I was sent here on a referral on a vehicle I recently purchased. Will is a true professional. Their qualified mechanics were able diagnose the problem and get to it in timely manner. I would definitely recommend anyone in need of repairs to come here. Highly satisfied with their honesty and concern for my vehicle safety. Thanks to all the mechanics of Meineke, and Will.

If I could choose 0 stars I would. Unethical. Horrible service. Will, the manager, is incapable and unethical. Made repairs to my vehicle without discussion, consent or authorization. He then didnt even fix the problem and charged me $368 for a $ 20 part! Unlike reputable shops in the area he charges a ridiculous $170/hr for diagnostics and does not apply that to the repairs. He had my vehicle for over 24hrs and was struggling. As I was leaving he mentions it rides rough which is one of the things I reported to him in the first place. Then advised me it was ok to drive it, just to bring it back the next week to look at the transmission. The next morning my check engine light was on again! I had to take it to the dealership for an actual qualified professional to service it. Come to find out I shouldnt have been driving it! When I called him on it he LIED and said he told me that and then hung up on me. They are unprofessional, unqualified and seriously over priced. Do yourself a favor and take it to someone worth it. Once the BBB complaint was filed, they have refused to respond to the requests by the BBB.

I have been coming here since I moved to Universal City back in 2004. I keep coming because they are fast - they are Honest - and they care about their work. They will fix what is necessary and then if they happen to notice something else, they will tell me and also tell me if it's something that can wait or needs attention. They call if any changes to their quote for approval and something, their quote is higher and it winds up being less expensive. Will & Johnathon and all their employees are great and I highly recommend anyone going there! Honesty is tough to come by in mechanics sometimes....not here!

Jonathan was so helpful! I called the day before Christmas Eve, they were able to get me in right away, and out the door within 20 minutes. He took the time to explain what happened and how he was able to fix it. I really appreciated it! Would definitely come here again with my car. They were fast, efficient, and personable.

Took my Kia in for warranty work, the place was a little difficult to find set back in a strip center. Everyone there was extremely nice. They took care of me right away and even helped me with a lift to a rental car facility down the road so I could leave my car to get worked on. Very nice people and very quick. I would definitely go back!!

Johnathan and Jon(Ed) are great mechanics. They both went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. Real stand up guys. Unfortunately, my old honda isn't 100 % yet due to the radiator I bought not properly lining up with the assembly fan but that's not on them. I appreciate the great effort!

Highly recommend this Meineke care care center. They quickly found my exhaust leak, provided fast estimate, and I received a detailed explanation of the work and cost prior to start. The technician, Jonathon, takes great pride in his work and believes in delivering quality service. I trust the people and I plan to use this car care center again for any future car repair needs.

Last week was my first experience with Meineke and it was a pleasure. The manager and technicians are professional, friendly and clearly communicated information regarding my car. I was greeted upon entering the business and informed that someone would be right with me. Will gave me his full attention as I described the issues I was experiencing with my truck. The technicians quickly test drove and diagnosed the problems, parts were ordered and services were performed expeditiously. Both of my vehicles warranties have recently expired and I think I will start using this location for my routine services instead of the dealerships.Will kept me informed throughout the entire process. Robert also explained repairs that were made while Will finished up with another customer. If you are looking for an old fashioned, experienced, friendly and customer service focused auto repair shop, with fair prices don't miss this gem on Pat Booker Road.

I was very disappointed in my experience here. They wanted to charge me nearly $750 for 3 ignition coils and 3 spark plugs, which like 3 times the price of what I would pay if I were to buy the parts myself. On top of a $165 diagnostic charge (albeit half is applied to the repair once completed) and nearly $300 for labor on a job that probably wouldn t take more than an hour. INSANE prices. Needless to say I decided to take my car elsewhere. I know the employees don t make the prices and the interactions I had with staff were all very pleasant despite this. They offered to do the repair with my parts if I decided to buy them at a lower price somewhere else which I did appreciate.

Recently stopped by this Meineke Car Care Center for a free A/C Check on my car. Jonathan personally took care of my needs and answered my questions regarding my problems. Turns out all I simply needed was a recharge for my A/C and after going over the paper work and total amount, that I thought was fair, Jonathan reassured me that if my A/C goes out again they'll cover a partial of the cost I had paid already. Shout out to Jonathan and John for their timely service. As well, Jonathan loves his job and constantly praised his career and his boss, Will. Lord willing, I won't be back anytime soon because the problem was fixed!

They took their time to help me even when I didn t know how to explain what was wrong with my car. They were able to fix my car that day :) they work quickly and with quality. I like that place and will go back if anything happens to my car again

Had some routine maintenance done on my truck. Even though it was serval different things,they got my truck back to me in a timely manner. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly,even asking me what pressure I would like tires set to.

They do a great job & are not pushy. They realize we're all trying to budget. I appreciate being given a heads up for repairs & being allowed to work them into my budget. When you schedule a repair they stick to it, but they also take walk ins for service. I have trusted Will & his crew with my vehicles since 2005. They also provide a military discount to honor those who have served.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

The guys at Meineke were awesome !!!They really go the extra mile.The work they did on my wife s car was top notch! I highly recommend them. They gave me a ride to a local restaurant before they started working on the car. WOW !

