When we first moved here, we heard that Wagner's service department would rip you off. But we tried it anyway to make sure our car was serviced with Cadillac parts AND Service. We were charged $292.50 for labor to repair a leaking hose for my windshield wiper fluid. I also did some routine maintenance and the total bill was over $1K. Then I asked for a new license plate bracket (mine was broken) and the service rep told me it would be an additional $200 -- he was trying every way he could to increase price. I can't stand shops that have these kinds of sales reps with no values and who lack integrity. You won't get another $1 from us - we don't do business with people we can't trust!

Shopping for a Cadillac on a beautiful Saturday morning was such a pleasant experience with Wagner Cadillac in Tyler and James Tate, our awesome car guru. They put me in a brand new CT5 Sport and it is fine! No haggling over my trade-in and even offered rebates in this day and age! Who knew we could save such money on a new car in these crazy times? And now I have Cadillac service again which is worth gold.Thanks for letting me drive four different models for the best comparison and purchase. It s so beautiful and I know we re in good hands when service is needed.

I worked with Nars on buying a 2021 Escalade ESV. The process couldn t have been better and after all the research I ve done I felt like I got the right deal for me. We are from out of state and it couldn t have been easier. I was working with my local dealership on a different one and it was much more difficult than working 900 miles away with Nars. I highly recommend the dealership as well as Nars!

Stopped by at this location with my husband on a weekday about 20 mins before closing time per Google hours. The First Gentleman was very nice and greeted us outdoors however, we requested a Spanish speaking sales man. Once he approached us he showed us one vehicle, did not describe any features in the car, did not discuss details about cost or budget, did not ask what we were looking for in a car. Simply showed no interest in us as clients. Towards the end of the visit we felt discriminated as he was not interested in making business with us. The fact we were extremely interested in becoming owners of a SUV with this brand made us feel dissatisfied. Sales representative was not helpful and made us walk to a different company where we were extremely satisfied with the customer experience.

Recently bought my second Cadillac from Wagner. My salesman, Nars, was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable about the dealership s inventory. In 8 years of owning a Cadillac I have never had a bad experience. To anyone looking to buy or in need of service the place to go is Wagner Cadillac.

I want to thank all of you here for your honesty on a 2011 Cadillac DTS I had diagnosed. I was told there was nothing wrong with it, which I could tell was not true. Because of your honesty, I was able to make 3 road trips to family. I loved that DTS and it was stolen back from me and sold for no good reason. Many lies were told on me. I appreciate all of you, and I would buy anything on your lot if I could because of your honesty, and because of your love for The Lord. God bless....

I don't write good review very often, but this dealership deserves one. I tried for 6 months on and off in Houston to trade my CTSV8 for a 2023 Corvette convertible 3LT. Got nothing but low offers and a waste of my time. So I went on line. Bingo. I saw a Torch Red 2023 3LT Corvette convertible on a lot Tyler, Texas Wagner Cadillac. I googled the location, 3 hours 26 minutes from me hmmm. I called them. Got a very polite salesman Nars Buenaventura. I explained what I was looking for and how much I would like for my car. I received a call back in 30 minutes. They gave me exactly what I asked for. 7 hour round trip drive. They kept there promise. They got me in and out 45 minutes or less. I now have a beautiful Torch Red Corvette Convertible. I drove it for the first time today with the top down and heater full blast. Got several thumbs up and a lot of WOWs!!!!!! Thank you Nars and Wagner Cadillac, you made my Christmas.

Most un honest Cadillac dealership I ve ran across. Will try to charge you more than msrp on almost all vehicles when other Cadillac dealerships are selling at window sticker. Will buy your points up on financing too. There s a reason why locals don t even go here. Avoid at all cost

Nars and Alley were extraordinarily helpful. We live in Seattle, WA and purchased a truck from them. They were kind, patient and on top of all communication and every detail, even regarding the out of state purchase information. I never dreamed purchasing an automobile could actually be a pleasant experience. We will think of them on every adventure we have in our truck!

On 6/29/23 is a day I will never forget . The staff at Wagner Cadillac help me save my dogs life . My 11 year old pit bull was locked in the vehicle . Walter in the service department immediately had someone at my location to assist to do what needed to be done to save my dog . Wagner Cadillac has always provided WONDERFUL service however this went above and beyond . Aaron, Walter, Maddox and the service staff that I apologize not knowing all the names will always have a place in my heart. Words will never be enough for the service I received . Wagner Cadillac is the most pleasant car dealership to go into. I bought a 2023 XT4 Sport from Misty Boothe and I will always use her when I need a new car. Not only did she listen to my concerns and help me make a great choice on my car but she doesn t push you. Misty is very patient and sweet as can be. Got my first service done through Wagner Cadillac. Whole experience was fabulous. Service advisor Lee and the team who picked up & dropped off the car everyone was great. I won t be going anywhere else.
