I have gotten 2 oil changes and tires here. it's not too bad if you're on a budget. Fast, so that's good

Always a minimum of a 2 hrs wait and the techs always seem to discourage you from getting service there I asked about how long she said it s at least an hour and half then says might even be 2-3 hours that s a big jump as she starts handing me my keys back. This isn t the first time I ve been discouraged to get an oil change at this location. They should hire more people that actually want to work.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Terrible customer service.First off I went in around 4 simply because my schedule doesn't allow me to go in earlier. I wanted to do an oil change and the young kid at the register took a while to help out to simply say is going to be a 4 hour wait... when the auto closes at 7 we'll that didn't make sense to me..Second I came in the next day hoping to get my oil change, everything was fine and everything when after an hour they told me car was ready to simply tell me that they couldn't do it because of my type of vehicle. When I've gotten the service BEFORE at this exact same location. I spoke to the manager which clearly he didn't bother about the situation. I would of been more understanding if they would of let me know ahead of time and not waste my time like this.Very disappointing experience

Just had my oil changed. I went during the day knowing they probably wouldn't be busy. I was right. Had to wait for them to finish the car already in the bay, but even including that wait, 20 minutes in and out. Highly recommend. Just know it's probably busier on Saturdays.

I was pleasantly surprised and impressed by this Walmart s Auto Care center. I was quoted a crazy amount by the dealer for a new battery/install and was relieved to have a great experience with Walmart. I was in and out in 30 minutes and the receptionist. Kiana (I think that is the correct name) was so sweet and helpful. She pulled the battery for me when I spoke to her on the phone so it would be there for me because it was the last one. Overall, great experience and I will be back.Service: Battery

My experience at the auto center was okay. They changed my oil and filter as requested. The cost for full synthetic with take was about 47 dollars. I subtracted a star because it took them 3.5 hours to vet to my vehicle. Idk if it us purely the fact that the store is very busy on Saturday and I did not arrive until 10am or if they are understaffed. I ended up dropping the car off and a friend came and picked me up. Overall they did a good job.

Not good at all!! They broke my bottom plate.. when I drove it it was not broken and no flapping now You can hear the flapping.. and when I called they were so rude, blaming one another.. But my car had nothing wrong with it!@ I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND WAL MART AUTO SERVICE FOR NO ONE!! NOT WANTING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR WHAT THEY BROKE..

Good prices good service but dropping off and picking up takes forever. I think they were faster before computers. Walmart needs to improve on intake and checkouts.

They had a little mishap with locking the keys in my car after the oil change, but everyone was super nice! Management solved the problem and they all took very good care of us! Thank you to the crew who went above and beyond the call of duty today! I appreciate you!

This location has picked up the phone and hung up three times in a row and then let the phone ring on the fourth call. So unprofessional.

Slowest shop I've ever seen. An hour for one oil change? I'd expect that if there were 10 cars ahead. Only 4, I used to work at a small lube Express shop that could do anything in 10 minutes. There's no excuse besides being lazy. Tire rotations can move out in 10 minutes tops. Aftermarket duelie wheels with 110 Allen keys take forever, but this shop runs at 10%. your competition out classes you. Just work hard and bust @$$. Only constructive criticism, keep doing what you're doing. It's at least consistent.

Slow slow slow service. 30 minutes to check-in. Even though I had my receipt they had to find it in the system to authorize the work. My receipt has the tire number. Then 80 minutes for a tire and oil change. Everyone is polite, just SLOW. Almost 2 hours of my life that at most Walmarts would have been less than 1 hour.

I waited two hours only to be told they couldn't fix a turn signal on my Dodge Grand Caravan! They should have known immediately that my car is one they cannot repair.

This is the first Walmart that had a waiting area with coffee and a TV. The guys were nice and easy to work with. I love this Walmart auto spot. I will come back!

Very slow, but good job. WalMart needs to put people back in their stores and on the floor. There is a lot to be said for customer service. Sam Walton knew it.

I got a battery replacement today and I came across a flaw in the exchange system .....in order to use a battery warranty employees require to run a (1 hr) test on your battery in order to exchange ...this is somehow inconvenient for consumers (TimeWise) taking in count people aren't driving their own car

Tried to call to check on tire availability. Got disconnected three times and the fourth time the phone rang forever so I hung up. Poor service in my opinion.
