I have had Adam's Automotive & Towing do repairs on my vehicles several different times for different things and have always received the best work than any other shop around with great prices !! I will only take my vehicles to Adams Automotive & Towing because I know the quality of work they do !! As I have and do send other people to him because they do such quality work and with great prices !

Great service!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. My car had to be towed there and they had me up and running within 3 hrs! If I could give them a thousand stars, I would!! Thank you guys soooo MUCH!!

Excellent service!! My starter kicked the bucket leaving me stranded at work on a Friday... Go figure! They sent a truck out to tow it within minutes. Car was good to go on Monday at super reasonable cost! Note to self: If I must break my car... do it in the parking lot at work .

DO NOT LET ADAMS AUTOMOTIVE & TOWING TOW YOUR CAR!!! OVER $1300 IN DAMAGE TO MY CAR AND THEY REFUSE TO PAY!!!I called AAA for a tow on Aug. 23, 2023 and they sent Adam's Auto & Towing. The tow truck driver did not use straps or do anything to secure my vehicle before attempting to load it onto the flat bed of his tow truck causing my car to roll forward and crash into the cab of his truck. My husband and I witnessed this incident and the driver took several pictures of the damage. Adam's Auto has refused to take responsibility for the damage. I had to pay over $1300 to repair the damage they caused to my vehicle. Do not let Adam's Auto & Towing tow your car!To the owner: I witnessed your driver damage my vehicle and you refuse to take responsibility. I have attempted to contact you several times, via phone and email, and received no response. I am a small business owner who relies on my car to do my business. I am not asking to be reimbursed for my lost wages or my rental car expenses. I am only asking for you to pay for the cost to repair the damages to my vehicle caused by your driver. It is entirely under your control as to whether or not you want to do the right thing.

Had some bald guy bring me my car to my home (after it was towed) I paid for it to be taken out and extra for it to be taken to my home and he parked it crooked because the lot was too small I was fine with this but I asked him to move it a little to the side so my husband wouldn t be completely on the road just the rest it could go he then slammed his equipment on the floor began to talk about me on the mic and telling me it s going to be crooked and I didn t understand moved it back and drove away without saying a word. This whole time I was kind to him super rude and immature.Service: Auto maintenance

Went to get my truck out of the impound, and I can't believe the fees they charge for anything and everything, it's just not right, but hey I could just have not my vehicle towed. Just hope your cars not towed in van alystne

Helpful and knowledge, though I gave four stars because of the location and pricing.Location: Is a little hard to get to as it is almost 16 miles to the closest hotel one way or 46 miles to Dallas and when you have no car that kinda is a little bit of an oof.Pricing: pricing is a little steep not for parts or services, but for the labor cost.

This is extremely disheartening as I didn t know that businesses will literally take advantage of you. My mother brought her car here to get fixed. Heard nothing but great stuff about this place so she trusted them. They claimed to fixed the issue and charged over $3,000 for a major car part. Long story short, she was ripped off, the car was never fixed, and it never received the new part. Found that out after taking it to a different business.True Story!

I have AAA and Adams accepted my request for help but they never showed up, didn t answer AAAs call when they tried to call to find out when they didn t show up. Do not recommend Adams as they are clearly not reliable.

Got a tow through AAA with Adams Towing. Jeff arrived on time and safely loaded my disabled X5 onto the flatbed and transported to my garage. He fulfilled my request to unload it right into my garage backed in so I could work on it. Done perfectly. He has 20 years experience with everyday cars all the way to exotics. No damage, everything perfect. Great experience.

They have a contract with AAA. After they were assigned to help me with a flat, they just didn t show up. It s been over three hours. When AAA tried getting in touch with them at the 3 hour mark, nobody picked up. I understand not wanting to work evenings, but if 8pm is too late, you need to let AAA know and maybe opt to not take contracts from them.Service: Tires

Took my truck there to have the fuel tanks cleaned out after they we're mistakenly filled with diesel. Tanks weren't cleaned out all Adams did was syphon them out, I could have done that I ended up dropping and replacing the tanks myself. Driver called to let me know he was on his way and his ETA since AAA dispatched him. He was very courteous and careful. My vehicle was delivered home very quickly without any delays or damage other than what was already broken.

