I had a fantastic experience at the Uvalde location. Everyone was easy to talk to and the atmosphere was laid back. Esteban suggested going up a tire size and even volunteered to test fit the tire to confirm it wouldn t rub. My little truck looks great on 33 s I highly recommend this up and coming tire chain!

Had my tires rotated; super efficient! Took maybe 5-10 minutes! The staff were friendly and competent. Highly recommend them. They also offer first visit free tire rotation or flat fix for first responders and military with 10% discount on return visits. As an ER nurse and mil spouse, I very much appreciate this additional kindness they provide. Will definitely be a return customer!

I had went to velocity tire earlier today to get air in my tires plus a wheel balance, ( mind you I had just bought these tires the week before ). Any how I was waiting in the store when one of the guys came and told me that three of my tires weren t balancing right on the machine , I asked them so what is going to happen Esteban told me that they were going to fix the issue by giving me new tires . I gotta say if respectfully in this world now and days people are so opinionated and like to be Karen s but the thing about these guys is the complete opposite , I gotta say these guys went above and beyond customer satisfaction . And also these guys names are Omar, Dominic, and Esteban these guy took care of the situation like a true professional would and I hope that this company recognizes good workers then they see it. Once again thank y all for helping me and my family get back the road.

Showed up near closing time on a Saturday afternoon. Double checked my tire and they could save it versus having to buy a new one! Also checked the other tires too! Definitely will go back! Wonderful customer service!
