I went here to get an oil change before I got on the road and was seen by Brandon. He was very friendly and recommended other services that I may be interested in. I took him up on two of them. He is definitely a great representative for this location. The wait was short but I also didn't have an appointment and was a walk in or drive in if we're being technical. I highly recommend this location.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

The guy that changed my transmission oil was the best employee. He offered me water. He also answered my questions very well. He even offered to show me the old oil.

I have been coming here for just over a year for the inspection and for oil changes.The latest tech Steve, was so thorough when it came to my car. He changed my cabin filter when I don t think it s been changed since 2017 (before I had the car). He was so kind!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Met Stephen when he helped me with my first oil change at the Oil Change Express on Kittyhawk. Now I have this newer, closer location. Customer service Is awesome and Stephen is very informative & thorough. He also offered water plus made sure my children and I were comfortable while we waited. The road/parking area looked confusing from the road but once there, the arrows painted on the ground at the entrance really helped me know where to go. I love taking my cars to Oil Change Express.

This was my first time visiting this business. Kicking myself for not going sooner even though I drive by it several times a week. Jaden was my tech and he was awesome! Friendly, personable, knowledgeable, thorough and fast. I can't say enough about him and OilChange Express other than this will be my go to for oil changes and probably their other services. Give them a try, you can't go wrong!Service: Oil change

Found my forever oil change spot. Needed an oil change and state inspection and happened to stop by Oil Change Express #12 and met Jaden. Had an awesome experience with the oil change. He recommended a new air filter which was needed. I have a 2013 Tundra and he restored my headlights after years of build-up. I was so satisfied with his service sent my wife there for her inspection and we both returned for an oil change and headlight restoration for our everyday/take kid to school vehicle. Jaden was just a breathe of fresh air who loves his job. Will be a customer as long as he is there.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I was driving up and down this street looking for a place to get my inspection done. I pulled in right before they closed and Steven assisted me with a smile on his face the entire time. Not only that he helped me with an issue with my wiper blades. I will definitely be coming back because he made me feel like I could trust this place to honestly help me with any car issues I might have.

Jaden was a one man show!! So polite and professional. I had no wait in line, which was nice, esp on a Saturday! Jaden did a thorough job, and had me back on the road in no time. I'll bring my second vehicle there when it's ready for an oil change!

Service man was super nice and got the job done all while I sat in my car. Parking lot is very confusing and small but nothing they can do about that due to its share. Luckily, I got in quick and didn't have to park.
