Well staffed. Knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working staff.I got my vehicle serviced here on 3/26.I had my oil changed, transmission and front diff serviced. In and out in less than an hour and great pricing.

These guys are awesome, always have a great attitude, super nice. They found a huge gash in my tire today so grateful they saved me a tow bill. Super helpful people will be going there for every oil change

Ok pulled in for a battery test, which I purchased from them BTW, and they cordially made sure I got into the quickest moving lane, etc, just to perform a free test for me. Good folks, good business model, and always great customer service. Many businesses around town could learn from these guys training regimen. I go there for anything I don't want to maintenance myself. Appreciate you guys!

Told them not to touch the air box on the vehicle because it will break. They broke it. Didn't tell me they broke it. Now I have to buy a $300 air box.

One of the men warned me that my serpentine belt was about to go out any day now. Thanks to them I never broke down, my belt was worn in half.

All these guy's are top notch. They work together to make sure your vehicle is running properly. Never try and sell you something you don't need. Great staff 6 stars!!!

I've been getting oil changes here for a few years. They always accept coupons. The employees are very nice, and good at their jobs.

Jerry was so helpful and friendly I will absolutely be returning. Service was quick and Thorough. It was so nice not to be pressured into buying things that were unnecessary!!! My air filter needed to be replaced and Jerry showed it to me and explained why it was important to replace it. I was extremely satisfied with his knowledge of my vehicle. Came in to get an oil change everyone was polite and worked so quickly! The manager Jason was amazing and I had a five dollar off coupon for signing me up, he did even better and had another one so I saved 15! They went above and beyond to make my experience great ! Will definitely be back to see them!

I got an oil change and replaced my windshield wipers with them today and they had very friendly and knowledgeable people working. Jason, the manager, was awesome and honest about what he recommended. I m definitely going to stick with this location. They work fast and the prices are great. Thanks guys!

This place is perfect for your car maintenance, and they let you know everything your car needs! They also give you options by price, but don't force you to buy with them. In conclusion: very professional athmosphere and all the right prices to choose from!

This is a chain that I have used a few times in the last year as I don't live near a dealership for my particular type of car. The staff are professional, not pushy, and they offer a Veteran discount!

This place is not as fast as the previous owners. They are offering more mechanical services, such as belt changes and wheel/brake inspections, it seems, but all those extras means you no longer can get a quick oil change. If someone ahead of you is having a longer service done, you just have to wait.

I love how quickly they get the oil change done. They are always professional and never try to sell me unnecessary services. As an added bonus they email you a receipt with a coupon for dollars off your next oil change so you have a digital copy right on your phone.

Arthur was so friendly and respectful. He gave me time to weigh all of the service options and answered my questions. Usually my husband manages our cars but I find myself in Tyler alone dealing with a family emergency and I was nervous bringing my car in myself. Arthur and the rest of the guys working quickly on my car made it a fast, easy experience.

Greaf and efficient service! Even had the hard to find back wiper blade for my small car. They have a girl working there which is just awesome to see! Woot woot Leslie. Arthur is a nice young man gave awesome service!

I must say, I am very pleased with how Valvoline has handled my problem. Though, I never got a response from my original review, below, I did get a response to a Facebook review. After a few emails & a phone call, Valvoline has agreed to make me whole by issuing me a check for the repair. I will, indeed, use their oil change service again. Thank you Valvoline!!Initially, I was very pleased with my oil change service. They were fast & pleasant & everything seemed good. Fast forward 3 weeks...my check engine light comes on. I take it to our mechanic who fixes it in less than an hour to the tune of $100. It seems whoever changed the air filter during my oil change did not put the cover back on properly. This caused an air intake problem & dirtied up something (I'm not a mechanic). Guess who will be changing my oil from now on...NOT Valvoline!!!

They don't do state inspections like google suggests. But that's not why I'm giving them 3 stars. The reason for the low rating is their staff. The old guy was rude and impatient. Maybe he thought he was being funny but it was off-putting and I won't go back. The rest of the staff was pleasant.

They always have awesome customer service and are so quick!! They don t pressure you to buy any other services, they just let you know what needs to be done soon. Cheyenne, Jason and Blane are great!

These people are good. I had a problem at one of there competitors, the people here fixed my problem without charging me. They earned my business for life. All i know is dont go to royal lube on south broadway they dont know what they are doing. Go to valvoline instant oil change.

This place is great! The peopl who work there are kind and know their stuff. They will get you in and out in a blink of an eye. Super great people been going here for yrs always received great service
