- zero stars! Do NOT take your truck here for service! Absolutely the most horrific "customer service" for an oil change place. The wait times are just as atrocious as their terrible, rude staff!!! This is the most unprofessional place of "business" I have ever encountered in my life.

Awesome job, provided my own oil, and filters, they were dont quick as a wink. Reset my settings. Good for another 5000 miles. There was a line but only waited about 20 minutes. Will come back with my other vehicle.

Aaron did a great job! He was very informative, he articulated all of the items that were necessary at my vehicles current mileage, and handled the service with great professionalism. I will definitely be coming back!

In your response below, you say that I stated that it was a faulty oil filter gasket. Not only are you incompetent at installing oil filters, but you also need to learn how to read. You people installed the gasket wrong and ripped it when tightening the oil filter. Big difference. I see that you make up excuse after excuse when you screw up people s vehicles. Maybe you should try taking responsibility and make things right. The only reason you get one star as a rating is because it won t allow for zero stars. I m interested to see what your next excuse will be.Terrible experience. They incorrectly installed the oil filter on my vehicle and all the oil drained out of my car. They do not carry the oil that my vehicle needed so they instructed me on what oil and filter to purchase so they could do the job. I had to hire a REAL mechanic to come fix their mess. I contacted Kwik Kar Oil and Lube and they refused to refund my service charge because as they said, they don t guarantee work done with products purchased elsewhere. Really! After they asked for and approved the products I provided them? Well, lesson learned. Take my vehicle to sub level business, expect sub level service. This place has really gone down in customer service and vehicle service. Never again.

I m not sure what happened with this place. We brought our personal and my husbands fleet vehicle here for years. They were wonderful. The past few months though something is diff. We went this morning and a couple guys were standing around. They had two trucks in the bay. They never came and said anything. My husband walked up finally and asked if they could leave his truck or get checked in and they said no you can t leave your truck. He always does and they said not today. So we left. Apparently they don t want business. It s fine if we have to wait but at-least check us in or acknowledge you have a customer. Last time I waited 20 minutes and finally went to get their attention as well. If the policy changed where they don t greet you anymore atleast tell someone so they know what to do. Anyway thought the owner may want to know. It s possible we just went on off days as well.

Very through inspection, Rudy and Charles were very nice and attentive. Great customer service and attention to detail. Best service ever gotten when getting an oil change. Who would've, though? From an oil change company.. great job guys!!

Went in for new brakes, thought I needed all four. The technician checked my brakes and told me I only needed the front one, love that he didn't just sell me on all four. I went a grabbed a bit to eat across the street and he was done by the time I got back felt very quick. Great service and communication. Will be returning soon for my truck.

Came here this morning, brought my own oil & filter & fuel filter, & they wanted to charge me 100.00. I think that is outrageous! The place is good as far as service goes. But the pricing sucks. All they try to do is rip you off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! & yes I did go somewhere else. & only ended up paying 15.00 to get my oil change done. Still need to get my fuel filter done. I know there are people out there now that are 100 percent more reasonable then this place! Since the 1970's & the 1980's people almost everywhere have forgotten how to be reasonable. That's what's wrong with the world today that I do not understand.
