Let me tell you, it s been a long two months without my car all thanks to a shop in Addison called American patriot automotive. They are absolute garbage. Diagnosed my car for a bad fuel pump and two months later my vehicle was still not running. On top of that they charged me 1600 for parts and labor and couldn t figure out the problem. Their manager claimed it had electrical issues that they just couldn t figure out, so he had it towed to another shop. A shop named auto electrics solutions. Apparently these guys no what they are talking about. Yeah right. After paying an additional 200$ for a diagnosis and a quote of 2300$ for a brand new integrated power module. I had to kindly decline. I was tired of being screwed over by mechanics who give the industry a bad name for their selfishness. After all hope was lost, through a mutual friend. I end up meeting a young gentleman by the name of Jacob Slade. Jacob and his partner Roland emert diagnosed the car and had it fixed within two days ! The messed up part is, that it was none of the issues that were brought to my attention by neither of the other two shops. It was a wiring issue within the fuel pump !! After being lied and taken advantage of, Slade s automotive performance and repair handled their business like true professionals. I really got to tip my hat off to these guys and all of the hard work and effort they put in. 100% recommend if you need a fine set of trouble shooters. Also very fair pricing. Reliable, mechanics that you can trust. These guys don t miss. 10 stars.

Saved our trip passing through, our skid plate detached and started dragging on the highway. Slade and Roland were able to help us immediately, and were super knowledgeable. They did a great job explaining what had happened and what they were doing to fix it, and also advised us on another issue to be aware of that would need fixing at some point. They are passionate about their work, their reputation, and helping people. I would absolutely trust them for repairs in the future, emergency or otherwise.

I just wanna give a huge thanks to Jacob and his team for helping me when I was stuck. They came and fixed my car no problem when I had multiple shops tell me I needed to replace some parts but I had Jacob and his team tell me I had a couple bad sensor fixed it and road ready again. I'm glad they're mechanics that can still diagnose problems and instead just throwing parts and hope it works. They will get my business for life. Thanks again

I'm somewhat of a do it yourselfer, so when I came onto a problem with my vehicle I didn't have the tools or experience to handle I looked for options. The Dealer wanted way to much to fix the car. I decided to contact Slade's emergency services. Couldn't have made a better choice! Roland showed up as scheduled, had all the tools needed for the job and the knowledge to use them. He was able to get the job done quickly and expertly. 5 star rating, would use again without hesitation.

Had upper oil pan leak on a f350 diesel. They Fixed it not many mechanic want to do that job. Because it involves dropping the transmission on a diesel. They did a good job and the price was reasonable. I would recommend this company.

Great set of guys that came to my rescue within 10 minutes and changed my flat for free. I was traveling from Dallas to Gainesville and caught a flat tire. I Google Roadside Services and chose Slade's Emergency Services and got blessed!

My car broke down late at night. I called shades emergency services and they got there quickly, fixed my radiator and I was good to go. I would totally recommend this emergency repair shop.
