Love this place. Love these guys. They are always so quick and so friendly. If only their higher ups would be more concerned about the working conditions. WAY too cold to be out there without a heater in the bays, ESPECIALLY when it s this cold.

Been here three times now for an oil change, first time there was a little issue with not putting the skid plate back on completely but the last 2 services they've made sure it was put back on fully and everyone that works there is fast, efficient and very nice. Highly recommend

Unfortunately they didn't have the pil filter I needed, so I got our of line to go buy one down the street and then came back. The guys there were super nice and discounted because of the hassle.

This place is legit! These guys hustle hard and do a great job. Everyone is very alert and seem to be stoked about working on cars. Chris, the manager was also very helpful. This is my 2nd time in there. Will be back

So sad. Been getting my oil changed there for 5 years. Last oil change, I had to return THREE TIMES to get my skid plate re-attached. They always had some excuse for what the previous technician had done incorrectly. It s sad bc I enjoyed the speed and convenience but will not return to this facility.

They are always friendly and helpful!!! This is a follow up from last visit !! Im disappointed with them. Had oil change in July this year 2023...started noticing oil spot on driveway..September had to add oil to car said it was low...than October turned a corner and oil light came on stopped car. Got home to find no oil on dip stick !!! So crawled underneath to see oil dripping from oil filter....long story short they had put the wrong oil filter on...omg they're lucky I know a little about motors and I bought the correct filter and did the oil change myself. When brought to their attention all he could do is ohhhh I'm sorry....really. should have gotten my money back from previous oil change but told their supervisor to tell them to be more careful and if you dont have the correct equipment or replacement dont just stick ANYTHING ON THERE !!!! So DISAPPOINTED Service: Oil change

Do do good service with my car but when they change my oil they use dirty oil rags on my car so now it's a oil stain on my car and it want come out.

Update 3-2-19 State inspection FAST! Thanks JUAN for the fast and friendly service! Wow! Fast. Professional. Courteous. Reasonably Priced. I was super satisfied. Reminded me of the quality of oil changes in the good ole days.....where you actually interacted with the professional mechanic. I recommend them.

There are many locations in Tyler, and haven't had any issues with any of them. Professional, knowledgeable and efficient is what I like about valvoline. They're the only ones i trust with my truck.

Went here a few weeks ago for inspection. The staff was so courteous and professional, I went back last week to get ready for a trip.I got an oil change, air filter changed, and tires aired up. They were honest that I didnt even need a rotation. There were about 4 different employees answering my questions and helping. They were very friendly and professional once again and had me in and out very quickly.I'll always use this particular valvoline.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Now that Jeremy Hernandez runs a tight ship!!! Keeps the crew looking sharp, friendly, fast & thorough. They like my desserts toooo! They all work steady & treat everyone with respect......a great place to go if you have to have your oil changed. Lord bless them all!!

The kept me updated and didn t do any changes without my consent. I felt like I was actually part of the oil change and transmission flush! Plus they had cameras I could watch so I was actually able see them working not only under the hood but also under the car. Also amazing clear communication between the guys to have a safe and effective work place! Thanks guys for all the hard work keep it! Frederick Marc, Ricardo and Elvis!

I ran my car through the wash and the wipers flew out. I brought it in and the guys fixed it at no cost and they put air in all my tires too. They were so respectful and they refused to take a tip. They gave me a load down of all the services valvoline offer and the prices for different oil change. They say Good employees make a business grow Thank you Jared and Jesus I am telling everybody Valvoline SW loop 323 is the place to go.

I showed up specifically to have a head light bulb replaced. I communicated that first. Then, I said I would go ahead and get an oil change while I was there. They competed service, and I paid. Before I drove off, I wanted to confirm that the headlight bulb had been changed, and they informed me at that time that they did not have the bulb I needed, and they recommended I check the other location in town. I was annoyed that they didn t communicate that immediately since that was the primary reason for my visit, but I tried to be understanding, and I called the other location before heading that way to confirm it was in stock. It was, so I drove there. Then I arrived, and I told them I called to confirm the headlight was in stock, and that s all I needed. He said they couldn t change it because of my vehicle- that only dealerships could change it. (I called my dad, who is a mechanic, and he said that shouldn t be an issue, but if they don t know how to do it, then that s the issue.) Why the heck do they keep the bulb in stock then? I started to get oil changes here because I enjoyed the convenience of it; however, now I will begin to receive my service needs at a dealership going forward since they can actually change a light bulb without any issues.

Usually you just stay in your car and drive in when it's your turn. This time, the line was three deep. I got out, grabbed my keys and the Assistant Manager had me fill out a form and leave my keys so i could walk next door to shop instead of wait. Everyone in the shop was courteous and professional. The job was done quickly (within an hour with the people ahead of me!). Free car wash, too! I'll go back.

Fast, incredible customer service, and incredibly convenient. I was leaving for DFW and wanted to be on the road at 1pm. They got my car in, changed my oil, filled my fluids, installed my new windshield wipers(I bought them there) and had me on the road at 1240. I pulled up at 1210. And I never even left my car. I will definitely be going back.

I go here for everything my car needs. The staff is friendly and professional, the prices are great, and I don t have to spend a lot of time getting my car serviced. Hannah has been very professional and helpful every time I have been up there. I highly recommend this store to anyone.

Went to three gas stations to put air in my tires - one wouldn t take my money, one was broken and the last didn t put any air in my tires before it shut off. With a fussy toddler in my car, I decided to pull into Valvoline to see if they could help and boy did they ever! I pulled right into a bay and asked if they could help and Trey was more than helpful! I didn t even have to turn my car off or get out! My toddler and I sat comfortably in the car while I chatted with Trey as he filled up my tires. When he was finished, I asked him the cost and he told me it was free! I was so happy to just have enough air in my tires and was even more elated when he said it was free. I gave him a tip (not required, but we ll worth it) and drove off. I was in and out in 5 minutes, didn t have to leave my car and had a pleasant chat with Trey...a huge win for this mum!
