My sister, our kids (2 newborns), and her other daughter were on a 10 hour trip and 5 hours in had power steering issues and ended up here.. The mechanic was amazing! He wasn't sure what was causing the problem exactly but fixed what he did see that he didn't like. Didn't have any other problems with my expedition for the rest of the 5 hours. We thank him so much for the work and generosity he had. Didn't catch his name, but it was greatly appreciated!

Had a nail in tire that they did a wire patch on. They got me in quickly. 12 hours later that patch was leaking, had to take to a tire place near me to get patched correctly. Will say they were very nice here though but disappointed I wasted $20

Nice oil service on my Range Rover Sport. Brought my own Amzoil products in and oil filter. They got me in and and out quickly at a very affordable service rate. My first choice they will be.

We went to First Choice Auto & Tires to fix a flat tire. Moises took care of the flat tire in 20 minutes. Thanks for an excellent and fast service.

I have needed help several times and since the two mechanics I had known and trusted moved away, I was thrilled to discover that First Choice was not just convenient, but had expert mechanics, staff are all friendly, fees very reasonable. Yea!!

Although this location's inspection analyzer was offline and they were unable to perform my truck inspection, First Choice is always my literal first choice when needing maintenance, batteries, etc for all my vehicles.

We had a few of our vehicles serviced here and had a pleasant experience. There were a few unexpected charges, but were completely reasonable. We are very happy with the overall experience. We left a vehicle in their parking lot over a long weekend after it broke down and they were very understanding and got everything done with no issues.

These guys were sooo nice to help us on a road trip on Xmas Eve. Our tire was having an issue and we were headed to Grandma's house in the below freezing temps. They helped us right away. We were very thankful to them.

Just went in today for a quick puncture repair on my tire. They were fast friendly and efficient. I will definitely be going back for all tire services going forward. Beats the heck out of waiting for hours at discount tire and get to support the local businesses!

My son and I were traveling and punctured a tire on the freeway. We rolled up on our spare and were serviced immediately. Our tire was patched and we were back on the road in less than a half hour. Great customer service and very kind mechanics.Service: TiresService: Tires

It can be tough to find a good and honest mechanic, but look no further! I came in for an inspection and to get my wheel looked at since it has been making noise. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and a great communicator. Since the wheel issue was minor, they quickly fixed it and didn't even charge me! Now that's the way to earn a loyal customer!

They assisted me with replacing tires. I was helped immediately and the process took very little time. The price I was given was very reasonable and I'm happy with their service. I would definitely recommend them!

These guys are fantastic. Called ahead to make sure they had my tires because I had an unexpected flat, and when I got there they plugged it instead and saved me a tire. They also replaced my battery for me inside of 15 minutes. Incredibly professional and QUICK. Definitely would recommend.Services: Tires, BatteryServices: Tires, Battery

I was on my way to Choctaw Saturday and had a over heating issue with my car. Auto Zone in Anna quickly identified the issue and suggested First Choice in Anna. I called them and they said that they could fit me and fix my car but when I got there, it was another story - too busy! They said I should go to the one in Van. When I got there and spoke to the mechanic, he immediately said he knew and could fix the issue once my car cooled down. 45 minutes later he was addressing the issue and was on my way in 20 minutes! Fantastic service and would totally recommend this place. GOOD JOB and thanks for saving me and assuring me that my car was good to go.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Great place! I was headed towards my usual place for my routine maintenance and a tire. Just happened to notice the now open sign. Upon pulling up to the building I was greeted by Zee in the parking lot. He was very thorough on what they had to offer. Let s just say I m very glad I decided to pull in. Saved me time and money!! The technician Donnie was very knowledgeable and efficient in his work. Great job, definitely my new go to place!

I had a great experience here today. My wheels were about to fall off! I had new bearings and a new tire put on for a fair price. I will return for further repairs. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Five stars...

We have been here twice but have never actually had work done just paid for diagnostics and their opinions, which is why I only give four stars because I haven't had work done. From what I have experienced they are very friendly and very honest. Told us last time it would be more beneficial to donate our car and buy a new one than to pay them to fix it. We will continue to come here when we need car repairs.
