My son just bought a truck from them. They were very helpful and the truck is very nice. They worked with my son on the payments so he could afford it.They are also replacing his windshield because it was cracked. So far we are very happy with them. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent place to have your vehicle serviced. There mechanics are top. The managers there also very professional and they listen to what you have to say about your problems with your vehicle. Highly recommend

My wife and I had been going for four years. They must have changed management or something, but last time we went they couldn't get my car's AC issue fix for several days. The AC went out two days after I got it back. They told me that they replaced the schreader valves but they didn't look new at all. Then they tell me they found a leak elsewhere and tried to charge me a second time. Terrible service and I am glad I am not going here anymore. Liars and bad business practices here.

They took quick & efficient care in repairing my car's transmission. They didn't insult me by offering other services, & they did some additional work without extra charges. They were open & honest about pricing & very fair about price quotes. When an issue after the repair work happened, they immediately fixed the problem without hassle & made sure to inform me it was under warranty. My car now runs very well & the work was outstanding!! Very friendly, very professional, extremely honest. I hope I don t have anymore problems, but I'll take my car back here if so.Service: Transmission

I just want to say thank you to the staff here. Especially the owner Greg and the front dest worker James. I can whole heartedly say this is the best shop I have been to. Great response time, always keep me updated, and are always easy to work with. I have brought multiple cars here and never had a problem with the work they have done. Absolutely the best in town! Took my car in to fix the EVAP/sensor fixed. Greg and his team were honest and efficient. Took my car this morning and got it back before they closed. I highly recommend this team for your next car repair! Thank you!

I had transmission work done to my 2007 Cadillac Escalade in 2017 by Quality Care Automotive. I paid $2400 to have the transmission rebuild, well as least I thought. A few months later I was having the same issue. I contacted Quality Care Automotive to inform them I was having the same issue. They sent a flatbed truck to my home to pick up the vehicle, to reevaluate the issue. I receive a phone call, telling me it not a transmission problem, it is something electrical going on with the vehicle. I m like okay, I just paid $2400 to find out its electrical. I was driving the vehicle every now and then but not far. At the time, I didn t want to put more funds into vehicle right away so the vehicle set more than I drove it. I then get deployed and COVID hit, so I m definitely not driving as much. Fast forward to 2022, as we move out of the pandemic, I decide to take my vehicle to a mechanic, and he tells me it is a transmission problem. I m thinking how, this transmission only has 6000k miles. He tells me to take is back to Quality Care Automotive. I take it back to Quality Care Automotive to check it out. They call me the next day and tell me; it is definitely a transmission problem. We can fix the problem and honor the price you paid in 2017 which is $2400. To get the transmission fix at today s price, it would be $3500. I asked why wasn t if fixed the first time. Their response Parts go bad . This is why it is so hard to trust mechanics. Now, I m thinking was anything ever done to my transmission. Maybe they didn t drive it long enough to identify an issue and gave it back and said we replace you transmission or maybe they used use parts to fix my transmission. I ll never know. Definitely wouldn t go back to this shop and blow $2400Service: Transmission replacement

Took my car in, starting quote was about $500 but some how ended up paying almost $1,500(which is fine but I d appreciate a quote that is somewhat in the same ball park as the actual price). Was never given a call to confirm the price, found out once my car was done and I had to pay. Two days later my car messes up again and I had to take it in. Simple fix but they never called to verify or to let me know my car was finished. I had to call multiple times to get answers. Super bad experience and will never return. Will never recommend anyone else there.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Do not buy a car from them. They erase codes off the cars to make it seem like nothing is wrong with them. I asked for a warranty and they told me they would give me one and they never did. They told me if anything happens to it they would fix it. The engine light came on the day after i bought it. I took it back and they told me i didn t have a warranty after i was to told me they i purchased one i took it to a local mechanic and the converter was the issue now I m stuck with a broken truck

This place is great and trustworthy. I've been coming here for several years with different vehicles I've owned and can say that Greg and the Quality staff have gone above an beyond to ensure we are happy with the work performed. Greg explains not only what needs to be done, but why, which is important to understand the need for the repair which of course may cost a little more because it is additional work being done. Being a customer and spending money is never fun, but pay for needed work now so that in the long run your vehicles problem doesn't cost more.