Staff is very busy, yet they continue to provide quality service in a pleasant and professional manner. I appreciate their communication and emphasis of critical and necessary repairs, while advising of other optional repairs to be performed now or at a later date.

Sign was on that said OPEN, posted hours said opens at 07:30, they didn't unlock the door and let me in until 07:44. I had an appt scheduled for 08:00 and they didn't roll my car in until 08:24. So if you are in a hurry or set an appt. week or more in advance you might as well forget about being taken care of promptly...this also occurred on my first visit as this is now the second visit to this shop. Will update later on the quality of work! Quality of work appears to be ok at this point, but back to setvice...After almost 30 minutes they actually touched my car to begin the work. The major sports car company that I purchased the part from says should take about 1 hour to complete for the DYI'ers to complete but could take 1 1/2 hours and every YouTube video I watched stated about the same and took just 1 hour but for some reason they took until almost 11:30 to roll it out to me and said we really wanted to ensure you would not have an issue with the part they put on. So I will leave this with you to decide...$250 to put on a part I supplied to them and a jib that typically take around an hour...that's pretty expensive for hourly work. So I recommend that you go somewhere else unless it's just an oil change...or you might be charged the full book price for the labor at the max amount of time even if it typically takes DYI'ers a specific amount of time on a regular basis. They will take the full time that they charge you for the repairs no matter if it is a simple job on an easy job. BEWARE!!!Services: Exhaust, Auto exhaust system replacement

You easily set an appointment online & I got a repair estimate in a reasonable amount of time but the estimate was way too high. Labor to replace the battery in my truck was $150 on top of a $250 battery. There's no way I was paying that much to replace a battery & I know there are less expensive batteries.

The guys here really are honest with the work done. When an issue arose with our vehicle, they brought to our attention and resolved it, although it did take longer than quoted over the phone when I made the appointment.

This is a great place! Fast service and GREAT GREAT GREAT customer service! Will the manager and Mathew both noticed one of my tires, that I had just bought a new one the day before, was not safe and I would ve never noticed if they hadn t told me! I am SOOO VERY grateful for them looking out. I drove my child to school on that tire and that could ve been a bad situation. They probably saved me a horrible accident! Thank you both so much! I will definitely be going there in future if I need work done on my or my families cars!P.S. I didn t get my tire from here, somewhere else did that wrong!Service: Oil change

I hate when my vehicle gives me any problems. Whenever I need any kind of work done I take it to the experts at Meineke. I have taken my GMC Yukon 2015 to their shop and they always fix any problems I might have in a timely manner. Also, the team is professional and give me all the information I might need to better explain what s wrong with my vehicle. The team is thorough and I ll continue to take my vehicle to Meineke for service. Great team with great/reasonable prices!

I was able to get in right away. They were professional. They diagnosed and fixed my vehicle in one visit.The only issue was I spent so much time there that I ended up needing to use the restroom twice and it was so nasty dirty. no toilet paper, and no hand soap.

Absolutely excellent and fast service; they quickly diagnosed my issues and fixed what could be fixed within my small budget, then gave me enough information to fix my other issues on my own time.They also did not talk down to me (a woman who knows extremely little about cars), or try to upsell me on anything. I usually avoid going to mechanics until it's inevitable, because so many are willing to quote you for expensive "fixes" that aren't even needed. I felt comfortable and listened to, and left with a lot of useable information.I'll definitely be coming back for any issues I have in the future, thanks Jonathan and Matt Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Battery

Ford dealership stated I had two bad catalytic converters and needed them replaced. They couldn t get part and installed until Oct/Nov timeframe. Went to Meineke Car Car and never thought twice. The entire Meineke Team was great and provided outstanding service. When I had questions, they answered to the full extent. Will use them again very shortly for my F150.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto exhaust system replacement

I took my Car to get the front breaks replaced and was very pleased with the friendly and very honest staff. The dealership quoted me an obscene amount compared to what Meineke did. Jonathan was the awesome mechanic that did the work on my car he was very thorough and extremely hard working. I would definitely recommend this shop.

I had carried a load inside of my vehicle that must have been over the weight limit. I had taken it to my favorite shop to get the issue resolved, but for whatever reason they do not do diagnostic unless it's electronically able through hand device. so I went up the hill to Meineke John and Will diagnose the problem showed me in person in the bay that my u-joints had a lot of slop and play in them. They recommend them to be replaced and if needed the drive shaft to be balanced. After the repairs it was like day and night with the constant shaking of the vehicle. They were more than fair since I had previously had it in there for a brake job and rotors didn't charge me the second diagnostic fee since I requested that on the brake job and it wasn't diagnosed properly by the mechanic. I was very happy with the work that was performed on my vehicle and I'm quite pleased with the outcome strongly recommend this shop as they are fair with pricing and getting to the bottom of the issue through serious troubleshooting. I will definitely be bringing all my vehicles to this shop in the future. I am now convinced to not be taking my vehicles to these tire shops that claim they do other work. It's nice to believe to take your vehicle in get the proper diagnostic and repairs resolve your issues with a piece of mind. The good thing is they tell you up front on what they can do and cannot repair. With recommendations if it need be another shop to take care of. Good honest service and respectful to customers great customer care and really care about helping resolve issues.
