Truck broke down with a bad water pump about 10 miles south from their shop. These guys got there on time and picked up the part on the way. Got it fixed in no time and truck was back on road within 2 hours and even returned the core back to the dealership. That's some serious service. These guys know their stuff and they are very reasonable with their rates. I appreciate their commitment and honesty to their profession. It was a very pleasant experience. Good job guys and keep it up.

I called for some lights to repair the trailer. They didn't seem to have what I needed. I don't really know anything else. The staff on duty were really busy. But that's a good thing because it means they are taking care of other customers stuff.

I never leave reviews, this is my first, and is well deserved. My wife and I are traveling around the country in our coach and when we landed in Anna, TX we discovered a rear axle seal leak. I called Big Daddy s late in the day and talked to Chris. He told me to be there first thing in the morning and they would get right on it. He is a man of his word! They had it fixed in a few hrs at a great price and we were on our way. What could have been a disaster turned into a blessing. These guys are awesome! Great job Big Daddy s! Top notch, came in for a diagnostic computer check and an hour and a half later not only was the problem diagnosed bit fixed. Great people

CJ and Clayton were very polite and very kind. I got my truck stuck in this sticky wet clay and they were perfect gentlemen who not only got me out, but when I expressed how dumb I felt, they assured me that it happens, and I shouldn't feel bad at all. Highly recommend. They arrived very quickly after I called and made quick work of getting me back on the road!

Great place to do business with! Needed a tire change on my auto hauler and they had the tire in stock at a fair price. Alot of tire shops don't carry 17.5 inch tires, but they had plenty. Great customer service as well. Don't hesitate, go there.

I had a repair done on my truck. Nice young man worked on it. He did good but the price was outrageous. I wish I could return the favor. Finally got the bill breakdown after hours rate. I will drag my truck back home before I use this shop. Highway robbery.

My husband & I own a paving company and will only take our equipment to Big Daddy's. Greg, Tim & Justin have been great! Great service from Greg & the whole team for my 2016 Freightliner!Big Daddy's had the new Michelin steer tires in stock that I needed & they were able to get them installed quickly.These guys are knowledgeable and they have the systems in place to send you virtually an accurate quote, accept authorization for work orders & they take payment over the phone. This is super helpful when it's easier to do this remotely as opposed to in-person.I highly recommend Big Daddy's Truck & Trailer Repair & will definitely use their services again in the future.

I called and spoke with Justin to have an alignment and oil change done on my C5500 and was told they could fit me in Tuesday morning the following week. I was originally planning on traveling out of state that Monday, but decided I could delay my trip by a day to get this done as the pull to the right was quite severe. Tuesday comes around I call to tell them to let them know I'm running a little bit behind but will be there shortly and was told they can't do the alignment because the alignment bay had a trailer in it. They had almost a week to make sure they didn't have a trailer in that bay but apparently they aren't too concerned with meeting their commitments. The delay resulted in me getting stuck in Denver waiting for weather to clear enough to cross the passes in the mountains. All in all a very disappointing experience

I was referred by another driver I work with. I called and spoke with Tanya and told her situation I had going on and would be in area in couple hours. Before I could even unhook my trailer in drop lot she came out to great me with a bay to pull in. I m dedicated to be in Dallas area every other day and this will be my go to shop it it possible to make it to or close enough for there road service. I m satisfied with work and price.

Chris and Dave were very professional, courteous, and informative! Go check these guys out , you will be greatly satisfied with their service! They also have a spot to get your tractor and trailer washed.

Stayed open late for me waited for me to show up did a great job and after they fix the issue with my trailer I found I also had an issue with my truck and they happily fixed that too. Friendly and happy to help me which I appreciate I was in a bind at the time and they got me right back on the road.

I needed an AirBag fixed on my RV and called Big Daddy's. They got me in fast and fixed it up without hassle. I'd highly recommend them considering they were a pleasure to deal with - Anthony was very professional and kept me updated. I'll be back - they have my future business when I need tires, brakes, oil, parts, service etc!

Brought my enclosed in to have it cleaned and waxed and they did a phenomenal job! I never expected it to look as good as it did. Extremely happy with the whole crew and definitely recommend.

They are good for the tire change and welding jobs. For anything more complicated we've got some issues but solved them over the phone. Will update later.

Do yourself a favor, spend the extra money at a real mechanic shop. Sent my freightliner m2 into this shop, 7 weeks later and $6k later had to tow it to freightliner. This shop replaced the fuel pump, fuel push pump & the ecm (for some reason). Kept hearing "this is definitely the problem"..... Bye far the WORST shop I've dealt with in my 30yrs in this business! All I hear from them after truck was actually fixed at freightliner for another $13k, big daddy's shop manager had the audacity to say they showed freightliner where to go in fixing the truck, which was actually the turbo, oil cooler and couple other issues none of which would involve the ecm, fuel pump or flow pump had they been able to do a real diagnosis. Freightliner had truck diagnosed and running in 4 days. I was informed by there "shop manager" that they are not a big shop and don't have the ability to diagnose "real" truck problems but this is my problem not there's!Had Cummins out multiple times? Told freightliner what the problem was? I assume this is the "service manager" making these claims which is funny because you said yourself your shops not equipped to work on "real problems". Poor maintenance? Your a damn liar and a cheat! Cummins never came out I know that for a fact. If your going to lie like that make sure cummins has your back! I also know through freightliner what the process is to repair the issue the truck is and the parts you replaced didn't need to be replaced. Blow smoke up somebody else's hind end liar! And yes these drivers are a little dirty but level 3 hazmat? That's your attempt at whitty banter and just shows how much of a fool you are! You saved me money? Your a joke just like that so called shop. Your NOT qualified to change tires much less any engine work! Truly the worst shop I've had the misfortune of using.... rot in hell you piece of cow patty!

Big Daddy's fixed a stripped oil filter cap that was leaking after Speedco did a PM for my truck. Big Daddy's did the repair and did not charge me a dime. Big Daddy's is good people and I will be back.
