My car AC went out this summer and our whole family was completely miserable. Luckily they were able to get us in quickly and fix my car in a matter of a couple of days (sadly my car required some more extensive work). They kept in touch with me throughout the process and were very upfront about the cost of the repair. My car is nice and cool now! Thank you so much!Service: Air conditioning

I contacted Absolute Auto AC because my van AC had a moldy smell when the wheb it was first turned on every day. I appreciate the transparency, communication, pricing, and quality of work the shop provided.I would definitely recommend them to anyone else with their automobile ac concerns.

Going by reviews I gave this business a try for diagnostic repairs on my ac. I took a chance and waited for our heatwave for the test on my newly installed ac on my truck. The results have been very very pleaseing. The mechanics work and the time to get it back to me was very good. I had my compressor replaced and it was pricey but well worth it. The mechanic told me, he only uses the parts made for that truck for longevity and compatibility. I definitely recommend this business for ac on car or truck. Very honest and upfront. Took my Nissan Altima here because the AC wouldn t blow cold air. I spoke with William on the phone and told him if it was possible to get it done ASAP as I needed my vehicle for work. He let me know straight up he couldn t guarantee anything because he needed to see what was wrong first but he would try. Got a call the very next day that my car was ready to go! An AC specialist who deserves more than 5 stars. Also specializing in Brakes, Alignments, Steering, Suspension, Fuel Injection etc.A friend's AC hadn't been working. A great mechanic north of Austin, along with fixing other issues, was able to determine that it wasn't the blower, or the resistor, or the compressor. On my own assumption, I had him replace the control switch, which did not fix the problem.Knowing from other quotes she had gotten, other mechanics were likely to assume the problem to be one of the above, I started my quest to find an automobile AC specialist who would do whatever it took to find and fix the problem, without using an expensive process of elimination by replacing working parts.Thanks to the Google Maps reviews, I was confident that I found the right guy. The more that I talked to William, with his "I will not be beaten" confidence, the more confident that I became, that he would find and fix this unusual problem. I scheduled an appointment, and instructed my friend to drive her car 60 miles to Absolute Auto A/C., and I drove her home and back.William tracked down wiring schematics, and diagnosed the problem to a wire that had been yanked from the fuse box. He replaced the wire, thereby fixing the A/C, charging me far less for the diagnostics and repair than any other mechanic surely would have, and with far less frustration... for us.Like me with computers, William thrives on challenge, and likes to share knowledge. He's fair, honest and reliable, and very very good at what he does!

Have used several times and always satisfied. Did ac on my Hyundai this time, great work at fair price. Also noticed a steering problem that could have been disastrous and the fixed that for half of what the dealer quoted. Plus he has a good warranty.

Came to see William about getting my 97 chevy z71 AC system looked at because I had just purchased the truck and few months prior and low and behold the ac only worked for a day before going out. Dropped of my truck will William and within about two hours and he called me to let me know he had my diagnosis and for me to swing by if I'd like to see it in person. When I got there he very throughly explained and showed me what my issue was and what it was gonna take to fix. Before taking my truck to William I had just picked my truck up from another mechanic 24hrs prior for a coolant leak issue I was having. After going back in fourth four times to the other shop and spending almost 1900.00 to fix the leak. William spotted the issue right away when he was diagnosing my ac and was able to complete that job along with the ac system and a few extra hoses within 24hrs. And he even cut me a little break witch is always nice. Needless to say I have the shops number in my phone and will take my Truck here for any and all issues I have from now on . I will be replaceing my headlights and I will post pictures of his work. It's all done very professionally. Thanks again Absolute Auto.

My daughter told me about a special that William was advertising a few months ago. We took our vehicles to be diagnosed and William was very thorough when he explained in detail exactly what needed to be done on my truck. He also discovered and fixed a potentially dangerous issue with my truck that could have caused severe engine and radiator damage. Thank you William!He was very upfront and told my daughter that her A/C just wasn't worth putting the money into fixing, whereas other mechanics wanted us to keep pouring money into this car. He was honest in telling her that she would benefit more by using that money towards another vehicle. She recently bought another car! Thank you William!William is a Technician that genuinely cares more about meeting his Customer's needs than he is with making his business all about how much money he can gouge out of people. His professionalism is way above standard and his honesty and willingness to genuinely do right by his customers is very refreshing!My daughters and I will continue bringing our vehicles to William and we highly recommend him to our friends and others as well.I encourage you to have William diagnose and repair your vehicle and I hope that you have as positive of an experience as me and my girls have had!Thank you William! You will regret taking your car anywhere else! William did a fantastic job quoting out my work and promptly getting it done! I can tell you from experience that there are not many automotive experts as professional and truthful with what needs to be done. While many shops will nickel and dime you, this William pulled through and provided a great deal of integrity with his quote. I assure you, this Veteran Owned small business is the place you need to go as William embodies core values that other mechanics seem to lack.

Great place. I was able to get an appointment within the next day. Took my truck in (a 2008) and they were able to figure out exactly what was wrong with it. Mr. Burke told me what needed to be done, and what could be done. There wasn't a big sales pitch to get those repairs made. My ac works enough for my needs. As a Veteran, I take every opportunity to support other Veterans. Mr. Burke has my vehicle ac business from here on.

I brought my Mazda 3i Sport as the aircond was blowing hot air. William was very professional and gave briefed on the potential causes for the aircond condition. He clearly explained that it could be what the cost could like from the basic to the worst case scenario. Left the car a day for him to check and he called the very next morning and said that he found no major issues and have the aircond gas refilled. Clean and neat job. I would strongly recommend William and he lives by his motto I bleed brakes not my customers .Service: Air conditioning

William was extremely helpful and honest. Finding a good auto mechanic is hard, finding a good auto mechanic you can trust is even harder. We brought our '07 Honda Accord get a diagnostic on it and he went above and beyond to help with the problem. I totally recommend William to anybody who needs repairs.

Very friendly and good work at a great price. He replaced my full A/C system two years ago and it's still working great. The kicker is that the dealership had tried 3 times to fix it for almost double the cost and it still failed.

I cannot recommend William enough, what an absolutely amazing mechanic. He gives it to you 100% straight, and is very good at what he does. I will never go to another auto ac mechanic as long as I'm in this area.

Brought my 06 Corvette in when AC started acting up (work ok in AM but blew hot and worked intermittently when temps got hot). Was told my compressor had come apart and I would need to replace everything (compressor, condensor, evap, all tubing, etc) and quoted $2K. Took it to another shop that vac d out the system and refilled and AC has been working for over a month now with temps over 100 and idling in stop and go traffic. **Update** 11 months later and AC is still working great

William was great. Walked me through all the possible options & told me what needed to be done asap and what could wait a little. I was getting the run around on an EVAP Leak and was told several times to get a smoke test, when all I really needed was a new gas cap. He saved me a headache, time, & money. Will definitely continue to use him for future needs.

Google said that they were open on Saturday until 2:30pm so we arrived at 10:30am and they told us they were about to close. The owner offered to discount the diagnostic on my ac from $99 to $79 if we came back on Monday. Not really a discount. Don t waste your time going here like we did. We went to pep boys and found out they only charge $50 and are open till 7:00pm.

Fixed my a/c in a few hours! It was pricey but I knew it would be. Owner was very upfront with me and did not seem money hungry! I can drive around Texas again!!! Lol
