Worst Wal mart auto center I have ever done business with !Needed three new tired mounted and balanced! Stopped in at 1030 am and was told come back after lunch they were to busy!They looked at all the lug nuts and said one wheels lug nuts were bad I said ok we will leave that one alone ! Went back right after lunch he said it would be a little while! A hour and half later they told me I needed ALL new lug nuts I went to auto zone AND O REILLIYS AND got all they had 15 according to Wal Mart I needed 24 !Go back to Wal Mart wait another hour to get back in ( they told me before I I left they would hold my spot) Finally get TWO tires mounted and balanced went to paid and they tried to charge me for FOUR !I finally get home at 5:00 with only half the work done !Will I go back NEVER !

Absolutely the slowest people I know of. Switched out some tires for me. I had brought my own tires to put on the front. The guy said he would have it done in 30-40 minutes. I was surprised it took them about 2 hours instead. I know there were a few other cars there & all. Still could've been faster. The pricing was reasonable. That's the only good thing I can say. Other places will have this thing done in 30-minutes. I don't think I'll come back.

Would much rather get turned away than have to wait 2h 45 min on an oil change. Basically just holding me hostage. I understand a 45 min. waiting line, but this is too much.

A young man by the name of Dalton was wonderful! He was thoughtful, caring, helpful , and went beyond to help with my issues. Explained everything in a professional, educated and caring way!

Good friendly service! Tires were a decent price. Took them two hours even though we were the first in line and only bought two tires but they were very thorough and friendly!

When you ask how long and are told @2:00 they have one car ahead of you that is about to be finished, you d think that means next 10 mins and they will start yours? NOPE waiting still it s 4:00? A simple oil change takes 15 min?If you can go somewhere else definitely recommend it .Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The associates have given me wrong information about returns on battery's and now left us walking in the store for an hour because they paged for us but never tried calling. Even after speaking to an assistant nothing was resolved, I was left with a flat tire and all tire shops closed because they couldn't patch it and by the time we found out they couldn't do a patch other tire shops were closed.

I was told that I would be able to get a tire pit on , I even asked of she was sure there would be enough time , I was informed there was plenty of time and to go to dock 2 and the lady would inform me as to what to do. The lady.putside refused stating they were closing in about 30 mins. People need to get their communication straight !

This place has a serious problem. Everytime I go to the counter, the person there tells me she isn't the service writer and I need to go back to my car and wait for the service writer. Sometimes I have to wait 10 or more minutes. They do not vacuum the floor boards like they're supposed to. Also they never reset the the oil change Indicator. Very disappointed.

Went to automotive for a nail in a tire & it took 3� hours for them to fix it. Young men not being supervised.Bad experience

Took my brand new rims to be mounted and balanced had to wait 2 1/2 hrs just for that on top of it all I get my rims back with deep cuts on the lip of the rim and didn t see it until I returned home no one said anything about the accident or told me there could be possible damages I wouldn t recommend going here unless you are desperate

Completely satisfied with The service, good people but the wait was a little to long , total of 2 hours. Make sure you do not do grocery shopping untill after or atleast 1 1/2 hours into your wait time

Slowest flat repair ever!!! It took 2 hours for 1 flat tire. There were 2 people in front of me. I arrived @ 8:45 & left around 10:45.

Great service...but 2 hours to get my car...only change oil, and balancing, It would be better by appointment to not wait so long
