I have to say, getting my car serviced at crossroads brings me so much confidence and ease. Ever since i have moved to Texas, Keith has made my life so easy. Not only is he a phenomenal mechanic but a great human being. Any questions i have or issues with my car, he is always available to help. Extremely professional and by far the best. Thank you for all you do. If you need reliability and excellent customer service, do yourself a favor and make crossroads your service center.

Keith and Jason are doing a great job at Crossroads. They are very transparent and happy to explain anything so you can better understand the work being done on your car. They are very fairly priced and thorough in their work. I will return to Crossroads every time I have an issue!

We have 3 Volvo of various years. We have been bringing them to Crossroads service center for several months now. We have been very pleased with the service they provide each time. They have treated us well and great service for a reasonable price.

This is the most honest auto shop you will ever go to. Keith is amazing, will explain what s going on with your car and will make you feel so at home. I ve been coming here for over a year now and I will not trust anyone else with my car! Definitely worth the 45 minute drive just to get here!

I needed some work done on my truck and Crossroads automotive did a great job for me. I will bring all of my vehicles here from now on. If you need a mechanic this shop should be your first choice. They will do the job right for a great price. It is always great when you find a shop with great and honest mechanics.

Only place I take my vehicles to. After the first time I took one of my trucks in I knew I found my place. Very trustworthy..detailed communication..and informative. Extremely good work and knowledgeable and very fast turnaround time.

We take all of our vehicles here. Always have the tires we need and their service is efficient, courteous and personable, like friends or family. Brent, Josh and John are great guys to do business with.

This is a great local shop and I recommend it. I've talked to the owners and can tell they really care about developing relationships with customers and doing the job right. Its our first choice when we need work done on our cars.

Keith was so kind and made us feel so valued. He went above and beyond what we even came in for which was ac issues, he not only fixed the issue but saved us over $1,000.00 and then he polished my wife s headlights. These guys are the real deal, absolutely recommend!

Took my wife 392 Challenger to Freedom Dodge in Sherman for a cooling fan they wanted over 2400.00 to replace it . Im no mechanic but Im not a fool either I know a thief when i see one what was worse was they were trying to convince me no one can guarantee there work like they can . I politely ask them to please just stop and put whatever they have done back and ill take my car elsewhere. They we re not too happy with me then charged me 200.00 for diagnosing what i had told them what was wrong with it. Long story short took it to Crossroads lets just say car has never run so good and cost less than half what the Dodge Theif s were going to steal from me.Thank you Keith and CompanyCrossroads will be my only mechanic shop to go to dealerships are a rip offTrust me these guys will take care of you and Shoot you Straight

My transmission went out, and the first replacement was not good so they had to replace it a second time. They took care of me every step of the way, making sure that I have everything I needed to get wherever I needed to go, and let me know What was going on every step of the way. I really appreciate the hard work and good communication!

Keith is honest, reliable, professional, informative and courteous Auto mechanic i have ever seen.A friend introduced me to Keith when another auto care shop tried to rip me off with a rotor replacement which was never required. There was one more instance when the same Auto shop told me to replace my oil pan costing thousands for no reason while Keith gave his honest recommendation and saved money for me.Keith used to do mobile auto care service before but now started his own shop named crossroads. His auto shop is about 20 mins away from McKinney area. The shop is not as jazzy as other auto service centers but definitely worth it given the reliable professional advice and job that Keith offers.

I had the pleasure of working with Keith recently to address issues with my car, including problems with the AC compressor and car starter. I found Keith to be very accommodating, friendly, and professional throughout the process.Previously, I had taken my car to Firestone to address the AC compressor issue, but was met with exorbitant pricing due to their desire to replace the entire system. However, Keith was able to identify the root cause of the issue and complete the necessary repairs for a much more reasonable cost of $80.Overall, I was very satisfied with the service I received from Keith and would highly recommend his expertise to others in need of quality car repairs.Services: Electrical repair, A/C installation & repair

Had an oil change this morning. Keith and Jason took care of me and made sure I was in and out within twenty minutes. First time I have used these guys, definitely will be back. They are friendly and honest.. which in this business is almost unheard of!

I have not yet been to this exact location, but Keith has done all of the work (with the exception of an occasional oil change) on both of our Lexus vehicles and my daughter s Toyota. He was diligent in repairing and/or servicing them correctly and stands behind his work. It was good to be able to put my trust in someone who I knew wasn t just out to rip me off. Will definitely use this location when I need work done. Highly recommended!

Very good experience very satisfied with work. We had shocks struts front end alignment down and they noticed a few more things it needed with the sway bars and installed parts at no extra labor charge. I will highly recommend this shop and will use them in the future for sure! Took my 2016 v-6 Accord in for a noise in the engine, Jason Diagnosed it as a timing belt tensioner, spot on, new belt, tensioner, water pump, oil service and plugs and a transmission service Quick turnaround, friendly, honest and a very reasonable price, ready for the next 100k. My new mechanic. Give them a try and I m sure you ll feel the same way.

Keith was great to work with. Originally thought my heater repair was going to cost thousands, but ended up saving a lot thanks to his honest diagnosis and skilled repair work. I have had a great experience with the staff at Crossroads Service Center. I bring all of my vehicles here for general maintenance throughout the year. I also have had suspension work done here as well. Came here on a whim after jumping from mechanic to mechanic for three months trying to fix a problem with my third brake light. Showed up and within five minutes they had it fixed and did my inspection in under ten mins! Absolutely fantastic service.
