my review is in regards to the salesman Josh Minick, who sold us a Ford Escape. the Ford dealership was the fifth of the day for us, and we had yet to feel 100% comfortable with making a purchase up to this point.Josh was friendly, knowledgeable, and informative. He understood our needs as we expressed them and did not try to push vehicles higher than what we were looking for. we ended up with a 2018 Ford Escape with 70k miles on it.Josh is a smart salesman who is professional before, during, and after the sale. I'd recommend seeing him if you are looking for a car/truck.the photos we taken with one of our daughters by Josh on receiving vehicle.

I had a great experience with Tyler Ford. I went in for a Bronco and left with my second F-150. It's really hard to change because I love my truck so much. Great ride, comfortable and has everything i want. Dennis was great to work with and very transparent about everything and that gave me confidence in this dealership.

I had a front end alignment done on my car a few weeks ago. The service department got me an appointment quickly and they got me back in my car just as fast! These guys and gals(Candi) continue to impress me with their knowledge and customer service. Give them a shot if you haven't already!

This dealership is friendly and has a no-pressure vibe! My biggest concern when I began looking for my next vehicle was the usual stress you find from the sales staff, but here at Tyler Ford, I did not experience any Pushy salespeople. The finance department was fast and stress-free! I highly recommend them, and I couldn't be happier with my gorgeous New Bronco Sport!

Thank you Tyler Ford for finding me 32 lug nuts to fit my wheels and putting my wheels on for before the storms hit. Most tire shope were fully booked and I couldn't get it done. You stepped up when I came in late on a Friday with no appointment. You are the best!

Loved dealing with Debbie, the Farmers Insurance rep, in the paint and body shop. She was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I haven't had time to really look the hail damage repairs over, but at first glance, the repairs seem great. I don't expect to find any issues.

Bought used truck, mainly online. Only had one key with it. My salesman, Dennis Matta, was supposed to find out about other key from previous owner. Never got a response from Dennis. Texted him 2 weeks later, and still no response or key. Unprofessional

Complaints - Tyler Ford Review:Do NOT USE TYLER FORD Body shop for your Collison NEEDS!! Statefarm stated Debbie did not want to touch our car after sitting therr since Nov 7th, because tha appraisal was too low and it needs to go to a CHEVY PLACE. WHY?? SF Express Team said, Tyler ford was to get the appraisal and check put the car and can send a addtiona estimate for anything caused by the wreck!! Less than 24hrs of getting hit. The TRACTION/ESC came on while my husband car I was driving, it shakes hard from being hit and the running passenger light went out. If I continue to drive with Trac/Esc light on, then the engine will blink. I know its a sensor of some sort bc i can stop and restart, & it goes away immediately, but does come back occasionally. Never had these prob b4. All this, after the crash, from the crack to our bumper. I took pictures and tried sending it to SF. My appraisal never was done in person. It was towed to Tyler Ford on November 7th or 8th as ordered by State Farm. However, it faced delays allegedly caused by Debbie at the body shop, delaying repairs for a month. Talking about my motor. There is nothing wrong with my motor and never has been. Tyler Ford claims my car should have been sent to a Chevrolet shop after keeping it all this time, but State Farm designates them as a preferred shop. Despite this, my car has been untouched at Tyler Ford since arriving. The appraisal was done based on a picture, not in person. Tyler Ford failed to submit additional estimates as promised. When I contacted Tyler Ford, they claimed they hadn't checked the car because it would cost me. This unprofessionalism and lack of communication have caused frustration. Despite making numerous calls, Tyler Ford has not fulfilled their responsibilities, leaving my car unrepaired. As a healthcare professional, I seek accountability for the damages to my well-maintained car.

I have a 2021 King Ranch Power Boost that was purchased at Tyler Ford. In April 2023 it received an over the air update. Since that update the AC freezes up and will not operate properly when in the AUTO mode. I have made monthly calls or visits to the service department and get the same answer each time that they are waiting on FORD to tell them what to do and that my truck is not the only one with this problem. I have owned Fords since 1976 and currently own 5 of them.Tyler Ford GM answered indicating that one push of a button would solve my issue. That is not the case, in fact this morning the HVAC system froze while in the defrost mode. When in manual mode-non recirculating mode the HVAC will freeze up about every 30 minutes and requires turning the AC off and waiting for it to thaw. I called last Thursday for ther GM and left a message asking him to return my call. That has not happened.

Tyler Ford took excellent care of my vehicle and me. I was given a loaner vehicle because I did not want to wait for the service to be performed. The vehicle service was completed faster than they had estimated. I was very satisfied.

I can't say enough about the absolute friendly service I received today. My car wouldn't start and Blain brought his tow truck to my location and ended up only having to give me a jump start. I then went to the Ford house and they replaced my battery in a timely manner all done with the best customer service.

I was traveling from Georgia to New Mexico when my car popped.I had my car towed to Tyler Ford. They were closed, which meant I would be sleeping in my car, no food n no bathroom. The Angle of a Tow Driver said he couldn't sleep knowing I'd be stranded there, that he would take me to the nearest hotel. I called the service department and asked if they could please come get me, that I had the keys to the Crown Victorian in front of their shop. "No, we do not, and we don't work on cars older than 2013, but I'll give you the # of who does"He was very rude.

I noticed a hard to get 2022 Ford Maverick on the Tyler Ford lot. Nice truck, except for the $7,500 Market Adjustment ADDED to the sticker! While clearly marked, and legal to do so, it is my opinion that it is unethical, and speaks volumes about the dealership. "During the 1980s, Ford began using the advertising slogan, "Have you driven a Ford, lately?" to introduce new customers to their brand." What a negative introduction.

Shout out to Barbara and the whole team at the body shop! Excellent work, fast and reasonable. Barbara kept me updated on progress the whole time. My car came back to me detailed inside and out, looking like new! I'm very happy. The service team is also great. Everyone is so helpful, friendly, and polite. This is a great place to bring your vehicle!

This place is the worst scam in east Tx. They totally messed up my daughters NEW F150. They told her her extended warranty would pay for the EXISTING PROBLEM!!!! Her screen is all messed up and tho she is in Texas, it shows she s in Deerborn Michigan. They kept her truck for 2 months only to tell her it was FINALLY fixed. My granddaughter drove it to her house because my daughter had to work. That evening we went to get her truck and the truck was STILL NOT FIXED!!!! Buyer beware!!
