It wasn't that good and rep was on the dry side because he was looking at it was an hour and 15 minutes before closing. Therefore it left me with doubt about did put the battery on right. I've been having trouble since . I've never had this nasty experience ever before.

Drove 40 miles to get tires on my wife's car. After an hour wait, was informed they had only one in stock. They look in computer but don't physically check. Told me they had 7 in stock. Talked to manager, who couldn't care less. Took my business elsewhere.

I arrived here and someone came out and started telling me they could not change my oil because my car was making a vibrating noise while it was turned on. I asked to speak to the manager and everyone just stood and looked at me and I had to go and find the manager. The manager named John had left the scene. I finally found him after asking 4 different workers. He continued to tell me he was not aloud to change my oil because it was making noise. I went somewhere else and they didn t even mention the noise. All in all, will never go back there.Service: Oil change

I noticed a lot of complaints coming to me about Wal-Mart, but my own experience was good. A few minor flaws but no business is perfect. I sympathize with the workers because their job isn't easy. I am thankful for the willing workers. Grateful for those who helped me today even though they were frustrated.

John the so called automotive manager is rude and unprofessional, Casey and the other employees did not want to work after 3:00pm due to them begin so called understaffed . Came in and was told two hour then told it couldn t be done. Might look into getting people who actually know how to treat customers.

I tried to purchase a battery for my lawn mower. The woman said she had to test my old battery before she could sell me a new one. She said my 4 year old Walmart battery was ok. I was not asking for an exchange or any credit for the old battery. She refused to sell me a new one. I told her it required assistance from my battery charger while cranking on it to get it started. She still refused. I got one from O'Reilly's auto parts store, installed it and the mower started right up.

Had to get new battery. Very helpful. Please call corporate and ask them to not carry fish in pets. The tanks are old and filled with algae and the fish die. They should not suffer.

I just bought a battery and a few accessories for my mower. The lady behind the counter was most knowledgeable.....she knew what "CCA" stood for and understood batterires in general. She was most friendly to boot!

My father and I went to the automotive center for a battery for his vehicle. The people working there or very helpful in patient with my elderly father. And I appreciate a good service and their willingness to help

2 times i went there for regular oil change and they said they couldn't do it they was backed up and there would be 3 cars there so we got to the wal mart in lindale Texas and there AWESOME

Are you kidding? No cars in the parking lot and they tell me it's about a two hour wait for an oil change? I won't be going here any time soon

I was really surprised I got excellent service at Walmart. They are the only one that took the time out to look for my tires and get what I really wanted.

I waited in the sporting goods center for 35 minutes had three employees and a manager all try to call the sporting goods associate before we finally got some help there was five people waiting

Auto center for tires oil change, battery, tire rotation. They DO NOT make auto repairs. No front end alignment. Very basic auto care