I m a small business owner and have a small fleet of vehicles. We are always in need of a good mechanic as my guys drive these vehicles as if they stole them. I ve gone through a few mechanics over the years before finding Greg and his team at Quality Care Automotive. These guys are the most honest, professional group I ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Great quality service with great totally care of your vehicle. I had my hub bearings replaced there and did an excellent job and fix the issue fast. They made me feel total comfortable thru the service and would recommend them for all auto work an my vehicles. That's why I went back to get serviced for oil changed. Definitely will be in business with them.

I took a 2002 Chevy Trailblazer to them. My overall experience was very positive. Absolute scammers! Do not attempt to buy here! They will waste your time. Very unprofessional and have absolutely no clue what they are doing especially the GM. Ive seen the same vehicles in their lot for years so that will tell you no one wants to buy here.

Called them Friday my AC was not blowing cold air. Steve said just come in the morning and to call first. I forgot to call. I got there and he remembered I had called. Took my car and it only needed to be recharged. Brought my car back to explained everything and I said I gotta pay you now. Lol..he said no change. I said are you sure he said yes..I thanked him and was on my way. Thanks again!! Will go back and recommend.Service: A/C installation & repair

Thank you to Greg, Steve and Jeff for taking care of our Hummer h3. It has been a nightmare trying to get it repaired at the dealership. Talk about the run around! We are so glad we found you. Greg is an absolute crook. He employs people and refuses to pay them their final check, fabricating reasons he "feels" he doesn't need to pay wages. He did this to my son. He's done it to MANY people and always gets away with it. Until now. We're contacting all the appropriate authorities and have an attorney retained. This fabrication will end up costing him thousands. Quality care is all but quality in care. They're liars, cheats, and don't pay their employees.

Great work at a very reasonable price. Although the place is not located near where I live, it has always been worthwhile to have them work on my vehicles. I found them via a recommendation from a cousin who is a car dealer.

Went in to purchase a vehicle from them, check engine light was on so I brought it to there attention. They told me give them a couple days and I could come back and it ll be fixed up. Came in to find the car had no work done and they tried to sell the broken car to me. Be careful super shady individuals here. Would not refer anyone to these people it s a shame they take advantage of customers as they do. Reporting to the BBB.

I brought my 1999 chevy blazer in because the people i had work on it couldn't fig out the problem. Well they towed it and had it diagnosed super fast.the staff was extremely helpful so I'll be taking all my vehicles to them. Also my truck never ran this good. They do quality work at a great price.

I visited Quality Care Automotive and Mr. Steve Acosta was amazing. He immediately showed care and concern about the needs of my car and demonstrated such professionalism and knowledge in what was needed. He made me as a customer feel important. Far from Quality ! The dealership brought my truck here to get the ac repaired & when I picked it up 3 days later... the headlight was blown out, when I brought it to their attention they said sure bring it back they will fix it but when I brought it back they took no accountability & wanted to charge me $200 to fix it when it was working perfectly fine before I left it with them, the guy was so rude unhelpful and short with me after I refused the work, not fair at all!! BUYER BEWARE

The owner And Steve in the counter have been A1 with their service with my truck! Great shop highly recommend for all your automotive needs! They take the time to do an overview of all repairs offer great rates and also offer financing for big jobs like transmission rebuild etc. awesome people, awesome service, what more can you ask for!

These guys always do a good job. They know my truck and know my face lol. I drive a 98 Blue Ford Ranger and they fixed any and every issue it has. It can be pricy depending on what you need to get done but they have a year warranty on everything they do. Better to get it done right the first time. These are the only guys in the San Antonio area I trust with my vehicle.

Kept my son s jeep for a used engine over 2 weeks and tried to convince me it was taking so long due to having to detach locked up motor from alternator when all motors are attached to the alternator. $3800 later he s on a payment plan for half so let s see how guaranteed the work is !

I paid to have my cluster repaired on my Chevy Avalanche one year ago. After four attempts to fix and/or replace, Quality Care Automotive installed the wrong clusters in my truck, none of which worked properly. Totally frustrated, I ask for my original part and unfortunately i was told it haf been disposed.However weeks later Dave contacted me to say he found my cluster. I picked it up from Quality Care, took it to Gunn Chevrolet, were I was advised that the cluster wasn't my original it was taken from another model truck. After 18 years dealing will Quality Care, I will not return again.
