My first Vehicle was not up to pare, however after taking the vehicle back to autoworld Angel and the general manager took good care of me. They upgraded the 2018 Ford escape to a 2021 Hyundai Kona. And before leaving the dealership Angel Washed it, detailed it, and filled the tank up

Sooo we wanted to test the waters. Went to a dealership down the street, they suggested a breakfast place to eat while they ran our credit before contacting us with familiar news, need someone with better credit. And that was it.We decided to just try out Autoworld there in Uvalde. Of course the car we wanted didn t pas so we decided to leave but these guys were persistent! Suggesting several vehicles, letting us try them out as well. We didn t feel them.They finally brainstormed and called one in that fit our budget and our preferences. 30 minutes later, it was on the lot. We drove it and loved it!The whole store got together to make the sale. I mean the sales person, sales manager and even the financial guy (Sorry I m bad with names, I just remember Rick and Timo).If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Highly recommended!!!

So I ve had my car for a couple of months now and starting to see all the warnings the other dealerships gave me when I first went I took my grandma after I signed all the paper work and she immediately found a crack in the headlight (which isn t to bad) after I had asked them if there was any damage to the vehicle I should be concerned about previous accidents dent etc they told me know and the gm himself said that they would but and replace the headlight it s been months and not even a single call back. So 2 months after having the car I was in San Antonio and the transmission pump broke after 2 months I called to once again ask if the previous owner had any problems like that or to see if the warranty would help (it didn t) so that s when i looked up the vehicle on car fax and it was previously in a wreck. They told me there was nothing the could do, when I went to go get the transmission fixed they found zip ties holding pieces together on the bottom of my car. I once again called them and nothing. Then I am currently trying to get my alignment done and the right control arm has been bent and is cause my car to uncontrollably pull while driving. I ve had nothing but problems with this place and my car the past couple of months and I don t know if I m the only one with problems here but I would really recommend just going to Griffith or the ram dealership next to it cause this place has been nothing but sketchy and looking back it feels like the took advantage of a first time car buyer. But now I know where I won t be getting my next car from.

Sandra was amazing. She worked with us and got us to the payment we needed. Good prices, low miles on cars and lots of options.Update: it's been about 3 months since we have had our vehicle. The first time we took it to get oil changed, we noticed the cover that goes under the engine had been screwed on with 2 screws and then TAPED on. They said they were ordering us a new cover but have never followed up with us.Also, we need all new brakes and rotors. Sandra was kind and good but honestly, I would never recommend this dealership to anyone because I feel like they hide things from you and are not thoroughly honest. There's no way the mechanics that check their vehicles didn't notice that the brakes needed to be changed. Disappointing.

From the moment I called and I was lucky to have the GM Timo answer I felt so comfortable and had a gut feeling I would be leaving happy after some bad experiences. Auto World Uvalde was amazing to me. Rick and Timo were amazing totally recommend Rick and Timo.

I just wanted to take a minute to share my experience at AutoWorld. Sandra Martinez made it such an easy process from beginning to end. We had done some homework on which vehicle we wanted to purchase and when we were finally ready to make our purchase we headed down to AutoWorld. I told her what we were looking for and She quickly found us the Nissan Frontier we were able to afford within our budget. It was a great experience and would recommend Sandra Martinez as your salesperson.

Worst dealership in town. Very unprofessional. I traded my car in a year ago and they never did the proper paperwork to ensure my name was removed from the car I traded in. A month ago I received a letter that I still have the car I traded in under my name. I have been patient with this company but the workers do not care. Go literally anywhere else in town, it is not worth it to go here. Any good review you see about this place was most likely made so the buyer could receive full tank of gas on the car they purchased. When I first traded my car in they told me to leave a good review and they will fill the car I traded with a full tank of gas. I did leave a good review. Yet here I am a year later to revise the review I made and to update everyone that is seeing this that AutoWorld is not the place to go for a vehicle purchase/trade-in.

Purchasing my car went very smoothly and I believe it had everything to do w the salesman, Joel. He s very kind, respectful, and helpful and is truly there to help. I ve met other salesmen and they make me feel like I m there to pay them, but Joel made me feel like he was there for me and wanted to get the best deal that I could afford... and he did. This has to be the worst experience ever at a dealership. From the beginning everything felt off. We had been communicating with the owner Grant to try and purchase a cargo van. When we arrived a very unprofessional and inexperienced salesman by the name of Chris came out to show us the vehicle. This man knew nothing about the cargo van and every question we had he answered with I ll have to google that . He then proceeded to call us dude and kept cussing and talking about his errands for the day then proceeded to pull out his tablet and set it in front of us with a movie playing like we were children while he walked away to do god knows what. Then comes back and tell us he has great news and tells us we ve been approved. The entire time we had told him we were financing through our own bank and didn t want to finance through them. From the very beginning they knew this. Then he LIED and said oh yeah we talked to your bank already and got this information . This event happened last week and we had let it go but this morning we found our that they ran our credit WITHOUT our permission and this all happened with the owner sitting not 8 feet away from us seeing and hearing everything that was going on. He did absolutely nothing. Do not spend your time or your money there. They tried to pull a fast one on us and I m sure they do it often.

I didn't know that car buying was so easy. I always buy a new car and every dealership I had gone to would give me the runaround. Didn't happen here. Straight talk. No sugarcoating. No nonsense. All facts. Numbers and charges were all explained in detail. My daughter and I got new vehicles and our universe is perfect. Go by and speak to Boonie Garza and he will bend over backwards to find you the perfect vehicle. He will make things happen quick. He will also personally go wherever he needs to go to get you the car or truck you want. You guys are the best.
