For the past few years I ve always relied on purchasing my batteries from Auto Zone. But this year I actually decided to shop around. Come to find out my battery had been leaking really bad and often due to whoever put my last battery on clamped it down too tight. Needed to be replaced. So glad I decided to buy with Walmart this year. Very affordable and helpful warranties!! Very happy with the price I paid and it was done in a timely manner! So far so good! Hoping my battery gives me just as much life as my last one did.

Absolutely Awesome! I believe the lady was named Alexis or Alexia. I had a 12:00PM appt. We got there a little early. The crew jumped on it and knocked out 4 new Goodyear tires balanced and everything in about 50min. Vehicle drove and rode 100% better. Well done y'all. Guess a car wash is next.

I'm having a stressful morning battery issues. I stopped by and of course they are busy. It was going to be a three hour wait and I have to get to work. Then I met Nikki who worked the front A. Manager here and she went out of her way to not only to find my account info but changed the battery for me. Thank you Nikki for making my day great again.

Terrible wait time to plug a tire. Was told I was next car in. Waited 30 minutes beside my truck before hands even touched it. Only one car was in the service bay other than mine. For $15 will not be back, take your business to a tire shop who will charge you $5.Service: TiresService: Tires

Poor attitude when talking to females about tires. Old toothless man working behind the counter had the audacity to roll his eyes at me after holding my car for 2.5 hours because he couldn't figure out how to take off a couple lug nuts.Would not recommend.

They went above and beyond trying to find out why my tire was low. They also discovered my brake light was out and discovered the housing was cracked which let water in. They changed it for free, just charging for the bulb. I felt very valued as a customer. They have a comfortable seating area. I went out of my way to come to this Walmart Auto since I have always found them to be very helpful.

Purchased two tires and had them installed. Upon completion of the installation the mechanic advised that one of the newly installed tires would not register the pressure. He stated that the tool used to set the sensor was broken and instructed me to take it to another Walmart to have them set it. After going to 2 different Walmart's in the area, I took my car to the dealership where they advised that the sensor was broken. Upon taking my car back to this location, they not only refused to take the blame and apologize for the inconvenience, they sent us to a different location that had the tool need and part. They had the audacity when the new location called the original installing location to have us pay for the part and come back to them to be refunded. Really! I only shop at this location if its absolutely necessary but there continued lack of customer service and now their unaccountability I will not return. I rather drive 10 miles out of my way than shop at this location.

Batteries barely lasted a year and they would not warranty whatsoever. My personal opinion is if you spend $300 on batteries it was on batteries they should last more than a year. And not even a discount towards a new battery just you're sorry. Batteries purchased March of 21 and March of 22 no warrantyService: BatteryService: Battery

Wow. I just left the Wal Mart off of highway 31 and had to come here to get my oil changed. The people at the other auto center told me I was missing the drain plug. I then drove to this wal mart, explained to them what the other people said, and they said that was impossible. They went to my car, and showed me the drain plug. I had to wait an hour at the other wal mart. These people helped me out ASAP and got me in and out just fine. Very friendly staff. Running a great deal on the oil change. Even though they were busy, they took care of business in a professional way. Highly recommend this wal mart auto center!

We get A LOT of tires replaced here and they're usually quick and very professional. Far above what I would expect at a Wal-Mart center.

One man show today. He did it all by himself today. Cook server ever as well as host. Best food that I've had at any waffle house ever hands down.

These people were incredibly rude. We got there @ 5:40 and they claimed that they we're closed because they closed at 6. When in fact the real closing time was listed as 7pm. We asked for a manager and an EMPLOYEE came out acting like a manager and pretty much shoed us away. Not worth going to at all!

My daughter went there two weeks ago ..with a tire going low but they miss it..said it was fine...but here we are her sister had to go get her cause two screws were in it...wow..really dis appointment...

Tri d to sell me a tire because they couldn't fix mine. Glad I waited for the Tire Barn they patched it up u kike Walmart automotive center they wanted to sell me a new tire instead. Shame on you Walmart I won't go back there.

Just flew in to get a battery charger and car was running and didnt want to walk all the way to the front. The sales lady refer me to check out in sporting goods and saved me steps and time.

It took 4 hours for an oil change I felt so dumb that I didn t just do it myself especially after I read on a sign a million times while waiting they will dispose of your oil.

My experiance was terrible do not go here. I asked for the cheapest oil change they turned around without asking me and put another oil change on my car.DO NOT GO IM WARNING YOU PEOPLE.

I only went here because of the great black friday tire deals. It is your standard tire shop but a Walmart one.

I wish I didn't even have to give them a star I've been here for almost a hour and a half for a 20 minute oil change and I've been the only one here for over a hour. Ridiculous if I could have changed my oil at my apartment I would have.

I hate this store. Being forced to listen to music that I hate kids running around throwing toys, deli workers who can't make a decent slice of cheese.. I can't find a single nice thing to say
