Manager Chris sent my vehicle out over 5 quarts low on transmission fluid. $2,400 repair estimate which he did his best to avoid taking responsibility for. Finally accepted $1,500 for damages rather than taking my vehicle to THEIR recommended shop for repairs. This process was exhausting. I think they hope you ll just give up.

Told me putting air in the tires came with the oil change service after I asked, they sent me out without doing it I had to come back and ask them again.

Absolutely excellent service! Loved Parker and the new service manager Chris! Chris was super personable, sincere, and helped everyone around him- the employees and myself! He went above and beyond. Glad I came to this location. Photo is what happens when you don t change your air filters!!! This is NOT my car it s my husbands but BEST BELIEVE I ll be tracking his service due dates from now on

I got my oil change on the 1st of March and three days later I heard something dragging under my car. Come to find out this place didn't put the pins back in my oil pan. I spoke to the Manager, and showed him my paperwork. I was told they would an investigation. My husband and I both have tried to reach back out, but no response. I would not recommend this place at all.Service: Oil change

I was extremely grateful from the help I received today. Cesar and Jacob worked on replacing my extremely corroded Nissan car battery while Eric had changed my oil. Always, ALWAYS fantastic service from these people. Greeted with professionalism and smiles every time. They suggest what my car NEEDS and not just stuff to drive up sales. I come in once a month for oil changes because of my job and they always take care of me. Costumer loyal goes a long way with business, but with these guys, they go beyond.

Very friendly. But very very expensive!! Consider going to a locally owned business for the same service without the premium price.Response to Owner, you say "preventative maintenance" and "toping off fluids" as if local places do not do that. They do, and charge less. Look, I'm not trying to hurt your business, I get it, you guys are convenient, all i'm trying to say to your customers is that convenience comes with a huge price tag, oil change, cost me about $70 at a local place, At Valvoline, ~$110, approx. $40 more. But when someone is in a rush, they may be willing to pay the extra. Just please don't pretend the the service you perform cost that, we are simply paying for convenience.

Fast and very friendly environment and the manager has such a welcoming approach, I watched her believing she knew all the customers. She said No ma am, but they are now. Everybody worked so well together. What a pleasure to watch!

They were quick, and I'd say did a good job overall. Not happy about their lack of knowledge. They asked if I wanted conventional, semi synthetic, or full synthetic; my car should only have full synthetic. They asked if I wanted 5W30, my car takes 5W20.

Recently visited for State inspection. Excellent Customer Service, no wait time (Saturday Afternoon @2:00PM), and speedy. Wait room is small(4 chairs), but well air conditioned and they have a TV running if you're not into occupying the time with your phone. I would 100% recommend to a friend and will be back.

I went here on the weekend to get my vehicles inspected. The closest one did not have the inspector on site so I had to drive all the way but this place had the inspector on site. It was a tad crowded but it's fine for the weekend. They did the job and I don't have any complaints.

Juan and Missie were very nice, everyone was super helpful. There was a car next to me that wouldn t start but they apologized about the wait also they all worked together to get him on his way. Definitely will be back!

This place fires someone for HELPING the CUSTOMER? The customer was happy afterwards, but because EXACT policy was not followed to the point, despite having worked many hours and bringing the shop up to standards and truly caring about the customers and the work, they fire a hard worker for ONE violation?? I used to think this was the place to go, but now I will go to the competition.

Missie, the manager of this store was amazing. You always expect a manager to be back of the house and telling other people what to do, but she was hands on. I was greeted with a smile promptly and attended to quickly. I was out of the shop in under ten minutes. Great job valvoline!!
