems, I bought the engine harness and turn out that is not the problems! It was the water pump. They found problems right away and diagnose correctly! Now no more engine lights!!! Thank you Dice's Diesel!

We went there to change the alternator for my KW, and over the phone they gave us a quote for $900. However, once they started working on it, after 30 minutes, they sent us an invoice without even finishing the repair for $2110, which was more than double the amount we had agreed upon. It was 11pm when they said this, and it was an open-ended request from us. However, we called the police, and they said it was a civil matter, and they left, but the police gave us the county judge's information for court, so out of fear, they said, "Let's do it for $1550." This is the entire story, and they have made more mess in the truck because they are not professionals; instead of fixing your equipment, they will only make more mess because they use all used parts with duplicate stickers.

If I could give this company negative stars I would they re completely unreliable! My truck broke down due to an oil leak and the ONLY thing I needed them to do was bring me some oil so I could make it back to their shop. I was 30 minutes away from their shop they were told my exact location off the I-10 and supposedly they dispatched some one to come service my truck, and instead of calling me or reaching out to the company that contacted them for me, they just gave up. So, after about an hour of waiting, I called the number listed on their website. Talked to someone, made a plan, told them my EXACT location and what I needed . an hour and half later, still no show, mind you, it was a 30 minute drive from where I was. So I started calling to see what the problem was and get an eta . No answer! I called, left voicemails, texted the mechanic, that was supposedly sent out no response and no call back. Super unprofessional and completely unreliable. I ll give them the benefit of the doubt and say something went wrong and they couldn t come out why not call, text, or something. Absolutely ridiculous don t use this company.

This is the most expensive repair I ever done in 2 years of operating truck business. Do not ever come to this shop, the owner will rip you off and telling you the extra charge after. I got charged 10 hours labor of changing hub drum, put on two tires, and brakes. They also charged me for air bag parts which they did not even install it. Comparing to here, the truck dealer is much cheaper to repair.

Unprofessional! I called this company for a tow told me they be out in about hour and half. I text to confirm they got my info to pick me up they confirmed. I text 2 hrs later no response, I call no response. If your not going to come just say something stop waisting ppls time! Would not recommend! would give no stars if possible horrible ! Now I have to wait another two hours for another company! SMH

We called Dice's out for a service call. They informed us that the problem was a DEF pump. They claimed that they had to get the pump in the morning when the dealership opened. They arrived back at the truck in the morning with the DEF pump. Once installed we received a bill for $2500.00 for the repair. When we called to inquire about why the bill was so high, Dice explained that the $450.00 dollars for the plugging into the truck was a standard charge. Dealerships only charge $185.00. Then we asked why the pump was so expensive. He then explained that it was his last one, yet they charged us freight to pick it up at the dealership. The dealership told us they sold the pump everyday for $495.00 yet this crook charged us $1450.00 for the pump.Then when we went to pay them he sent a revised bill for $2937.50. Because he said he forgot the labor.I am telling anyone who has a problem in this area, steer clear of Dice's diesel repair, and go to another shop or look for another mobile service.These people are liars and complete crooks.We gave them 1 star only because we couldn't give them no stars.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

If I could give 10 stars I would.My truck broke down on the freeway. I had it towed to them and was back on the road the next morning.. They even picked me up at my hotel. He got the light checked out and got us the code reading and was super helpful.
