I went in last week after thanksgiving and the manager was very friendly and helpful. I know little to nothing about my car and as a college student I am on a budget, Jesse and Mark explained everything to me in detail and provided me with knowledge that will definitely help me in the future. They even taught me how to change my tire! 10/10 recommend

I cannot express my appreciation and gratitude for Jesse and the staff over at this Goodyear. They always go ABOVE & BEYOND with customer service and taking care of my vehicle. While I may have moved from the area, I will always take my vehicle to this shop for any kind of maintenance or repairs. They are honest and trustworthy, which means the world to me and my family.

If I could give this negative stars I would. I spent thousands of dollars and literally the next day it broke down. I didn t go back because of how much I distrust Jesse the manager in particular. He was being creepy towards me, AND scammed me on price and it kept changing and going up. The rest of staff is kind. according to other women s comments on here, I am not the only one he has been this way towards. Do NOT talk to Jesse

Sexist. Managers said tire fix is starting at $25.00 a tire depending on severity, aka $25 and up, charge whatever they want. other tire places only charge $5.00 flat rate. Then they say it's not fixable that I have to buy a new tire starting at $200.00, that they got no used tires. Management is condescending to women. Over price and try to convince the ladies to buy and spend more money when we really don't take that much money to fix a tire. they said they refuse to fix my flat tire because it's not fixable because the inside is curved. so how is that logical. I have seen mechanics that fix flat tires on how ever conditions the tire is on the inside. and from what I saw there was no exposed wires from the tires that should be able to last for a couple of days. So they just try to scam the ladies. So ladies don't go there, they will rip you of and try to make you spend more money than you really have to. we will never go there again. I would give them no stars. That one manager was asking personal questions that was not professional and did not keep it to the flat tire. He kept asking why why why how come and from whom. He scams women from their money. Overkill on prices.....

I can't say enough about how great this place is! Even though I didn't buy a tire (they didn't have my tire in stock), the manager/owner was so kind and said he'd be happy to put the "donut" tire on to get me to where I needed to go. He even offered me a taco while I waited. I'd definitely go there again.

Well, I guess I just caught them on a bad day. I went there to get 4 new tires installed. they said I needed a front end alignment as well. I thought that was odd because I had just got an alignment about 3 month earlier but I told them to go ahead and do it. which cost me an extra $129.99. My total bill was over $998.00. Well as soon as I left, my car started shaking. I picked up a friend who had a bad back, to take him to his eye appointment. The car was shaking so bad, it was hurting his back. In the mid 1950,s Jerry Lee Lewis made a song called a whole lot of shaking going on. well that was my car, because a whole lot of shaking was going on. I decided to take to another shop, which cost me extra money to get it fixed. if you don"t do it right the first time, you don"t get another chance with me.

I called and they told me they could balance my tires immediately. I was there within 10 minutes but my car didn t actually get worked on until 50 minutes later. The man behind the desk was very inappropriate. Didn t wear his mask half of the time, wore it wrong the other half. He shared stories that were way too personal, and offensive. Asked me personal questions. Also shared his political beliefs on current affairs. The mechanic was very nice, very helpful. I won t be going back, I don t want to deal with the guy at the desk.

The most amazing auto tire shop in San Antonio. Jesse the service manager went above and beyond to solve my alignment problem. Jaime his alignment tech was extremely professional and thorough in aligning my car. Also identified a serious problem (showed me) of a torn Cv boot. Will be back to get it fixed

We have used this business a few times and have been happy with each visit. They are quick and thorough. They are honest and offer opinions on services that are necessary or optional. Very friendly people that want to help.

A truly excellent experience, I was a walk in the manager went out of his way to assist me. I explained I had a round trip of ninety miles on a donut you. He sent his employee to the warehouse even though they were busy.I can honestly say that was a load off my mind. I got four toes at a great price and didn't have to wait long under the circumstances.Thank you Randolph Tire Center for your service, and my piece of mind.Sincerely, Chris M.

Don't go here. Mans behavior behind the desk is questionable. I made an appointment online for two tires. The price given to me in my email was 221.85. When I got there they were about to install the tires I ordered on some one else's vehicle. The man at the front desk said it was a mix-up. Okay fine that can happen. They got a hold of my car and while I was waiting the gentleman at the front desk said I needed a tire alignment and tried to charge me $100. A little more than the average tire alignment. I ended up saying no to that. What really stood out to me though was when he gave the "final price" he had jacked it up about 60 dollars. He told me it was going to cost me 280 dollars. I told him that is not the price that was given to me and I showed him the email that I received. He looked at his computer and did something for a few minutes and kept saying, "I don't know how they did this". Eventually he brought the price down to 227 which isn't far off from the price given to me in the email but it still upset me. I went expecting to pay this exact amount and he tried to take me for more money and that is how I felt. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will say the guy who did my tire change was very professional and nice just not the man at the front desk. He was rude.