To anyone who may have seen the previous post about the bibles... I got a call from a very nice man who is Larry. He cleared it up the bibles are not in the trash. Thankfully they were kind and said that I can come and get them. I shouldn't have posted so soon. The problem was resolved very quickly and I thank God for Larry for having such a kind heart

I had an accident and the police called the tow truck service, I told them that I could drive the vehicle but he said that the police called, I agreed to have it taken, they only traveled 2 miles from the freeway to his yard and when I went to get my car back, they made a ridiculous charge of a thousand dollars and they only parked it for an hour, they They stole my money.I put a star because the page doesn't let me move forward without one, but for my part I would remove all of them.

These guys did great work on my sons truck and then took my car charged me 85 and didn t fix the check engine light I had already spent about 900 in towing and mechanic work on sons truck took my car back last Monday dropped it off and called Wednesday to see if they had checked it out he said Thursday they would look at and after I called Wednesday I was blocked and couldn t even call about my car very unprofessional don t know what I did but won t be going back

These guys are awesome. I didn't catch his first name, but Owens is his last name. He got me out of a pickle and was able to get me towed even though another tow truck company told me they couldn't. Mr.Owens was very professional and he knew every trick in the book to get my car towed. Very grateful for his help!

I appreciated the time & effort these guys put in on working on my vehicle. They fixed major issues with my engine at a surprising low cost verse taking my car to pep boys. So a few days later when I took my car in again for another issue they fixed it no charge. For the most part I was happy with their services.

I hired them for a tow. When asking about the price, a woman told me $150 key to key. When I asked her what that meant, she said it started when the truck got to my location and ended when the truck left. When it came time to pay they switched it up on me and demanded payment for drive time from and to their office. That may be standard, but it s not what I was told. The staff is uninformed and lies about what they tell you. Beware. Will not recommend.

Good experience at first, until I was promised a refund that I never got. My car was sitting at a dealership in Sherman being repaired, and we called this company to come tow it back to my house after everything was done. I decided to trade in the car and get a new one instead so I canceled the tow. I got charged over $100 just for them to drive to the dealership and back. I called and a lady answered and said she would do the refund. About two weeks passed by and I still didn t see anything. I called again and a man answered and told me that We don t do anything for free . I m aware of that, you guys didn t do anything because I canceled the tow, the only thing that was done was driving to the dealership and back. I m not really sure what the $100 is for, maybe gas but isn t that you guys s responsibility? These southern people around here really blow my mind sometimes oh well. Won t use this place again!

I will never go ANYWHERE else for ANY of my auto needs. This place has me and my family as customers for life. Everyone here , especially the owner are very helpful and have the biggest heart. I am dealing with a elderly father with cancer that needs his car to get back and forth to the Chemo and doctors. When I reached out on FB for any help with his car, the owner jumped on this fast for my family.100% referring EVERYONE here for ANYTHING.

The guy that runs the place Larry is extremely rude doesn't know how to talk to costumers. They tried telling me after calling multiple times before going in that my car had been crushed but that was not the case I saw my car sitting in the yard still. After seeing my car I went back in and they told me that I had to pay $200 for my things after talking to them on the phone yesterday and was told no such thing.

Colby I think is his name towed our van very nice guy. Larry ordered new tires and put them on today. We go back tomorrow for our new tire locks and alignment adjusted. Very reasonably priced and Molly the dog is so sweet

I can't believe this place has such high ratings. I don't believe it for one second. Adams Automotive towed my daughter's car to their automotive shop on July 31st and they STILL have it. We knew what was wrong with it and even told them it was the motor. Took 3 weeks and numerous calls before they confirmed it was indeed the motor. Were given 3 options to choose from, we got back to him the next day so had to wait the weekend to get the motor we wanted. Was supposed to get it the next week and have it finished the week after. Here we are 7 weeks total from drop off and still no car. They either don't answer the phone or are "out of the office" and will call back in 15 minutes. They never call us back. At this point we just want to the car back and we'll take it somewhere else!

Moving my 88 year old dad from Missouri to Houston, TX to live with my family. We had a flat tire and needed a tow truck. Not only was the truck there in way less than the 30 minutes promised, the young lady doing the towing was so friendly and caring. When the first place had a 2 hour wait and the second place closed, she got us to a third tire shop that had us in and out in literally 10 minutes. I can't recall,her name. But she made an old man and myself very happy!

Over charged by at least 200 dollars must be somebody getting a kickback
