Once again the best experience when dealing with auto sales! This is my second time with these great guys and both times I had multiple vehicles to trade-in and they made it effortless! Very fair trade-in amount making the purchase of the new vehicle super easy. It's starts at the top with the owner Bill who is an awesome guy and very down to earth! Amazing Tesla guy as well and always great to chat with during the process. His son is also a very good guy and easy to work with. Trey was awesome as always when working thru the deal and again just great people overall. Would highly recommend and when it's time to upgrade they'll have my business again! Thanks again gentleman!

This was the best experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Bill made it so simple and went above and beyond to make my transaction work. I left in my 2021 Tesla Plaid and he returned my other vehicle to me the following day and picked up my trade in. If you're in the market for a Tesla - Bill will take care of you. He spent over an hour explaining the high tech vehicle to me. 5 Star service!

Clint was exceptional to work with. I flew in to San Antonio from Minneapolis, MN, with little expectations, but Clint was a stand up guy had everything ready to go. He made the car buying experience so easy, the transaction was painless. Everything he said about the car was true and I couldn't of been happier with the whole process, which was short and sweet! Had a great experience purchasing from here. Seen the car I wanted online, drove to location and Trey was extremely nice and helpful. Drove off with vehicle same day. Will return again for our next vehicle for sure. Clean vehicle inside and out... runs like new!

Wife has been looking at Rivians for a while now. After looking at many with crazy dealer price adjustments we found this fantastic family owned dealership. Color and interior was exactly what we wanted. Easy, fast process and not one junk fee on the sale. Only took about 5 days for Rivian to transfer ownership of car to us. Would use again!

I recently decided to pull the trigger on joining the EV community. After searching around for the right EV for me, I discovered the perfect Tesla for purchase here at Northeast Motor Company. I was generously approached by Trey who answered all questions I had pertaining to functions and info on this particular Tesla. The members here are very nice and accommodating. I quickly decided to purchase my Tesla with them and was directed to Bill (owner) who then took time out of his busy day to give a full in-depth lesson about the ins and outs of what my new car had to offer. Bill was very knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot thank this group of people enough for the hospitality shown during my visit. By far the best experience I've had at a dealership on a car buying experience. Would highly recommend to friends, family and everyone else out there. Best of all... Trey helped me out and was awesome! I had already setup the notifications for a price drop on the car I wanted, walked in and got through the whole process in a couple hours or less! Trade-in, test drive, and paperwork were so smooth and simple. Soon as I need to look for another car, NE Motor Co. will be my very first stop! This team was great from the start to finish.

I am so happy I chose this family dealership from CarGurus! The vehicle was very clean and Clint was so easy to work with. After the test drive we were in the office 20 min tops and the keys were mine! He made the buying process so much more simple than any other car purchase I ve ever had, he even gave me cash because it was low on gas! Awesome customer service, will happily refer any of my friends and family there!

We just purchased our dream Tesla from Clint at Northeast Motor company, and as my wife Debbi says, it was our best experience buying a car yet. This was our first electric car buy, and Clint walked us all the way through the process from beginning to end. We drove up from Houston and he had everything ready to go with a full charge, and also spent an hour with us going over all the driving need to knows. Thank you to Clint and the Northeast team for a perfect truck buying experience. I never thought buying a truck over 200 miles away would be so seamless. The website said it was a family car dealer and that s exactly the service I experienced. Super laid back, no pressure, the truck and price was better than anything I found online from every dealer below the rust belt. I hope to visit these guys again but the truck they sold me is so clean, I know it won t be anytime soon.

Great experience and nothing like any other dealership. The day I bought the car I was in the dealership for less than an hour. Trade in purchase of new car all taken care of super quickly. Zero pressure on purchasing the car, and great service after. I will be back for my next car!

2022 Tesla Model S purchased from Northeast Motor Co was involved in a prior accident and the dealership failed to disclose it. The report shows in the car fax. Very, very shady and no honest.

I've always believed that family-owned businesses are the cornerstone of the USA, and these guys solidify my belief. Clint, his father, and the staff at Northeast Motor Company epitomize what it means to be service-oriented. I purchased a car from them about a month ago, and there were a couple of issues with the "as-is" purchase. They worked with me and helped me with every step of the process of rectifying the issues with the automobile. These folks will greet you, work with you, and sell you a high quality automobile with a smile. When it comes time for me to purchase another vehicle, these guys will definitely be my destination. I've not purchased a vehicle in 11 years. I was going into this expecting to have to deal with the clich� shady/slimy used car salesman. Instead, I got a straight forward, honest and down to Earth person in Clint. Clint and Northeast Motor Company couldn t have been more laid back and easy to work with. I was actually blown away by the experience. They are the standard and other dealerships, corporate and independent alike, should strive to live up to the level of professionalism at Northeast. I highly recommend giving them a look for your next auto purchase!

16 years ago my wife and I bought a vehicle at Northeast Motor Company to bring home our newborn son from the hospital. Yesterday we bought him his first car from Northeast Motor Company. Outstanding service, outstanding care and outstanding family dealership. The world needs more businesses like Northeast Motor Company. Having a new driver in our family is scary enough. We are grateful to the folks at Northeast Motor for taking the worry and hassle out of buying a car. We feel we made a wise decision and found a safe, reliable car for our teen and our family.

Mr. Bill and the crew provided a phenomenal buying experience while purchasing my Tesla Plaid. It was an expensive visit but they made sure to make me feel comfortable in my new car before heading out and the purchasing aspect was a much more efficient than any other dealership I've been through. Today could have been an exceptionally frustrating day BUT luckily our first stop to look at a new/used vehicle was to Northeast Motor Company. Clint is a stand up guy with a no BS style of selling! He was up front and didn t waste any time with the purchase of our new vehicle. We got a fantastic deal and handled everything in about an hour! For starters, all of the vehicles on this lot are classy! I had been searching online for a Honda Accord and I found the best Accord for the right price! Trey helped me get the Tesla he was fast and has good customer service , he reply back to your text and try to get a solution. Bill owner was very helpful and treat the customers right even after the purchase needed help on the app and got back to Trey to let me know and how to fix it . Told family to come shop here in the future .

Best vehicle purchase experience ever. Fast, friendly and they go above and beyond. I was looking for a truck and came across the truck we purchased on NE Motors Facebook account that looked clean and was in my budget. Called to confirm it was still available and let them know I was in route to check it out. Clint had the truck front and ready for me to check out and drive. I was sold and the best part is we already had our financing in place so there was only about 10 min of office time. Check out their inventory for your next vehicle purchase. You won t go wrong working with this family owned business.