I had an accident and my front bumper was torn off. The manager of the store was more than happy to help me without over charging me. He had me in and out within an hour. He also went the extra mile for me when it came to payment. The guys there do excellent work and the customer service couldn t be better. Thank you for all you do!

Chris and Chris assisted me, great work, reasonable price to get the bearings for a Honda Civic pressed into the wheel assembly. They Took me the same day and were done in 1 hr. Grateful they were able to help me on such short notice and still charge me less than other shops in the area. I m happy!

I stopped in yesterday morning with no appointment and a screw in my tire. They took my car back on the spot and quickly fixed the flat. Super customer service! Clean and friendly place. Even offer coffee and water while you wait.

OVERPRICED AND SLOW. Asked for price to swap tires from bent rim to a non bent rim and they wouldnt give it to me. So instead they did the work and charged me 40$ should've went to Martinez. Lesson learned.

Very good shop. Very knowledgeable staff that explained my vehicles issue and kept me in the loop throughout repairs. Also, they are very affordable. Service was top notch as was the quality of work. I will be taking my vehicle back for future repairs as they have earned my business and my trust.

In the San Antonio area, evacuated from coast (Hurricane Harvey) realized I had some tire issues and it was time for new tires. Sister recommended Randolph Automotive & Tire. We called, they didn't have the tires I needed in stock, but they could have them the next day.Arrived close to lunch time, Tyler (who we had spoken to previous), pulled up my info and in about 1 hour, we had new tires and were ready to go.Great place to do business, they are knowledge and helpful. I would use them again in a heartbeat, but we don't live in the area (yet).

About a year and a half ago, I gave 5 star rating, but give one star now. Wish I never had service there. The manager Jesse is a dishonest man and a lier. If you're a woman and not good with mechanical stuff or a mentally disabled veteran/ person, be aware. He doesn't keep promises. You may end up paying too much unnecessary.

The gentleman who was behind the counter seemed not interested in what I needed to get worked on and could not come up with an estimate for the simple task of redoing my brakes. When he finally came up with his estimate it was over 900.00 or 200 to turn the rotors. Not impressed.

Solid service and decent prices. Highly recommend them for basic tire shop services. Keep in mind this is a tire shop. If you need engine or transmission work, go to a specific shop for engine and transmission work. However, for tires, brakes and suspension work, go to Randolph Tire Center. That's what they specialize in and they do it well.

DO NOT GO THERE!! I have brought my daughters car and my jeep in to see them. They claimed to have fixed the problem on the car but it died less than a week after repairs with the same issue. We sold it and I just chocked it up to an honest oversite. But my Jeep has been worked on MANY times. It had a complete clutch swap and tranny rebuild. They did the clutch and outsourced the tranny. The "new clutch" failed 1 week after replacement, it has also rattled and made all kinds of noises after the second repair, which they didn't want to claim as the drivetrain until it failed again. This last repair took 32 days exactly to repair due to excuses ranging from the other shops fault, busy and even once saying that the mechanic that did the work no longer works for them and they are not sure where all the parts are to reassemble the jeep. I am now sitting in the parking lot at SAC waiting for a tow truck to pick up my jeep because the clutch feels like its missing and it won't go into gear. I called Jerry, the owner the week before and told him that the clutch felt weird and he gave me the run around then said that he didn't know when he would get to me because he only has 2 mechanics there. Which means his warranty services gets no priority and that apparently his mechanics don't even want to be there. I have given the benifit of the doubt for too long..DON'T GO THERE! My fellow military family, warn your battle buddies, avoid this shop. Oh, I also asked if he would cover pay to have the work done at a different shop OR cover a rental since this has been a reoccurring issue and that was met with a resounding NO.

I just fix my car not that long ago i had a bad experience with a worker jessi he was a very Unhonest said that my car had more than 1 problem when it didn t I was charged a Enormous amount of money he had said that he fix everything and 2 days later my car stopped working he is a dishonest man I don t recommend this place especially if u are a woman he will try to scam you.

Initially went in for inspection sticker and eventually came back for oil change & tire rotation. I was a walk in for both services. Very professional, quality oriented & established business. Highly Recommended.

I cannot stress enough how wonderful this shop is!They actually care about their customers and go above and beyond as often as they can.I definitely recommend this business!
