I hear a lot of negative about Walmart tire and lube. But this location is awesome. TAMEKA and James are the best.

Had tires put on. Appt was 6:00- 6:15 and I got there at 6:11. The older Asian tech guy was having an attitude talking bout "oh is this the appt that was at 6?" I said yea 6 to 6:15 so I'm on time. And he was like well we close at 7. I said well u need to talk to ur higher-ups about that since I scheduled online and was given this time frame as a choice to reserve. They rushed to put on my tires and lost one of my bolts (but I didn't notice til after I left). Just overall bad customer service and they need all new staff in that dept.

Auto center is terrible, no one gives you directions and the lady sitting at the counter didn t address me when i walked up to it. Then she goes can i help you? Like obviously! Maybe have signs out telling people where to park??

This was the sorriest auto care service I ve ever experienced, & the absolute worst customer service. I will never bring my service back to this Walmart. I watched them make a young lady put air in her own tire instead of going out there and airing it up themselves. They made us carry our tire back to the truck instead of doing it for us absolutely horrible.

My kiddos were on their way to visit their grandparents during spring break and got a flat. I called Walmart Auto Care Center. They were able to fix the tire and get the kids back on the road quickly and at a decent rate!

At the Walmart auto center located at Loop 323 and Front Street in Tyler Texas, on Saturday, February 18th, 2023, I spoke to a lady named Tamika, who is the ACC coach, and who also said that she was the auto center manager. She was very rude and hostile towards me, always giving me objections about ordering some 13-in tires, and refused to help me. After I advised that I would be calling the store, one of the assistant store managers came to my car in the parking lot. Upon giving my explanation, she apologized profusely for the other managers actions and promised that she would email the store manager to let them know what happened.Service: Auto tire replacement

I came to have my oil changed and get new tires. Unfortunately, they didn't have the tires I needed, but the oil change went well for a great price. I just wish I had been informed that I could have ordered tires; I found out that was an option later. The staff was great, and it didn't take long at all.

They took 2 hours to do my tire mounts then the tech took 2 more hrs mounting then and then put my hub caps on wrong and I lost two of them. I am up set and would like forwalmart to replace them. The techs had bad attitudes and I am not happy.

The employee that was supposed to help me said I was just a few minutes too late to get an oil change at 6:15 p.m. and they close at 7:00. And proceeded to ignore me talk over me and around me to somebody else and wouldn't even talk to me about any question I had. I felt like it was a racial thing because he was super helpful to the black lady that was after me with the same issue. This behavior makes me sick and I will never return to this Walmart auto department again and I will be telling everyone that I ever come into contact with about my experience so that they don't do business there either. I give it 10 thumbs down. Management needs to get on top of there game at this place and work on customer service.

We were directed here from another Walmart who said that this one had 10 car batteries in stock. Called to ask about the car battery, before even looking the lady said no. We told her that the other Walmart said they had 10 in stock. She responded very rudely telling us to come look for ourselves since we didn't believe her. HORRIBLE customer service!

Stay away from this place if you need an oil change, unless you just have a thing for sitting on hard metal benches and staring at non-functioning key grinders. Upon arrival, I was detained for about 10 minutes sitting in my truck while an employee fiddled around under the hood, demanded the vehicle's exact mileage (my estimate, which was about 136 miles off, was not acceptable!), asked me to move from one bay to another, etc. After this interval, he quoted me 30 minutes wait time (there was no line in front of me). Finally, after about 75 minutes and a few curt rebuffs from various registers, the ordeal was over. The price was no better than the independent shop I usually use, and the wait was simply outrageous for a mid-afternoon time with no line.

I went in to buy a portable battery booster. I found a great deal, and I'm charging it up right now. Walmart has been a reliable source for me. I use the app of course, that's real handy. Different stores stock in different places, of course. There's a lot of basic vehicle maintenance supplies here.

Seriously the worst. Came here to get a tire replaced. This place was my last resort because I needed a tire asap. But even as a last resort I didn't think the service would be this bad. Will seriously never come here again for anything automotive. I've been here over an hour. I've heard the desk associate be condescending to customers as well as watch her blatantly ignore customers who walk in. This department sucks.

Of all the different Walmart Car Centers this is the only one that I've been to that has to "write you up" just to top off the air in your tires. I was given the option of doing it myself without being "written up". Not a liability? In addition the two register gas station had only one operating (suprising?) on a Friday evening. Just those two transactions took an hour. If you're pressed for time do not go here.

I have magnets in my tires, or so it seems....good thing the road hazard warranty is available! Seriously though, Adam is always very helpful and has always answered the questions I've asked without fail. Thank you!

I've been calling for 45 minutes and no one picks up. I've tried every option they have. I've called pharmacy, deli & pickup just to ask to be transferred to the tire department.

They took forever just to change a tire and there were not very many customers in front of us. Nobody was watching the cash register so even after the job was finally done we were stuck waiting.

They said they couldn't patch a tire because their patches are to big. What the heck but at least I didn't get charged for them looking at the tire and filling it with air

I would give it zero but that s not an option I needed an oil change and I ve been here over an hour with no one else here. I was made late for class, employees didn t care. Guess it s my fault for using Walmart for an oil change.

Got a key made! Yes they still do that. Saves you $3. Compared to the kiosk in the front of the store.

I don't know anything about them. I let the phone ring for 9 minutes and they never answered.

They do what they can, but 2 to 3 hours for a oil change is kinda ridiculous!
